- Rebecca (5/5): We will not stay here again. - There was NO outdoor or lounge space whatsoever. The vast majority of hotels have some area to sit outside, not even a bench. The location is in a mall parking lot. There was nowhere decent to walk to to eat or even sit. And to top it off, a 1000 peso pet fee? That was the highest of any hotels we stayed at. We were only charged 600, and even that was the highest. Most have been 250, one was 350.

- Liz (3/5): Don’t stay here. - The receptionist was very friendly and did her best. The room was quite spacious. Where to start… the hotel looked like it belonged in 1970s Eastern Europe. Don’t whatever you do try to eat there. The waitress had zero interest; the food was absolutely terrible and they don’t serve alcohol which might have been a saving grace. There is a large container of brown water that is “free”. It is purportedly coffee but you wouldn’t know by tasting it. Honestly, a thoroughly depressing experience.

The bathroom floor was so slippery, I felt down on the floor my face my head and my knees all get swollen and bruised. I had to put towel on the floor for my husband and I take a shower. The housekeeper know.

- ZeekIndianapolis (2/5): Never again - The maid stole some items out of our room, only 1 elevator works which staff and customers have to share, the restaurant ran out of many food items so you couldn’t get dinner which was mediocre the one time we got it. The room keys die daily if not more, so you wait 5 minutes for an elevator to find out your key is dead so you have to get a new key and wait for the elevator again. Staff says second elevator has been broken for many many months. The front desk gave someone else a key to our room and tried to get in our room at 11:45pm. Oh and they wouldn’t give me my points for the stay
