• Takumi (2/5): 最悪 - エレベーターが無い。3階から客室のため今回は6階まで登らなくてはならず毎回汗だくで登る。最上階は熱波で屋根が暖められ昼は暑さでクーラーが効かないので部屋に居らなかった。カードキーをフロントに預けたつもりで置いていたら、勝手にチェックアウトしたと思われて帰還後にフロントに文句を言われた。ホテル予約サイトで支払い済みだったのに、払われていないと言われ現金で払わされた（デポジットではない）。英語が全く出来ないフロント夫婦で、帰国のため、空港に急いで向かわなくてはならず、領収書を貰おうとしても英語が通じず結局二重払いを余儀なくされた。稀に見る最悪なホテルでした。二度とここには泊まりたくありません。二度と。

• SHINICHIRO (2/5): ここまで酷いと笑うしかない？… - 維持管理が全く出来ていないホテルです？～、洗面台の水が吸い込まず忘れた頃には流れてますが。 また、シャワーの水圧が低いを通り越して使用不可状態の水量？…、A/Cもなかなか冷えません。極めは湯沸かしポットの中にゴキブリが浮いてました？…、ここまで酷いと笑ってしまうしかありませんが。 おまけにエレベーターが無いので階段を上り下りはきついです！。それでも良い方はどうぞ！、二度と利用する気には成れません。
• yama (4/5): - 良く言えば、値段相応の部屋。 強いて言えば、ベットが硬い、シャワーの出が悪い、歯ブラシがない、最寄駅（ルンピニー）から遠くてタクシーの運転手も迷うほど奥地にある、などなど欠点はいくらでもありますが、最上階の5階まで階段しかないのは辛いですね。
• Verified traveler (2/5): 我出國上百次 住過廉價旅店也不少 但從未有如此離譜的遭遇且工作人員處理事情和服務態度那麼差勁的旅店 - 我和朋友到曼谷旅遊，在貴訂房網站分別訂了2家不同的酒店(相距不到30公尺)，以下是我在旅店的遭遇，朋友都可以做證！ 我在貴訂房網站預定了2019年1月15日到23日共8個晚上的住宿，入住當天向日班櫃檯人員確認入住及退房日期為9天8夜無誤，領取感應式房卡進房後發現房間內並未備浴巾.盥洗用品及瓶裝水(網站顯示客房資訊內標示住宿期間每日提供免費瓶裝水.盥洗用品等)，於是下樓向工作人員反映並索取相關用品(該旅店無電梯，我的房間在5樓)，隔天出門前於門外手把掛上請整理房間的標示牌(網站顯示客房資訊內標示住宿期間提供每日客房清潔服務)，晚上回旅店赫然發現房間並未整理，亦無補充相關備品(浴巾,沐浴用品,瓶裝水等)，我只能下樓反應並索取相關用品，第3天再次掛上請整理房間的牌子，但仍無打掃房間及更換備品，再次下樓反應索取備品，惟櫃檯人員表示巳經没有瓶裝水了，叫我自己去7-11買。第4天出門前向白天櫃枱人員要求必須整理房間， 晚上回旅店後赫然發現房卡無法使用，我用手一推發現房門沒有完全關閉，我心頭一驚，進房後發現房間已整理，衣櫃裡的衣服及行李箱尚在，惟浴室內我從國內購買帶來的全新牙膏,牙刷,洗面乳及刮鬍刀都不見了，另外擺放在冰箱內的咖啡,豆漿等飲品及礦泉水也不翼而飛，我下樓並請朋友陪同找晚班櫃枱質疑被鎖卡及東西不見的問題，她在翻閱入住登記薄的資料後，確認我仍在住宿期間便幫我解卡，但對於我不見的東西只說7-11有，可以自己去買，不關她的事，我請她聯絡老闆，她以Line讓我跟朋友跟老闆視訊聯繫，老闆表示明天會處理。隔天我和朋友找日班櫃檯人員詢問老闆要如何處理，他們說老闆没和他們聯絡，也不知發生什麼事，我只能再告訴他們昨晚發生的事情，但他們也是一副事不關己的態度，說要等清潔人員來了再問問東西收到哪裡去了。我們等快中午時清潔人員來了，她也承認東西她全部都丟掉了，一副沒啥大不了的樣子，沒有一聲抱歉，態度令人火大！我要求聯絡老闆處理並提出賠償200元泰銖，讓我購買牙膏,牙刷,洗面乳及刮鬍刀等相關用品應急，他們表示老闆人在美國，現在還在睡覺無法聯絡，最快要下午4點才能聯絡，他們無法同意我提的賠償金額，並要求我列出相關物品的金額。當天我以google翻譯軟體，將我在旅店的遭遇及在台灣購買相關物品的金額(約400元台幣)和要求賠償200元泰銖翻譯成泰文，文中提到我只要求賠償200元泰銖購買相關用品其實並不過份等語。4點以後我下樓找櫃檯人員，他們又是一副推拖拉的態度說老闆還在睡覺無法聯繫，要等到晚上7點，我告訴他們我要出門了，請他們將我所寫的文字拍照並傳給老闆，並請他們將老闆的回覆告訴晚班櫃枱，等我晚上10點左右回旅店時再告訴我結果。結果當晚我回到旅店竟得知旅店老闆的回覆後真是令我氣到極點！他說：他們不會做出任何的賠償，只願意以每日客房清潔來替代。天哪！每日客房清潔服務本來就明列在訂房網站上所顯示客房資訊內標示的服務項目啊！他們跟本沒有任何誠意解決事情，從頭到尾連一句道歉都沒有！我當然不會接受這樣的處理方式，更惡劣的是這家旅店也都不再理會我，接下來的住宿期間，他們也就不再有任何的客房清潔及備品補充，我只能每晚向櫃檯人員索取，至於飲用水則必須自已付費去7-11買，人在屋簷下我又能如何呢？試想如果是歐美人士，他們敢如此傲慢对待嗎？我想請問貴訂房網站，如此管理鬆散服務態度不佳甚至惡劣、出包、推拖且不願處理及道歉認錯的旅店可以評為3星等級嗎？網站明列旅店的服務內容與實際不符，應該立即刪除『每日提供客服清潔服務及免費瓶裝水部分』，訂房網應過濾加盟的酒店，以提供正確資訊讓消費者參考選擇。
• Chinhui (2/5): The boss’s place - First, i dont reconmend you if you dont want to walk 20-30min from the closest station. There was a convinience store 2min away from tge hotel that was good. Me and my husband stayed on the 4th floor at this place. There was no elevator so we had to carry our laggages and that exhausted us. Water stopped when i was taking shower, room light stopped, stains are on the towels, little bugs are in the room,wifi was pretty weak. My local Thai friend told us we could have done better for this price. Yes, indeed:((((((
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice friendly guesthouse. - Very nice guesthouse 8 minute walk from Khlong Toei metro station. Friendly staff, safe, big rooms, limited parking available, laundry on site... Some rooms have broken fixtures and will need some maintenance. Stayed two times and will return.
• Verified traveler (6/5): So so - Room is well furnished for the price but 2 things can be a big problem. The matress is quiet inconfortable and climbing the 4 floors isn't easy if you not travel light.

Byłam tam trzy razy i kolejny raz również bym się tam zatrzymała.
• sunshine (8/5): Cheap clean hotel in Sathorn - This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. The room is spacious and clean and AC works well. 2 free water bottles (total 1 liter) each day. 10 min walk to MRT Lumpini. 1 min walk to 7-11 and Family Mart stores. Several restaurants within 1-5 min walk. Only drawback is no elevator so think about it if u have big luggage to carry up to 5th floor up (no room on ground floor and only 2 dark rooms on 1st floor...there r 6 rooms each floor from 2nd to 5th floor). Great deal for the price and safety and location

• Antonio (6/5): Good for basics - It's your option if you are on a budget, you get what you paid but it can improve, I got a big room with a big window, wifi worked pretty well, it doesn't have safe lockers box, no elevator. It may come good a better cleaning, I saw a couple of bugs in the room, didn't get my room cleaned one day, Hot water doesn't work well. Personal doesn't speak English very well but they do all they can to help you. You can use the washer machine (detergent included) for 30b. Location was ok the area seems good, not close to metro but close to restaurants and a 7-11.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Moyen - Prise dans la chambre mal placé Fenêtres qui ferment mal Service moyen , par exemple, oubli de remettre du gel douche quand la chambre est refaite. Pas toujours quelqu’un a la réception moyennement propre(cafard dans notre chambre) et état très moyens (peintures jaunie, mur craquelé, dal de carrelage branlante, porte un peu défoncé, etc..) Pas d’ascenseur ( on était au 4eme). Environ 15 minute du métro le plus proche et pas grand chose dans la zone. En bref, hôtel vraiment pas cher mais on comprend pourquoi. Sinon rien de vraiment critique. Il ne faut pas s'attendre à grand chose
• Peter Kim (10/5): 3주동안 머물면서 느낀점 입니다 - 혼자여행하는 남자입니다. 주위에 주택가에 큰길까지 5분여 걸어가야되서 소음이 없고 방음도 괜찮습니다. 객실도 깨끗하고 생각보다 넓으며 직원들도 친절하니 아주 좋습니다. 스쿰빗까지 20분정도 80바트 거리며 카오산까지는 25분 110바트정도 거리에 중간에 위치하고 있고 mrt정거장도 걸어서 15분 거리에 있습니다 근처에 편의점이 있고 간단한 요깃거리 판매하는 가판대가 있습니다. 단점은 호텔내에 와이파이가 끊길때가 간혹있는데 1층은 아주 잘잡힙니다. 엘리베이터가 없어서 방을 잡으실때 낮은층으로 해달라고 하시는게 편하고 좋습니다. 전체적으로 아주만족하고 가격면에서도 뛰어났습니다. 추후 방콕 방문시 또 이용할 예정입니다
• Sunshine (8/5): Nice cheap hotel in Sathorn - This hotel is very cost effective for what it offers in a happening area. The street is quiet at night so I can sleep easily. It is also just 1-2 min walk to 7/11 store and many restaurants and food stalls within 1-3 min walk. Definitely stay here again next time. The only downside is there is no elevator or lift, so if u have big luggage and u r up on 5th floor, it might be a little challenge!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel in Sathorn area - I had a great time staying here for 3 days. The place is clean and safe. The room is spacious with a big bed. Only less than 50 meters from the convenience store 7/11 which is open 24/7 where I can buy all kinds of ready-cooked meals and drinks. Less than 10 min walk from metro station MRT Lumpini. Several restaurants are within 3-4 min walk and noodle shops/stalls open till past midnight

• stefan (8/5): good deal - I like this hotel. the confort and the price are pretty good but things need to improve like why I need to wait in the morning when their is room available. if you have heavy luggage or your health is low isn't a place for you as their is a lot floor and steps with no elevator.

Sain kuitenkin huoneen kahdeksi tunniksi, joten kävin suihkussa ja puin kevyempää ylle. Sitten etsimään lähistöltä seuraavan yön hotellia. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen, mutta interiööri oli kulahtanut. Olisi kyllä ollut hintansa väärti.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect for Budget Traveler - Perfect for Budget traveler. Pros: Room is big. Bathroom attached (u cannot find other places with this price). Walking distance to MRT. Taxi (45 TBH) to Silom Rd. Very easy to get Taxi. Many Massage shops, Restaurants, Street Foods, 7/11 nearby. Wifi very good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean. Cons: No lift (pls remember you are booking budget hotel with cheapest price). Furniture are old (also pls remember you are booking budget hotel with cheapest price). No breakfast (u can easily get breakfast nearby - it will cost you less than 50 TBH).
• Derek (2/5): DON'T GO HERE !!!!! - No TV, no telephone, intermittent WI-FI, no complimentary tea and coffee, no in-room safe - and of course no responsibility taken by the hotel for anything, including the well-being of their guests. The useless staff are not local nor english-speaking so I lucked out on either score. Avoid this place. You can do much better for the same money.

• Nim Wongsuwan (8/5): Value for money !! - The hotel is closed to MRT Khlongtoei, 10 minutes by walking. A street to the hotel is quiet and peachful, there are small shoping store (7-11), local restaurants, street food located nearby the hotel. Room is big enough and have adequate fundamental amennities. Staffs and housekeepers are nice and friendly. There is no elevetor in the hotel if you get room in the 4th floor nevertheless you get an incredible panoramic city's view instead.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Didn't care for really - I stayed here for 2 different times - one for 3 days, 4 nights and the second time was for one night just to get some sleep before I flew back again to California. The very first time I stayed I wasn't expecting anything fancy really. The room was OK but it was "you get what you pay for kinda thing". For $16 a night I was OK with it. However, the room I got was supposed to be on the second level yet it ended up being 6 flights of stairs! And because they didn't have an elevator, hauling your suitcases up 6 flights of stairs wasn't fun at all! Thankfully, the guy who was the receptionist at the time helped me carry my biggest suitcase! I got my cardio to say the least but it was very exhausting when you have been walking all day then the last thing you'd really want to get excited about was climbing up 6 flights of stairs before you even get to your room. The room was OK. The bathroom had warm water. Like I said, it was only for sleeping so I didn't really bother that I booked another night stay here on my way back from Cambodia to catch a flight in Bangkok to Los Angeles the following day. HOWEVER... THIS IS A REVIEW RE: MY SECOND STAY The room they booked me in was absolutely the worst room I've ever stayed at for a long while. It was on the first level (which literally meant I only had to climb up 3 flights of stairs instead of 6) BUT the key reader didn't work so I was told that I had to use the key manually. NO MORE ROOM HERE SO I'LL UPDATE MORE LATER

• Scott J. (6/5): Practical, Friendly, Price Point Value. - Overall felt comfortable in lovely little Guest House. Private Rooms with Good Maid Service. Maid Provides you coffee each day as well as nice clean Towels and Water. For what I paid I had felt it was an extraordinary deal. Not a 5 star hotel by any means but if your budget is important and you want clean safe digs in a very upscale neighborhood this is a good place. Sathorn in very clean and Private area of Bangkok. I have stayed Bangkok about twenty times. Its off the beaten path,no pool or laundry could use a bit of paint softer mattress, but also within striking distance of all metros and Sukumvit Considering for every 1000 baht you spend will be about $29,00 USD The Boss;s Place Weighs in for me as a winner. - My only consideration and improvement would be a little more upscale laundry service however it can be found in the Sathorn area. • Samat (6/5): So so. - Rooms are not so wonderful. Whitewash coming out somewhere. Linen are old and has some holes on it. there was no flat sheet and we had to sleep in clothes. If you like the price you can stay, if you can find better for this price then good. Be prepared to not so good conditions.
