- Janet (6/5): Good room, clean. Helpful employees but not security. - Employees were friendly and helpful. Security personnel were pretty useless during a noise issue. We had serious noise issues from the room next door that were not effectively addressed for several hours. People became extremely loud starting at about 11pm. I called the front desk to address; they said they'd send security (which is contracted by Springhill, they're not employees) up. I don't know if they came up; the noise didn't abate. Finally, after hearing the neighbors pounding on the wall many times and yelling around 2am, I called the front desk 2x. The second person said, "We've sent security. They stood in the hallway and didn't hear anything." I said, "Well, do I have to hold the phone up to the wall so you can hear this? Why don't you tell security to knock on their door instead of standing somewhere in the hall?" Some minutes later, security knocked on their door, and for the most part the people next door quieted down. But I don't think guests should have to tolerate stuff like this at 2:00am, so either Springhill is more careful about who they rent to, or they have security that's going to take care of the problem immediately.

Usually rooms will smell like cleaning solutions but mine smelled like a campfire, very pleasant. Light switches in room did not control the lights. They were manually controlled from the light itself.
- Kathryn (5/5): We had originally booked three nights but chose to leave early due to how uncomfortable our stay was - The location was excellent, and we really appreciated the high ceilings in the room. We recently stayed in Room 215 and found the layout to feel quite cramped, especially for a suite-style hotel. Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I was also surprised by the lack of bedding comfort — specifically more pillows and a proper duvet. Even something as simple as adding a white duvet (which can be done very affordably) would significantly elevate the guest experience and overall comfort level. I hope this feedback is helpful, as we truly value the SpringHill Suites brand and would love to see these small upgrades make a big difference in future stays.
- Christina (5/5): - Room was quiet couldn't hear any noise from other rooms. Parking for checkin as well as the cost for was way more then listed on bookings. The gentlemen that worked when checked in was unpleasant and not helpful. The beds were so firm and uncomfortable.
- Cindi (7/5): - The room was pretty good. Couch cushions had a rip in and stuffing coming out of it. When I lifted one of the cushions on the couch there was a penny on it below the cushion so you know it wasn't cleaned. Staff that I spoke to were very friendly The price and parking. Ended up paying $64 for 24 hours of parking because you can't leave and come back without paying the full fee. I didn't check the other parking garage. No pool or hot tub.

- Pamela (9/5): Great place to stay! - loved the comfort of the beds. Easy to control room temperature. Our room was near the elevator, yet it was very quiet. Called for more towels, and they arrived promptly. We ran out of kleenex and conditioner the first night, we were unsure when the room would be cleaned as we could not easily find that information. On the third day we called. Breakfast could have had more options like homemade oatmeal, and make your own waffle machines. Yogurt would also be nice.

We were traveling to Milwaukee for a volleyball tournament at the Baird Center and the convenience of the location is hard to beat! Leslie (the early breakfast crew) was incredible. Her joy and appreciation for her job and doing her job well was evident.
- 480lyndam (10/5): Another great stay! - This is our second year staying at this location for a volleyball tournament. Just like our first time, this stay was great. Rooms are clean, plenty of breakfast options, and spacious rooms. The best part is the staff are very accommodating and kind. From the front desk to valet, there is never a shortage of people checking that you have all that you need. Leslie in the breakfast area was so friendly every morning. She was helpful and always had a smile on her face. What a great way to start the day! We will definitely stay here anytime we have a trip to Milwaukee.

- AnnW331 (10/5): Best Breakfast, clean, friendly and helpful staff - As a family of 5, we stay in Springhill suites a lot. This is by far the best one we’ve stayed in! The hotel was clean and staff was helpful. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts of any of the “free” breakfast chains. Breakfast included, fresh fruit such as strawberries, pineapple, bananas, apples and oranges. There was also a breakfast sandwich, meat, eggs( hard boiled and scrambled), yogurt, oatmeal with toppings, and cereal. Leslie was friendly and showed a lot of pride in her work. She was helpful as kitchen staff and helped front desk staff as well. Everyone on the staff was friendly and made eye contact, too. You do need to park via valet or use the sky bridge attached unaffiliated garage. The Skybridge changes rates depending on time of day and what was going on, (Skybridges seem to be a Milwaukee thing where they all to go to Parking garages. ) Valet service was easy and friendly! You also need a key to use the elevator. Our heater made noise but the staff was able to fix it immediately at 3 am when my husband notified them of the issue. The shower was a walk in and was nice and hot! Check in staff asked if we needed covers for the couch and had it in hand to give me at check in. This was so nice! There have been many times, we have checked into other suite hotels and bedding was not offered nor available. This change was greatly appreciated! We stayed here for a Bucks game. It was incredibly easy to walk to Fiserv as well as the third market eatery (food hall), Walgreens, and TJMaxx. We walked to dinner at San Giorgio pizzeria as well. Also highly recommend! Milwaukee is cold in January, but the people are not. :)

A hospedagem foi reservada para 4 pessoas, porém tivemos que descer 2 vezes para pedir toalhas e roupa de cama para o sofá cama. - surftravel51 (6/5): Too many problems - This is a tough review as we really like this hotel chain, but I have to review it based on our 2 night stay. Large room which was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Very good breakfast with a nice assortment of hot and cold items. Fitness room was adequate with free weights, a couple treadmills, ellipticals, and a bike. The free popcorn in the lobby was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the heat was not working in the building, which made for a very cold lobby and breakfast area. The heat also did not work in the room, which wasnt a huge deal, except we couldnt even turn the unit off...and it blew cool (not cold) air the entire stay, and made a clicking noise all night. Hot water went out the 2nd day, which made for a very unpleasant shower. Light bulb was out in the lamp by the chair, which was taken care of immediately when I mentioned it. To be fair, much of this was beyond their control, and they did send a letter to our room stating the issues with the heat (it was a very cold weekend). Not the best stay at one of our favorite chains, BUT.......we would stay here again knowing that they would have these issues taken care of. Without these issues, would give it a 10/10. Simply rating it on our stay this time.

I stayed there in Sept and the front desk personnel were pleasant but this next time, which was Nov 3- 6, was a better experience with Parker who greeted me and gave me a list of restaurants and seem to be more genuinely interested in me staying there. It was a nice gesture in his part.

- Burns (1/5): This is not a property I recommend staying at, pick another brand or another Marriott. - The non managerial front desk, maintenance, and food staff were very professional. We had bed bugs which forced us to leave the property abruptly in the middle of the night, during a storm, and drive 5.5 hours back home. The General Manager was not accommodating, told us about patrons lying to not pay for their stay. I am rewards member which means I’m a regular patron of the brand and I have NEVER had a bed bug experience or a General Manager who refused to accommodate a client.

- Kerttu (5/5): What's with the single use plastic - The room was spacious and mostly clean (some soft furniture had stains). Beds were comfortable. I was surprised and disappointed to see that the breakfast here used all single-use plastic dishes and cutlery. The breakfast itself was fine. Simple, as expected for this type of hotel, but the disposable setup really stood out. I’ve stayed at several Marriott properties that use real dishes and make sustainability part of their guest experience, which makes this choice confusing and out of step with the brand’s usual standards. It feels wasteful and honestly lowers the overall impression of the hotel. I hope Marriott encourages consistency across its properties so that even smaller or limited-service hotels can reflect the same quality and environmental values the brand is known for.
