• Yoshihiro (8/5): 網走での宿泊は此処で決まり！ - コロナ問題有り、時節柄スポーツ合宿有りで、個人旅行者はやや肩身が狭くなりがち。そんな中、共有スペースではのんびり出来たし、何と言っても客室からの眺望は幾つかのマイナスポイントを帳消しにするだけのものでした。朝食前の湖畔の散歩は気持ち良かったです。
• Verified traveler (4/5): 古いせいかもしれないですね！ - ストーブが囲われていたせいで、部屋が温まりずらく寒いし、食事が良くなかった。布団の敷き方がグチャグチャで悪かった。洗面台のタオルがボロボロなのも嫌でした。

• IWASE (6/5): 露天風呂 - 風情がある露天風呂が良いですね。湯温は38℃とぬるめだったので長く入れました。
• Hiroyuki (8/5): 網走湖に臨む静かなホテル - 大型のホテル。網走湖に臨む山の中腹にあり、客室の窓からは素晴らしい眺望であった。朝食も地元の食材を豊かに使い大変満足。ただ、客室は年季の入った和室特有のにおいが気になった。何より不快だったのは、ちょうど大学のラグビー部の合宿とぶつかっており、彼らのシューズが廊下に置かれていたこと。仕方がないと思うが、チェックインのときに一言伝えてくれれば、他のルートを通行できたのが残念だった。
• serge (10/5): parfait - très bel hôtel dans un beau cadre naturel avec de superbes bains, un excellent petit déjeuner, et un accueil anglophone très sympathique. On nous gare même la voiture en arrivant.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - 夜遅くの到着になってしまったのに、快く対応してくれた。 施設は普通のホテルという感じだが、部屋から網走湖などもみえてよかった。
• Hsiao-san (10/5): 開車推薦的住宿 - 房型雖沒有很新，但是乾淨又舒適，溫泉和早餐都令人滿意。要開車去比較方便。
• Ya-Lan (8/5): 整體相當舒適的地方 - 飯店外觀不怎麼樣，但裡頭很乾淨整齊，我住的和室房型，空間很夠還面湖。 有免費且漂亮的各式浴衣可以出借，還提供兩個不同的樓層的湯池，為了欣賞不同景色，還有男、女湯互換的時段，相當貼心的設計。 停車也免費，但要留鑰匙，不過車子就在門口密集停，也沒什麼好擔心的。 早餐還可以，不是非要在飯店吃的人，其實可以不必考慮。 飯店對面的網走湖畔，相當值得一遊，可以看到老鷹耶！如果網走湖乾淨清澈些，就更完美了。

• John (10/5): - We were on a road trip around the middle and south of Hokkaido. The hotel while slightly out of town was clean, comfortable and good value.regretably during the night the earthquake struck Hokkaido and caused all electricity throughout Hokkaido to fail.

• Florence (6/5): Vue sur le lac mais isolé de la ville - Dommage que les chambres soient vieillottes. L’hôtel est à 5km de la ville, pas pratique sans voitures. L’on s’en et le petit-déjeuner sont très bien et le personnel très serviable

• Ｊａｃｋｉｅ (6/5): 排水系どうにかしたほうがいい - 古い施設に結構ありがちな浴室周りの排水容量の問題。 最低限、バスタブの排水栓を普通に抜いた状態で溢れることだけは避けるようなメンテナンスをしてほしい。 部屋は広くて、窓から見える網走湖はキレイでした。

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Western style room was only able to accommodate maximum of 2 pax as opposed to the maximum of 4 as stated on Expedia page. Was given a japanese tatami room upon check in but hotel reception was kind enough to provide us with 2 western style rooms with beds instead. Would be better if we were able to stay in their new wing instead of the annex but least the room was clean albeit outdated.

• utis (6/5): Good location but with extra charge. - Right in front of the Abashiri lake. The lake was frozen during our stay (late March) . We were charged with the hot spring charge even we did not use it.

• CHI HO TONY (8/5): Good location and good dinner - Wr stayed for three nights incl dinner. Though not a buffet, a lot of choice for dinner incl liquor, sake. All you can drink. However, the open air onsen for male is not hot enough .

• YEE WAN HELEN (6/5): Reasonable price with good room view - The view of the hotel is very good, facing the lake but the room is a bit old but overall acceptable with the room rate is reasonable. The disappointed thing is that no dinner provided, we must drive again to look for a restaurant which we felt so tired as we were driving for hours to arrive the hotel, just want to relax.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - 傳統的溫泉飯店.房間塌塌米味道加上房間沒有禁菸.所以剛進房味道不好聞.要開一會的窗加空調味道才會不見.我們選擇的房間很大.可以看到網走湖.晚上要泡澡時.被水龍頭流出一缸淡紅色的水嚇到.再重新漏過就正常了.

• バイクで北海道 (6/5): 湖畔を眺めゆったりと - 静かで、お風呂も大浴場がありゆったりできました。ただ、市街地まで車で10分かかるので、夕方疲れてホテルにチェックインした時、予約していなかった夕飯が、簡単なものでも食べられると良かったです。

• akkun (8/5): ロビーのテラスの眺望が良いホテル - いつもビジネスで利用させて頂いてますが、サウナ、露天風呂付き温泉大浴場がきちんと清掃されており、とても快適です。また、ブッフェスタイルの朝食のの種類も多く美味しいので、ついつい食べ過ぎてしまいます。
• B-Lyn (4/5): Staff สื่อสารยากมาก แถมได้ห้องไม่ตรงกับที่จอง - ใช้บริการ expedia มาหลายปี จองโรงแรมไม่เคยผิดพลาด จองแบบแพง แต่ให้ห้องแย่ๆแบบห้องก็ไม่ใช่ที่จอง ต้องทวงถามให้เปลี่ยนห้องให้ แต่พนักงานกว่าจะสื่อสารเข้าใจเล่นเอาเหนื่อยเลย คำขอโทษ ทางวาจา หรือทางกาย ก็ไม่มี ไม่ทำให้ความรู้สึกที่เสียไปดีขึ้นเลย บอกเลยไม่รู้สึกประทับใจอะไรกับโรงแรมนี้ ทั้งๆที่โรงแรมวิวสวย บรรยากาศดี

• はるか (6/5): お風呂が寒かった - お風呂が寒い上に、シャワーも温かくならなく、浴槽のお湯もぬるくて、残念でした。 フロントからもかなり遠い部屋だったので、貸し出しのシャンプーを取りに行くのも諦めてしまいました。 部屋は浴室と洗面台とトイレが別になっていたので、その点は良かったです。

• あき (8/5): 露天風呂ありがとう - 立地をとったビジネスで行きました。 仕事の疲れを露天風呂で癒されました。 朝食もたっぷり頂きました。
• RAIMON (6/5): 　 - 立地的にお店は近くにないので，用事は済ませてからチェックインをおススメします。 また駐車スペースは広くないので，チェックイン後に出入りが多い時は少し大変かもしれません。 （キーはフロントに預けます）。 お風呂は遅めに入ったせいかほぼ貸切状態でしたが，脱衣場と浴場の段差が大きいのでメガネ必須の方は足元に注意を。
• GT (8/5): Nice hotel room facing lake, value for money - Love this hotel! Room is relatively big and has good lake view. Just 3 mins drive to the lake. However, the restaurant did not have dinner and we had to drive out 10 mins away for food after a long day and late check in.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Quite isolated and shuttle bus hit and miss - taxis expensive. Great Onsen. Buffet dinner great value as includes drinks and dessert (chocolate fountain etc!) A bit shabby and in need of some work but I think reasonable for the area. (Abashiri certainly gets battered by the elements).
