I felt that assumptions were made about our ability to manage the reservation based on our age. Despite presenting my confirmation email and proof of payment, I was informed that no reservation could be found and was asked to pay again. When I requested to cancel my reservation and receive a refund, the reservation was suddenly located. The situation was handled in a dismissive manner, including laughter, and no apology was offered. I have stayed at this property previously without issue, but this recent experience has significantly impacted my perception, and I do not anticipate returning.

• Alisa (8/5): - Our room was spotlessly clean and so very comfortable! We LOVED the layout of the shower! Innovative and effective! There was excellent insulation between the bathroom and the bedroom. Couldn't hear the bathroom fan from the bedroom when the bathroom door was closed. There was ample room in the bedroom and it was thoughtfully laid out. Of particular note was a super cool curved loveseat that was unique, comfortable, and stylish. A great place to snuggle up and read. Breakfast was typically expensive (no free breakfast), but it did not appear to be freshly cooked. It felt like everything was microwaved or warmed some other way. I was hoping that for $33 for two people, our eggs and bacon would have been freshly made. Each of the staff members we interacted with were AWESOME! Super helpful, fun, and kind. This made me smile. The pool was sparkly and had a recirculation pump which kept it fresh. The lobby was clean and the staff (both evening and morning) were DEFINITELY helpful.

You definitely don’t want to leave anything in your vehicle, use a steering wheel lock and locking lug nuts if you stay here.

Very Convenient only bummer is if your in an extended stay less than 14 days, your room or linens will not be cleaned. The only clean room every 14 days in an extended stay. FYI. Also, they don’t require deposits so you don’t have to wait half the month to receive your deposit refunded to your account.

I was also disappointed the bistro bar area wouldn’t take cash for the payment of breakfast, card only? This is America and cash IS our currency not a piece of plastic. We left and went to Cracker Barrel to eat where they gladly took my cash. Also found a few loose/unwrapped pieces of chocolate on the small sofa under the throw pillows. Made me question how clean everything else may have been.
• Cruiser63920749977 (2/5): Avoid at all costs if want to enjoy your vacations - The entrance to the parking lot was randomly closed one day, the electricity went off for 10 minutes the same day, the bistro is randomly closed too and the employee one day ignored us until another guest showed up, turns out he was sitting next to us the whole time. The food took around 20 minutes to arrive but there were 3 people there. The only good thing about my stay were 2 of the receptionists that were really nice and attentive. Wont ever stay here again

• Dion (5/5): somewhat disappointed - I liked the king size bed I did not like that the pull out couch was very small, in the photos it looks like a double size mattress, not a single I did not like that the rooms are not cleaned everyday unless you request them to be cleaned everyday the day before and if you don't request them to to cleaned, they do not refill items like coffee, or clean cups. I also did not like that in the ad they said breakfast was not complementary, but they state it is around $10, but don't tell you it's starbucks & it's alot more expensive than $10.

• 339thirde (2/5): BED BUGS FOUND - The only positive portion of my stay here was being greeted by Jeff who’s an outstanding desk agent. But the cleanliness, maintenance and management specifically by Julie Austin is not in alignment with what you get greeted with at the door. I discovered on a two nights stay tiny bugs in my bed in a room 409 and throughout my tote & carry on after placing it near the nightstand. I immediately notified housekeeping who notified maintenance. I showed him live bugs, pictures, live video and the area which they were discovered, and he began to dissect the linen and told me to go to the front desk to be switched to another room I canceled the reservation because obviously my comfort has been compromised as well as my peace of mind. I was told they would have a third-party pest control come in to do a test and get back with me with the results and determine compensation. Never got a follow up until I made a complaint online. I did not want points in any form. I wanted a refund and a perhaps a sincere apology. Again, I have proof of my discovery in the moment it happened and two witnesses yet I get an email today stating the results of the third-party pest control test did not come to the conclusion that they were bedbugs. !!! I don’t care what kind of bugs they are they were found in the bed with proof. Who’s lying here? view my attached pictures & tell me if the upkeep of areas by windows, baseboards is up to par. It’s easy for rodents or insects to dwell and sustain in areas like this. corporate extremely miss handled this case obviously by redirecting the issue back to The site manager who did not issue a resolution. Perhaps my reviews across multiple sites and video footage will encourage them to do better.

• Scott (2/5): - Extremely unsafe. Multiple cars were broken into and multipe catalytic converters were stolen. According to the front desk clerk it happens regularly. We emailed the GM and she never responded. No security patrolling. We would never stay here again.

• Rebecca (10/5): Great stay, location is great with restaurants and grocery stores near by. - front staff was great, jeff was awesome! Made my stay super easy and checking in was smooth no hassle. Room was very comfortable and clean. I didn't eat breakfast there but would have been nice to have breakfast included instead of having to pay additional.
• Cassandra (5/5): Passable - Location was very convenient. My family and I had to wait over 30 mins for a rep to check us in at the counter. No one was there when we arrived. We called several times and stood there as the desk phone rang. There was a sign that said the clerk would be back shortly, but my husband had to literally bang on the side door to get someone to come out to help. We assumed the desk clerk was sleep. That was our 3rd time staying there for out of state travel, and that was the only time our check in wasn’t pleasant.

• R (10/5): - Check in was fast n pleasant. Clean Spacious room n comfy bed. We opted for breakfast options $10 for two person glad we did! Breakfast was cooked to order fresh delicious and came with Starbucks coffee can’t beat that! Will definitely stay again.
• Ahsan (6/5): room with no Shower door or curtain - A room was provided to me on the ground floor with no shower door or shower curtain, I complained about it and I was told that a shower door or curtain is not available for this room.

• Nicole (10/5): - We needed to make a last minute reservation for a medical appointment and Courtyard turned out to be the perfect spot! Hotel was clean, room was spacious, and the front desk staff was amazing! We will be back in the future!

• Pete (8/5): Personnel needs further training - The location to Houston Methodist West. lighting was poor. two lights did't work properly. bathroom had dust around the toilet area. sofa is not senior friendly. Hotel employees parting in the bistro.
