• Martha Jane (8/5): Pleased but please make courtyard/pool accessible. - Great staff. lovely room. The only downside is that the pool and courtyard are not accessible to people with mobility issues. You have to take stairs from level two in this otherw accessible building. Also could not find restaurant.

• Garry (10/5): Awesome Hotel and Staff - I had some issues at first, but the hotel staff fixed the problem and were incredibly helpful. I was impressed by the support provided and their efforts to make the stay pleasant. Much appreciated by my wife and I. The rooms and breakfast were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed was comfortable and the pullout bed was even good. The only draw back was you had to pay for parking if you weren't a Marriott rewards member.

Thought I booked a wheelchair room but it was not wheelchair accessible. Went several days without a shower. Last night upgraded us to a 1 bedroom handicapped room to get air conditioning. That room was fantastic!!

The room was nice otherwise, just much smaller than expected.

Our rooms were clean, comfortable and well stocked with supplies.

The only thing I can criticize is the property is starting to see some wear. Time for carpets to be replaced in the room we were in and some of the chairs/furniture on the main floor common areas are looking very tired.

Breakfast was excellent lots of choices and food was fresh

• Giancarlo (8/5): Good hotel - The underground parking area was very handy; the breakfast was good; the room was nice and spacious, fully furnished with a full kitchen included. There could be more hooks in the bathroom. We used 2 rooms: 613 and 617. 613 had a huge vent that was super noisy. It was ridiculously loud. The television is a joke. There's barely any channels, no cable television, and the stuff available had audio delay.

The swimming pool and gym are also great and cosy after a long work day. Breakfast is also great, they do have plenty of selection. Plenty of parking space for your needs, this includes parkade.
