Please note that only guests with valid identification documents who have registered during check in as per booking occupancy are allowed in the cottages. Outside guests not allowed in the cottages between 19:00 to 10:00. Please note that: 1. If guests need to get in touch with the property on phone, please call between 10 am to 10 pm (Indian Standard Time) 2. Arudra is not a 24 hours property, reception, room service, restaurant are only operational between 8 am to 12 am The charges for extra person/ child mentioned are the maximum. Please contact the property to know the exact charges for extra person which will be applicable to your booking. The room charges are for 2 people and extra charges will be applicable even if extra mattress is not required, please contact the property to know the additional charges applicable to your booking. Arudra is a beach property and the access is through a small by-lane which requires a couple of minutes walk from the last point where a vehicle comes. Hence we are not most suitable for senior citizens or for someone who has trouble walking. We are a pet friendly resort and have 2 dogs of our own who roam freely in the property. Please note that the cottages and restaurant will be covered by clear plastic frames during monsoons. Restaurant will be operational only for breakfast between 8 am to 11 am from 1st June to 1st August. Food options available in nearby shacks and restaurants for other meals. The beach setup with lights and seating will not be available during the monsoons. Parking is not available at the property. Roadside pay and park is available around 5 minutes away. The daily charges are approximately INR 300.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Ankur (1/5): Bad - Poorly maintained property. We stayed in the Villa which was completely disgusting. 1. Room Locks were not working. 2. The flush and toilet were leaking. Whenever you flush, the entire washroom gets flushed. 3. The washroom pot was broken and was totally uncomfortable. 4. At times, there was no water in the washroom. 5. Most of the furniture in the garden was broken with disgusting unhygienic stains. 6. Room service was poor. Asked for a towel, received it the next day. 7. Food was average and overpriced and still they didn't allow outside food. 8. There is no parking available and they also don't actively help to find good parking. 9. There was no handwash in the washroom. 10. Asked for tea kit supply and they said to send it in 10 mins, but it never arrived. Not at all recommended to anyone.

Shah (1/5): Would not recommend Casa De Silver even to my worst enemy. - Nothing. Firstly there is no entrance for cars up to the reception. We were just left in the scorching sun until the porters came up to collect us. Wanted money up front, refused until have seen the room. Room was very small, there was hardly any space between the wall and bed. Had to fork out another £100 to upgrade the room, which was not even equipped with the basics, like no toilet roll holder, no shelf for shampoo or shower gel. It is a 2 star hotel, but the prices are more than 4 star. The dining hall was under repairs so everything had to be ordered in the room and by the time the food arrived it was cold. We had to ask for everything twice before it was supplied. The attitude of the management was a joke. When complained about anything there was no apology from the management and further more they just kept their mouths shut. The place was also crawling with rats. I wonder what would be the kitchen like.

Even the gardens of the stay are lush green and so good to eyes. Breakfast and Internet speed could have been better. Router is probably there only near reception, so , this could be improved. Breakfast can have more options.

Positive for me was that the beach was right next to the property. The cabin was spacious. Basic facilities are good. Rajesh (9/5): While the hotel offers a charming beachside experience and excellent service, it would benefit from - As someone accustomed to premium services in the Gulf and Western countries, my initial impression of the hotel was one of mild concern. However, these concerns quickly faded as I settled in. The facility, with its wooden rooms, has a charming and well-maintained appearance. The bathrooms, while basic, adequately met my needs. There were minor issues, such as leaky pipes that caused some slipperiness, but these were manageable. One of the highlights of the hotel is its courtyard, an ideal spot for relaxation. Its proximity to the beach naturally brings a bit of sand into the rooms, but this is to be expected and adds to the beachside experience. The room service was outstanding, with a responsive and accommodating reception that promptly fulfilled all requests. While the restaurant's ambiance was modest, the quality of the food more than made up for it. Every meal was delicious, and I appreciated the absence of any digestive discomfort. The beach access is undoubtedly the hotel's crowning feature. The beach, vibrant until 5 AM, provided an unparalleled vacation experience. Additionally, the staff's cooperative and friendly nature greatly enhanced my stay. The bathrooms in the hotel, while functional, could benefit significantly from renovations. The floors were notably slippery, and I encountered issues with broken pipes, though these were not major impediments. Additionally, the air conditioning remote presented some challenges in terms of ease of use, and the wardrobes, while adequate, have room for improvement in terms of design and functionality. These aspects, if addressed, could enhance the overall comfort and experience for guests.

Praveen (10/5): The Best Location - The location, beach and view from the cottage is just mesmerizing. Cottage is spacious and almost on the beach, you can go at what time you wanna to relax on beach within 10 seconds. Titos lane is only on 2 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was very tasty with options and candle light dinner on the beach was awesome. In the restaurant & at the time of breakfast, two pretty girls was welcoming the guests and both were ready to serve your breakfast / meal with a cute smile. One of the girl suggested me to order only 3 butter garlic naan in lunch instead of 5, that I ordered before and the three naan was much more enough. Although I forgot to ask their name but thank you girls, thank you Arudra and staff... Overall it was a great experience to stay in Arudra... highly recommended... There is nothing to dislike. All was excellent.
