- William (8/5): cheap and good location. would recommend - close to the station and had a free shuttle bus in the morning to get to the airport when checking in the guy was super nice, and when i told him i spoke a little bit of japanese he tried really hard to speak slowly so we could have the whole interaction in japanese, which was super appreciated. not much, onsen is at another hotel so could be a drawback for others.

Therefore, despite taking my payment, the Hotel refused my reservation. I spent the night sitting upright in the Departure area.

Yea, coffee & facial moisturizer. Great amenities. Bed was rock hard and there was a constant like “vibrating phone” sound ( I think it was the AC unit) but other than that a very lovely stay

- harumi (8/5): 1泊の予定でしたが大雪で飛行機欠航になって遅い時間だったのに、直ぐお部屋が取れた事に感謝してます！ - とにかくスタッフの皆さんの応対が素晴らしかったです。 ホテルマン！て感じでした！ 九州の人間ですがお部屋の暖房が凄く暖かくて2快適でした！ 残念だったのは2泊目のツインのお部屋、TVの上の壁に蜘蛛の巣が張ってました。
