- HARUNUR (8/5): Future customers of Booking.com should be aware of my poor experience with my trip. - Breakfast was excellent! Location was industrial. We were particularly bothered by ugly sites of commercial trucks besides our room. This was unacceptable to us. I do not blame the hotel. I blame Booking.com agents who booked us a wrong hotel. I requested the Holiday Inn across from the campus of the University of Saskatchewan. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH BOOKING.COM AGAIN! I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH BOOKING.COM AGAIN. You had very inefficient agents who booked me at this Holiday Inn near the Industrial area. We requested the Holiday Inn near Circle Drive across from the University of Saskatchewan. I will rather pay more and choose a better location.

- Kristen (4/5): For the amount I paid (which was A LOT) and none of my requests were honoured and the hot tub was out of order. - It was clean and the staff were friendly. I had booked two rooms with two queen beds and was given two rooms with a king bed and sofa bed. Had also asked for adjoining rooms. Which they said they would try and accommodate. At least we were side by side. Also the hot tub wasn’t working. Apparently has been like that for weeks. It was colder than the pool.

- Kristen (6/5): Not terrible - The bed was super comfortable! The room was blacked out which I loved! I loved the lights behind the bed and closet thing super nice and relaxing We where asleep & got called after 11 to ask if we where stomping.. I think this could have been resolved if someone just went up to the 2nd floor and walked around till they heard noise rather than calling and waking people up. That made us not want to return sadly The pool was overwhelming bleach smelling and way to cold. The hot tub was waaay to hot and everyone that went in besides us said the same things.
