• Silvia (6/5): Hotel moderno y Muy buen trato del personal - Mucha facilidad en el horario de llegada, muy buena comunicación con el hotel. Está todo muy limpio y nuevo. La comodidad de las camas, en nuestro caso no fueron cómodas.

• Nadine (7/5): - Alter Bahnhof zum Hotel umgebaut,Konzept dahinter ist gut,zentrale Lage,großes Zimmer mit ausreichend Ablagefläche und Kleiderbügel (für Biker wichtig 😉),Motorrad konnten wir kostenlos direkt am Hotel parken,alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen Leider hatten wir wohl ziemlich Pech mit unserem Zimmer und überhaupt...Die Bewertungen kann ich leider nicht nachvollziehen...Es ist wirklich schade,doch unter anderem lag ein alter Putzlappen inklusive alter Bürste unter unserer Bettdecke,wäre die Rezeption besetzt gewesen oder jemand erreichbar hätten wir dies gemeldet...Desweiteren hat das Hotel einen Jacuzzi welcher 30 Minuten umsonst genutzt werden kann,leider gab es keinerlei Hinweise das man dies reservieren muss,somit war an dem Tag bereits alles ausgebucht...Dafür gab es mehrere Mails davor und danach mit Hinweis auf Check in und der bitte um Bewertung...Die Kommunikation am Empfang war sehr schwierig,da die Dame kein Englisch gesprochen hat und sich auch sonst sehr schwer tat...Ich erwarte nicht das jemand meine Sprache spricht,dennoch finde ich, das heutzutage Englisch an einer Rezeption das mindeste sein sollte... Eigentlich gebe ich keine negativen Bewertungen ab,doch in dem Falle war es mir wichtig,da ich auch mehrmals darum gebeten wurde...Doch wie schon gesagt,hatten wir vielleicht einfach nur Pech...

• Chen (8/5): Nice train themed hotel, let down by staff and facility not being able to be used - Nice train station themed hotel, with good well maintained facilities that leads to a good peaceful rest Was told spa was not able to be used, even though it’s part of the cost. No other option given. A waste that reception was just barely transactional and not giving intro to the very nocely done up hotel.

• RYO (10/5): Station Hotel ! - I have chosen just because I love trains and this hotel uses upper floors of the Puigcerda train station. Then, the location is perfect. No need to walk from long distance bus stop as the buses stop in front of the station. Room was spacious and well equipped. Price was reasonable. Staff were so kind. Though I arrived late after the closure of the reception, they have told me how to enter the hotel and the room in details. I felt no stress at the arrival. Water pressure of the shower was a bit weak.
• Javier (6/5): Sin parking - Está bien situado, la habitación pequeña pero limpia y baño grande y limpio (la verdad que está muy bien en general) Se anuncia como con parking, y no es así. Tienes que aparcar en la calle sin vigilancia y encima de la acera (en nuestro caso cogimos ese hotel por el parking supuestamente vigilado y privado y nos tocó dejar motos de más de 20000 euros en un lateral de la acera y sin control ninguna) La mujer de recepción no nos informó de los 30 min de spa GRATUITO ni del Catering de bienvenida GRATUITO. Y cuando le preguntamos le pareció hasta mal, no dijo que sí pero que NO que solo es agua y fruta y el SPA es un jacuzzi pero que hay que reservar. En fin el trato pésimo El resto normalito Creo que hay mejores hoteles en la zona 13€ x cabeza el desayuno (desayunamos en el bar de enfrente de lujo)

• Mark (6/5): - Puigcerda was an incredible location for a short stay. Room was clean and comfy. Shower was fantastic. Stayed for 8 nights which was perhaps too long for the location of the hotel, more suited for short breaks. Felt isolated as apart from check in I saw no staff. I would not recommend for single travellers as it was quite isolating when walking back from the town centre at night. Also whilst the first lift was working the second was not and not convenient if you struggle on stairs.

• Rio (8/5): Dans l ensemble bien à part le bruit - Propreté et le standing de là chambre Le bruit du matin très tôt car la salle ou l on prend le petit déjeuner se trouve juste au dessus de la chambre et donc très bruillant à la préparation de la salle surtout que ce n est pas la première fois que l on vient dans cet hotel
