• Alma (10/5): Great hotel in a good location. Great Staff! - We had a standard room and it was very clean (got cleaned daily)and spacious. The breakfast options were plenty to choose from sweet to salty and the location was in the center near main streets making it perfect to go out in the evenings with no car. Staff was very friendly, everyone spoke english quite well and ready to help at any time.

• Marina (10/5): - Our whole stay from beginning to end. The staff is super welcoming, kind and helpful. The rooms are clean with everything you need and the breakfast is fantastic. The location is very central to everything.

• Joanna (6/5): Excellent location but facilities donlt stack up - The hotel was well situated on the central square, a block in from the waterfront with easy access to restaurants and bars. It was spotlessly clean and we slept well on excellent mattress and pillows. Convenient if you need to be in central Argostolion but otherwise better options. It was a bit of a disappointment, the least favourite on our multi stop trip to Greece – and the most expensive. It describes itself as a four star boutique hotel with fine dining. It isn’t. The room was tiny and featureless, painted flat grey throughout, and hardly room for two people on the balcony. There was no dining except breakfast which was good but not exceptional. We stayed in September, there may be more facilities in high season but the booking.com listing doesn’t reflect that. For example there isn’t a tv in the room, just a monitor. There isn’t a room service menu although they will apparently bring breakfast up. There is no coffee in the room, only tea, because of the downstairs coffee shop – which closes at 3pm as does the bar so no nightcaps here. It advertises a resident’s tv lounge which we looked for on a rainy day but there isn’t one – there used to be but is now used for storage.
• CHRISTINA (9/5): Μια καλη επιλογη κοντα στην πλατεια. - Ανετο κρεβατι,ωραιο ντους,μεγαλη βεραντα,ωραια θεα στην πλατεια ,ησυχο δωματιο .Ωραιο πρωινο και ευγενικο προσωπικο. Παρολο που ηταν απο τα ατου της διαμονης ,η βεραντα δεν καθαριζοταν καλα και υπαρχει θεμα με τα περιστερια....Επισης θα μπορουσε να ειναι λιγο πιο φροντισμενος ο χωρος της βεραντας ( επιπλα ,διακοσμηση...)Δυστυχως δεν χρησημοποιησαμε το τζακουζι (λογω και του θεματος με την καθαριοτητα εκει που ηταν )οποτε δεν εχω αποψη για αυτο.

• C4376RNdavidb (6/5): No AC or Electricity at times! 😞 - Nice, clean, friendly staff. My wife and I liked the hotel and location. My major complaint would be that each room is allowed only “one” key to ensure that you don’t run AC when out of the room. You have to insert the key in a control device when you enter to allow AC, lights, and TV to operate. At first it didn’t seem like that big of a problem, but when my wife and I chose to go separate ways and didn’t return the same time. The early person was forced to wait in the lobby for the other to return. You could not enter your room! Tried asking the lobby staff to let me in… after a wait was let in my room, but no second card was given. So, was forced to sit in a room without AC or electricity! This was very frustrating. Not the 4 star service one would hope for!

Una nota di merito alla ragazza della reception che parla italiano che ci ha aiutati a trovare un dentista in tempi rapidissimi e si è dimostrata sempre estremamente disponibile. Unica pecca la colazione che non è all’altezza della struttura, ma è un aspetto facilmente migliorabile.

• Vincent -NL- (9/5): Great location in the city centre - Perfect location near the main square with lots of restaurants and bars in walking (crawling) distance. We got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony which was great to unwind and watch life go by in the city centre. Room was good and especially the bed was very comfortable! The staff was very nice and supportive. Room is somewhat small, not much room to leave bags.

Danno ciabatte e cappitoio Sono Colazione non mi è piaciuta per niente. C’erano tante robe ma niente buona. Paga a parte per un cappuccino. Parcheggio e fuori sulla strada perciò abbiamo dovuto cercare per mezz’ora. Dopo non volevo spostare per non trovare.

Argostoli un bel centro dove si può soggiornare per raggiungere con facilità l - Posizione centrale per spostarsi con facilità verso tutti i servizi e il centro della città. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare Dimitra, una receptionist molto graziosa e disponibile ad accogliere e soddisfare le nostre richieste. Camere molto accoglienti, materasso e cuscini super comodi, Top! Il servizio al bar extra. La colazione era molto ricca ma non era incluso il cappuccino e il caffè espresso. Piccola pecca per una struttura così completa.

We would definitely like to stay here again. The service at the reception was incredibly kind and welcoming and our room was spacious, beautifully designed and offered a great view. The breakfast could use a bit more variety, less sweet juice would be appreciated.

• LightPacker186139 (10/5): Lovely hotel. - A small but lovely hotel in an ideal position close to the main square. Friendly and professional staff. Check in and out was easy and efficient and we were given a welcome drink once we had unpacked. Our room was compact but perfect. Lovely bedding, soft pillows and gorgeous towels. Initially no hairdryer but this was rectified as soon as I mentioned it at reception. Kettles for rooms arrived during our stay and we were given one promptly. The breakfast was lovely, the homemade marmalade was delicious. The balcony overlooked the street and square and was a nice addition. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
