Guest Reviews

- Shane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elena (8/5): Great value and location - Fantastic value for the cost. The bed was very hard (even for Thai standards) but otherwise the place was as advertised. The staff was helpful and the hotel is very well located. The mattress was very hard.
- Yeung (7/5): Good -
- Hadjimina (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kyaw (7/5): Good - Comfortable place and easy to access night market and other landmarks. The entrance road is too narrow
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional -
- Λεωνιδας (5/5): Passable -
- Eray (6/5): Pleasant -
- Fay (6/5): Okay if you want the most basic of accommodation. - There was a laundry and shop on site that were reasonably price and it was well situated for accessing the old town. Prostitutes hanging around at night. Blanket ( bed cover ) was atrocious, no top sheet. Staff not very friendly - a bit blunt.
- Jake (7/5): Good - Friendly staff, great location, nice view Bed was pretty hard
- Andrew (8/5): Very good - Great location, friendly staff and great service.
Arrived very early at 7am and the let us book in straight away Nothing
- Reilly (8/5): Very good -
- Malinga (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rebekah (7/5): Good -
- Silvia (6/5): Pleasant - There's a quirky quality to this place, with a convenience shop in the basement and an outside space where a crowd of senior expats( ?) gather to chat.it s a nice atmosphere I woke up several times with my body aching for how hard the mattress was, it felt like sleeping on the floor.
Rooms are clean, but a bit sad overall. I think it's more than ok if you're on a budget but I disagree with the 8+ rating.

- Irena (9/5): Superb - Good value for money- big clean hotel with a small supermarket, laundry service and many restaurants nearby. Many long term residents are staying there. The staff is lovely and always happy to help. We had booked a night and stayed ten. Don't expect the most modern look and feel.
- Mokrane (4/5): My least favorite stay in Thailand so far … - Cash only. Zero sense of hospitality. Bed had only a fitted sheet and a blanket. Had to go ask for a flat sheet, didn’t have any soap. WiFi was never shared, nor is it somewhere visible in the room. They do the bare min and you have to work hard to get what’s actually supposed to be available…
- Claudia (10/5): Great location and good value - Location was great, really friendly family, walking distance from main gate and restaurants Shower pressure
- Luiza (8/5): Very good -
- Blankenship (10/5): Great value - this place is a community. The management is awesome. Everyone is so nice. Thai beds but they gave me a mattress pad. Not sure how many they have but it helped
- Ladislav (8/5): Very good -
- Aung (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (7/5): Good -
- Tom (7/5): Good - Great location for the lantern festival, staff friendly, mini mart on the ground floor, spacious room and lift available. Rooms are a little dated.
- Mauro (8/5): Very good -
- Ekaterina (7/5): Good - The staff was so helpful, they adjusted to our super late check-in, we appreciate it a lot. The rooms are clean. Blankets don’t have a sheet on them and obviously they’re not washed every day so it’s not very hygienic and comfortable to use. Rooms have corridor windows so it’s very loud even if someone tries to walk quietly outside.
- Mellhyuk (9/5): Great, affordable accommodation, located right in the centre of the City - The hotel is located right beside the Old City (7min walk to the East Gate) and even has an elevator. Our room was really spacious, had an AC, refrigerator, TV and a big window, from where you had a beautiful view of the city (we were on the 6th floor). The hotel also provides a laundry service, which was really affordable and only took 1 day. Right in front of the building is also a really cute restaurant that sells the best pancakes for breakfast, but also great Thai food.
All over this accommodation was one of our favorites during our 2-month stay in Thailand :)
- Gary (9/5): Pleasant - Over all a good stay. Friendly staff and quiet location. Having to pay cash for my stay. Seldom do travelers carry enough cash with them to cover a week stay at a hotel. However, the host was nice enough to let me check in before having to find a place to change currency / atm. Credit card should be preferred here and simply add the transaction to the overall cost.
- Walker (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andy (8/5): Very good -
- Dima (6/5): Pleasant -
- Thomas (7/5): Good - The staff were nice and I was able to check in early. The WiFi was poor.
The shower was weak.
- Ilari (9/5): Superb -
- Gema (6/5): All perfect apart from the mattress - The room was very spacious and clean. The location was good too, close to the centre. They have laundry service very quick. Hot water in the shower too. The o my think I didn’t like was the mattress, it was extremely hard. Felt like sleeping directly on the floor. They really need to fix this issue with the mattress.
- Isaac (6/5): Pleasant -
- Andreas (8/5): Very good - Very good location between old town and the river for a fair price. Friendly staff, clean and decent sized room with enough space for everything Bed covers (no linen top sheet)
- Lisa (8/5): Central hotel, good for a short stay - Great location for seeing the old town. I stayed two nights. Room is older style but it has cable tv, large bed, fridge and decent space. Room was provided in adjacent building, due to busy period. Was a motel setup on the ground floor. Would have preferred to be in the main building as I got mosquitos coming inside so bring repellant. No kettle provided but was able to get hot water from main building to make coffee. Beds are very hard. Ask for a mattress topper.
- David (6/5): Pleasant -
- Istvan (9/5): Superb -
- Frank (8/5): Very good - Location was good, close to old city and the night market Bed was very hard
- Vipinlal (10/5): Exceptional - Nice Bathroom

- Have a minimart at ground floor, and a nice breakfast restaurant nearby.
- Staff are very useful and friendly.
- Room is clean, the TV is huge. - Place looks a little bit old, not many room facilities.
- Bed is not comfy, pillows and blankets are not in good condition.
