- NIKITA (5/5): Good location, but the room was disappointing and not worth the price. - The only positive thing was the location. It was convenient for one night. The room was very tired and did not match the photos on Booking at all. There was a lot of noise from the street, including constant honking and music, so it was hard to relax. One of the towels was dirty, but since I was staying alone, I used the second one. There was also a lot of dust inside the wardrobe. The breakfast was not worth it either. If you want a good breakfast, it is better to eat somewhere else. Overall, the room is not worth the money. I have stayed in cheaper places that were much more comfortable.

- Eli (10/5): Best place to stay - Our family loved the place. It was really spacious, enough for seven people to fit. Our room had a balcony that lets us overlook the city. The bed was really comfortable as well, we had a good night's rest after long days of going around the city. They made sure to clean the room at least everyday so we came back to a really clean room. Even the bathroom was clean and kept well stocked. The staff was super friendly and helpful, they even let us borrow a weighing scale the day we had to leave. The hotel is really close to mini marts, restaurants and cafes, so there's so many choices when it comes to food or late night snacks. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Da Nang. None

- Sandy (2/5): Horrid..skip and find another hotel - Location was very handy. Spa / massage downstairs was reasonable. Room photos for the 3 bedroom hide the fact it is 3 smallish bedrooms connected to a 2m squared foyer..there is ZERO common space..no chairs no lounge etc...the fridge is stuck inside a bedroom. Hot water is hit and miss and takes forever to arrive when it actually does. Beds are old innerspring mattresses that you feel.every spring..hard as a rock...pillows are dead. Sheets not changed for the 8 days we were there. Extremely noisy, you here the street hawkers with their amplified repetitive sales pitch until 2 or even 3am most nights..loud enough to understand every word if you speak Vietnamese (and we were on 5th floor!). The entrance door was almost impossible to open from inside the room, and we reported it to maintenance to no avail..wife and kids could not open it at all so were locked in room unless I was there (Thankfully no emergency or fire occurred!). The pool area is worn out and dirty...it is a smallish pool.stuck on the roof of the narrow building up some steps with high chairs pushed against outside walls (with approx 18" of height between top of seat and top of fence...fall over if you drunk or someone jostles you and you would be a goner!). No cover from the heat at all.. Bellhop was too busy talking to the drunks smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol at a table on the footpath outside to notice you to help with luggages etc let alone open a door. The receptionist appeared quiet and demure..until she stood up and started yelli g at the top of her lungs and with a very harsh tone towards the bellhop and other staff. Breakfast was pathetic. Westerners were availing of the exact same things...toasted bread / small packets of butter / cold fried eggs with unhygienic utensils / and struggling to use the single electric toaster (2 slice only). Or else some stale generic cornflakesnin a large bowl and a dirty spoon with milk from a luke warm jug, thankfully so.e fresh dragonfruit and watermelon were available sliced and diced.

The 3 bedroom apartment is actually a 2 bedroom with the lounge area making up the 3rd room. Because of this there was nowhere to really sit and relax when you needed downtime.

There was an a/c issue in the original 3 bedroom apartment we booked and as a result they allocated us a double room and 2-bed apartment for the first night - it turns out there was a shattered window and air conditioning issue here too so on the second day we moved into an upgraded 3-bedroom apart. I asked for free late check out (6pm) as a gesture of goodwill due to all the inconveniences we'd experienced which was politely refused. They offered it to me it at 30% of the room rate instead. The staff were apologetic and friendly enough.

Det luktet kloakk, sengene var harde, var veldig fuktig på rommene, var ikke noe støydemping, balkongen vi hadde var en vits, vi hadde 3 utedeler til aircondison på vår balkong. Kunne ikke brukes til noe. Manglet strykejern. Lite kjøkken ting for matlaging. Basseng området hadde bare en solseng. Vi var bare på to frokoster, det var under en hver kritikk. Likte ikke det vi så inne på "kjøkkenet". Bildene på booking stemte ikke med det virkelige utseende. Nattbord lampen funket ikke. Badet trenger en rundvask.

Its not sea view the beach is to the right from the balcony but that was expected from the pics we saw. The location is perfect right next to the Dnang beach. Gần biển. Nhân viên cực kì thân thiện & nhiệt tình. Đèn trong nhà tắm hơi thiếu ánh sáng. Cửa sổ nên được điều chỉnh để vừa an toàn vừa mở rộng ra đón gió biển tự nhiên sẽ tuyệt hơn.

- Cherie (6/5): - It was fine an ok stay that was a fair value for money. The staff were very pleasant. A lot of construction going on directly opposite our room which made it noisy. The hotel seemed pretty dark and dingy in the rooms and corridors.

- Roderick (7/5): Nice high rise hotel located 10 minutes from the beach and close to all the restaurants and bar’s. I’d definitely stay h - Location was good and close to all the amenities. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. The only thing I noticed was breakfast was popular, so if you go down late, there wasn’t much left to choose from.

The breakfast was only so so, and with very little variation from day to day. Also the gym, although not too bad in terms of equipment, lacked adequate air-con or ventilation.

- Marie (2/5): Dump, smelly room, poor breakfast and okey/ good location - the location was good/ okay and the stuff was friendly The rooms smelled dump. It was not very clean and less light in the room. Very noisy, one night we had a party next door. Doors and walls a very thin. It seems like nobody really cared for the place to keep it a little bit „fresh“. Gym was not really usable. The location was near to the beach. But depends what you are up to. There are more viby areas in a 10/15 min walk.

Căn bản chất 2 pn nhưng kê thêm giường ở phòng khách nên không có phòng sh chung. Khăn tắm và khăn mặt quá cũ kỹ đến toe viền và sậm màu. Cửa vào sửa nhưng không có kế hoạch hợp lý để khách ra vào, mình dẫn ba mẹ lớn tuổi chân yếu đi chơi về mà bve bảo đi xuống theo đường hầm xe máy với độ dốc chạy xe còn sợ, mình nói đi xuống tnay có j xảy ra ai chịu trách nhiệm mới đứng dậy dìu bame mình vào

As I said above, they didn’t have the room we booked and tried to put us in a dingy, dirty room with tiny windows that didn’t work for our family.

- Mariette (3/5): short and sweet - nothing at all cancel the stay the same evening and search for another hotel not up to standard Notice was given on time the previous evening that we will be arriving in the afternoon after 5pm from Ba Nan Hills excursion and our rooms were given to other travelers, and the room pictures reflect that there is veranda's nothing at all. Our bed and small little red ants in and the aircon were running water down the wall when it was switch on.

- Barry (6/5): Despite the room hiccup, our family stay in Da Nang ended a perfect 13 day, 3 city Vietnam visit. - The location was great, close to the beach, shopping and many eating places. Front office staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were sizeable. Our family of 13 booked 2x 2 bedroom and 1x3 bedroom apartments and this was quite comfortable. The beach was picture perfect but too windy, at the time, to swim. One of the apartments was not properly cleaned before we moved in, and one of our family suffered some insect bites during the first night. Following our complaints the Hotel provided us with an alternative room for the rest of our stay. I was disappointed not to have been able to speak with one of the duty managers on the issue, as it was hard to put our complaints to the front desk team who were always friendly and tried their best to assist us.

Windows would close in bathroom told I would get my room 2 days later. After moving the room was worse than the first one. Building works all around. - Mohan Kumar (6/5): - This place is very near to beach and other restaurants. Like the area. Room was decent enough and spacious too. Breakfast was good though almost the same everyday and omlette was only served once during my stay. Sauna faculty was decent enough. 1. Pool area can be improved. 2. Front desk staff attitude was rude. We damaged their bed spread and we agreed to pay for it. But after this we observed the cleaning staff took my swimming shorts and discarded it in their bag. When I asked about my missing swim shorts the front desk lady attitude was very arrogant and ignored my request. She made me to go and check in our room many times. And finally I asked her to check in their cleaning area then I found it there. And again her attitude was not like to say sorry for customer. This is one main thing I noted and felt very bad about my entire stay.

- mackkr (6/5): Location good, staff excellent and the hotel needs sprucing up. Rooms not like the pictures. - The staff were excellent. The rooms are dated and in need of a good tidy up. Our apartment needed basic things like dish cloth, tea towels and a broom to pick up dirt from young children. Location was great.breakfast had a variety and they scrambled eggs and omelette when requested. The beds were hard and could not wash any dishes as no plug or dish cloth or tea towel to dry them.
