- Assalah (10/5): - Nice, clean hotel. The room is huge. The stuff are helpful. The only problem is around the hotel is not walkable but the hotel offers 24/7 shuttle that transfers you to 3 places and gets you back to the hotel. Overall I like the stay and highly recommended

- Celine (8/5): - Der Raum war sauber und wie beschrieben. Der Shuttle-Service war zwar nur auf drei sehr nahegelegene Orte begrenzt aber diese waren auch Verkehrsknotenpunkte für Metro und Bus. Leider hat die Reinigungskraft an einem Tag unseren Raum nicht richtig verschlossen. Das Schloss war blockiert und die Tür ist somit nicht in das Schloss gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter in der Lobby sind kompetent, allerdings hier und da nicht gerade gut gelaunt. Es wurde eine neue Regel für den Pool eingeführt: Man darf nur mit Badekappe rein und diese muss man sich für 5 € dort kaufen. Also lieber eine selbst mitbringen.

- ManjitS454 (8/5): Good stay! - Stayed here for 4 nights with family. The hotel was just over a 5 minute walk to Taksim Square and shuttle was provided by the hotel which was very helpful. We arrived late in the evening due to flight delay, check in was very quick and staff were welcoming and efficient. The room was spacious and clean, and included a minibar and tea/ coffee, water was replenished every day. Bathroom was big and good toiletries were included and slippers were provided, again these were replaced daily. Breakfast was included and was ok, there was enough choice, although not that extensive, the staff were very good and helpful. The hotel had a swimming pool , steam room and Turkish bath/spa which was a welcome break after a long day sightseeing! The only downside is its location opposite a petrol station and the views, it is on a main road and neighbourhood is not the best. We used Uber throughout our stay as it was cheaper. Would recommend this hotel if you don’t mind the location but if we return would probably stay in Taksim Square. Cannot fault the staff at this hotel, very helpful!
- Mahmood (10/5): - Extremely good for it’s price. It’s in under development area of Istanbul & area around is not walkable or safe. Hotel resolved the issue with free shuttle for drop off and pick up in main areas. Breakfast was also very nice with good options.

Nearby there are other major hotel chains that reassure location is good. For a 4 star, breakfast is quite basic and could be improved. Rooms are clean and staff are helpful.

- T1949AKalexz (4/5): Disappointing Stay: Poor Service and Unwelcoming Staff - I’m sharing my honest experience at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The service was extremely poor. Requests for room cleaning or basic amenities like an iron were completely ignored. The bathroom in my room was clogged, and despite reporting it to the reception, no one came to fix it. The staff, particularly the lady at the lobby, was neither polite nor friendly, making me feel unwelcome and uncared for. The breakfast was underwhelming, with a very limited selection of food and no coffee machine. The on-site restaurant was overpriced for the hotel’s quality. Most shockingly, the lobby staff reminded me unprompted that guests were not allowed in my room—a comment delivered in a rude and unprofessional manner. I’ve never experienced such treatment from a receptionist in any country. In summary, this hotel might suit those on a very tight budget, but if you value decent service and respect for your money, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
- travellergigi (10/5): One of the best stay - We had a very good experience from check-in to check out. Our room(805) was upgraded to the suit with a nice terrace. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was with 2 sinks so we could seperately get ready with my husband. They have a shuttle service from the hotel which goes several places. I was dropped at Ramada hotel nisantasi where I just needed to walk for couple minutes to where I wanted to drink my matcha. Thanks for everything and everyone who was super nice to us.

Not close to metro or anything but the hotel has a free shuttle back and forth to three spots you choose. The hotel is partnered with hair implant clinc and you will see so many people and their head is surrounded with bandages 🤕 . Nice swimming pool and helpful staff. Everything is good about it except the location. Thank you Naz 😊💚
- Amani (10/5): Je recommande vivement - J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, tout était impeccable du début à la fin. L’établissement est magnifique, propre et très bien entretenu. Un vrai plus : une navette gratuite nous emmène directement à place Taksim et Osmanbey, ce qui est très pratique pour visiter Istanbul. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et attentionné, avec un service rapide et efficace. Le buffet était très très bon et extrêmement varié, avec un large choix qui ravira tous les goûts. L’atmosphère générale est chaleureuse et élégante. Franchement, rien à redire : je recommande vivement cet hôtel, et j’y reviendrai sans hésitation !

- Ornella (10/5): Hôtel propre et proche du centre-ville - Nous étions un groupe de 6 personnes, nous avons eu deux chambres communicantes au 2e étage, ce qui est très pratique. L’hôtel est très propre, que ce soit les chambres, les parties communes ou la réception. Il est très bien situé, à proximité du centre ville et 30 minutes environ de l’aéroport d’Istanbul. L’accueil à la réception est agréable. Il y a un service de navette gratuit pour aller en ville, à Taksim notamment. Le personnel de l’hôtel est serviable et disponible. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100%, c’est un bon rapport qualité prix. Nous reviendrons lorsque nous séjournerons à Istanbul.

Negatives: The hotel is situated at the bottom of a steep hill, which might be challenging for some guests. It's also quite close to a busy main road, leading to some noise. Additionally, the staff hovering around the breakfast area can feel a bit intrusive at times.

The staff there is very sympathethic and they help you with everything you need. The room is quite big, if you work remotely is quite good for it as well.

- Penda (4/5): - This is a hotel that forces you to eat the terrible food they sell .. 20 euro for a limited breakfast buffet that only have 2 fruit options is ridiculous tbh, oh and you cant buy food or drinks outside the hotel. Definitely a 2star hotel for that.

- haffik (2/5): A hotel where you can peacefully die. - A hotel where you can peacefully die. After having to leave our room urgently due to my sister’s surgical procedure, we left it uncleaned. Three days later, upon returning to the hotel, we found it in the exact same state. When we complained, the reception explained that the “Do Not Disturb” sign was on, so they did not enter – nor did they even consider checking whether the guest inside might have been unwell. This is particularly concerning given that a large portion of the hotel’s clientele consists of international visitors undergoing aesthetic procedures. The only star goes to the exceptionally kind concierge staff. The hotel has great potential to improve its service.

The breakfast choices are tremendous and staff is very accommodating. The young man who works in the dining area is very friendly and all staff are simply amazing and friendly. I would come back to stay here in the future

What I liked: room was clean and staff at the reception was very kind and helpfull. What could be improved: room was a bit dark (even with all lights on) which is not ideal for taking care of your head after surgery and the price of the food is quite high for Turkye

- Kenan (10/5): - Waren zum zweiten mal im naz city und waren ganz zufrieden. Der Grund war für mich der shuttle und der fitnessraum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wurde gut gereinigt. Es gab einen Punkt wo mich gestört hat und das waren arabische Gäste am pool die waren laut ohne Rücksicht auf andere Gäste. Ein zweites Shuttlefahrzeug wäre von Vorteil da es zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen kann. Ansonsten würden wir bei unserem nächsten istanbul trip nochmal gerne kommen.

- Hayriye (6/5): - Lage: Katastrophe. Keine Verkehrsmittel wie Bus/Bahn in der nähe. Nach Taksim angeblich 10 Minuten zu Fuß aber mit Kind und Kinderwagen berg auf 10 Minuten unmöglich. Eine sehr unsichere Gegend und garnicht zentral. Man braucht ein Taxi oder ein auto. Zimmer : sehr sauber und schön. Service : total schlecht . Bis die unser Auto aus der Tiefgarage gebracht haben hat es eine ewig gedauert. Fazit : Nie wieder .

Location is very convenient. 12 minute walk to taksim square or you can use the free hotel shuttle bus. Not many hotels offer a shuttle bus so this is a brilliant add on. Hotel has some nice food/coffee places next door. The local grill restaurant has amazing food and across the road there is lovely coffee shop called Istanbul Baking company. Our stay waa brilliant.

- Youssef (10/5): Super Hôtel ! - J’ai passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel. Le rapport qualité/prix est, à mon avis, l’un des meilleurs à Istanbul. Très proche de la place Taksim, un carrefour central parfaitement desservi par les transports en commun, et où se trouve la célèbre rue Istiklal, toujours animée. (l'hôtel propose également une navette gratuite pour vous y rendre) Le personnel qui est attentif et aux petits soins pour ses clients, ce qui a rendu mon expérience d'autant plus agréable. Je tiens à remercier particulièrement Aktar, Recep et Ece pour leur dévouement et leur professionnalisme. Ils ont vraiment contribué à rendre mon séjour très plaisant.

They do not allow food from outside which is a big problem in Istanbul, especially if you are traveling with children. Their app does not work outside the hotel which makes it difficult to request a return shuttle. Staff were great - especially Atoosa and Akhtar. Ask for them.

A academia é muito boa, ótimos equipamentos. Ruim: a limpeza do banheiro poderia ser melhor. O café da manhã não vale a pena, pouco para o que oferece. Não tem cadeira para trabalhar no notebook. O banheiro inunda quando toma banho pois não tem fechamento de box, tivemos que colocar várias toalhas no piso.

- Yuliya (4/5): Poor service! Not suitable for 4 stars - 4 star hotel and the rooms are nice but the service all around the hotel is poor, clueless and often disrespectful. Disrespectful especially in the spa area. The ladies working there treat you the guests as if they allow us to be there, giving mean looks, showing annoyment, cleaning with the mop while we are still laying by the pool relaxing. Turning off sauna all the time that you have to go and ask for it. There is no relaxing atmosphere in that spa because of those ladies working there. The receptionists and other staff that help with luggage is okay but they are not really helpful. Except only 1 and I don’t remember her name. Others give wrong advices. Tried to send me to ATM to get cash for the airport shuttle. Said it is 50 meters. I walked in a ruined buildings and ugly dirty street and there was no ATM One big note. The hotel is located on the outside of Taksim so it’s surrounded by dumpsters, broken homes, dirty road, ugly buildings. It is scary. That’s why they have a little shuttle car to drive you up to Taksim center. It is close to the hospital where people do hair implants. So you see the men with bloody bandages on their head and visible blood in the hotel. For example in the restaurant for breakfast. It is not okay for some people who cannot see blood. Anyway it is not worth the money and it is not 4 star hotel.
