• Annamaria (7/5): Tutto ok - La camera era in ordine e pulita. Il bagno molto pulito con tutto il necessario . Abbiamo trascorso soltanto una notte . L’hotel è vicino all’auto strada , quindi ottimo punto di appoggio per chi è di passaggio . Consiglio una trattoria lì in zona . Si mangia benissimo All’arrivo abbiamo aspettato per il check in . La signora ci ha dato una scheda per la nostra camera che però non andava . Ce ne ha data un’altra ( un po’ rovinata ) , e ovviamente non andava . Ci ha fatto notare che era rovinata , ma lo era già quando ce l’ha data , come a far intendere che fosse stata colpa nostra . Ma impossibile perché non l’avevamo nemmeno usata . Comunque alla fine nonostante questo inconveniente siamo riusciti ad entrare .
• Lori (8/5): Charming hotel in charming Italian city - Loved the location. Very close to coffee shop, restaurants, and church, so was able to attend Mass very easily. The hotel is very charming. The hotel, along with the staff and surrounding area felt authentically Italian, not filled with a lot of tourists. We visited because my grandmother was born there, so it was very touching to see where she grew up and the charm of this city. The bathroom was small (specifically the shower) compared to what we are normally used to, However, it was very clean and it did meet our needs.

• Irene (9/5): Risplende - Si tratta di un hotel elegante, nel senso che tutto è in ordine e curato. La stanza è stata comoda, c'è tutto il necessario. Quello che mi ha sorpresa in assoluto è stata la pulizia. La camera risplendeva. Ho camminato scalza senza trovare un pelo o un filo di polvere. Lenzuola profumate e bagno lucido. Questo fa piacere piu di tutto. Ah, ho avuto un upgrade gratuito perché necessitavo del frigo in camera. Gentilissimi.
• Melanie (2/5): - I booked this hotel on 8/10/25 at around 11:30 pm. Hotel was closed when I arrived at 11:58 pm. The hotel has no parking and is next to a bar and not much else. I tried calling from bar next door and ringing doorbell multiple times, but no answer. That in itself was scary because there was just a bunch of men there drinking. They sent me a welcome message at 1:11 am 8/11/25. I didn’t have wifi or cell service as I was visiting from a different country. The bar next door had no wifi and no one spoke English. This place is in the middle of nowhere so I had to go find a wifi and another hotel in the middle of the night. It was a nightmare. I reached out to them by email because they charged my card anyway and they have not replied. I spoke to Expedia, who apparently can’t help me get a refund because no one speaks English at the hotel.

Hotel in zona molto tranquilla , parcheggio disponibile in strada difronte alla struttura senza pagamento . Camere e arredamento un po datate come un po tutta la struttura ma molto pulite e ben organizzate.

A few days ago, during a trip to Rome, we planned to stay at this hotel. We booked the stay through Booking.com. Unfortunately, on the day of arrival, it turned out that they wanted to scam us for additional money for checking in at the hotel in person, not online. Unfortunately, when we finally agreed to check in on-site and tried to arrange the details of our arrival, I called the hotel. A lady who didn’t speak any English answered the phone. She said two sentences in Italian and hung up. Subsequent attempts to contact the hotel were constantly rejected. They do not respond to any messages on Booking.com, even those sent through the Booking platform itself. They stole our money and do not want to give it back.

Not many restaurants were open locally. Furniture was cute. No where near enough plugs. Room was a bit small. Bathroom shaver plug not universal, tea n coffee facilities were not replenished. Other than that it was a comfy stay.

• Tanya (9/5): Superb - A lovely traditional style hotel, perched up in the centre of the village with far-reaching views. Staff were friendly and accommodating, finding a secure place for me to leave my bike. The rooms are homely and comfortable. I particularly liked the fact that there was a small kettle in the room (not often found in Italian hotels in my experience). The bed was comfortable and everything worked as it should. No complaints at all.

We just needed somewhere to get off the motorway after a long trip. This turned out to be the perfect stop. Our hotel room was spacious, bright, had lovely hand painted furniture, and a view of the valley and hills. It’s about a ten to fifteen minute drive off the motorway.

Reception doors locked in the morning (0700hrs so not unreasonably early) when we needed to leave - we ended up getting locked out when trying to load up our bikes. The lady took for ever to come down to let us back in & shouted at us.
