The breakfast staff was also very attentive and nice. The room could have been more "corner clean." Also the towels had stains and one had hair that was definitely not my own. But the sink, toilet and shower were very clean.

- Nancy (6/5): It was great for a last-minute booking – driving cross country, and I got tired and needed a place to sleep for a few ho - Nice rooms, clean, There was lots of construction in the area so it was hard to get to the property. They only have Valet service so on top of the hotel fee, I had to pay an extra $26 for my car, which also meant I couldn’t run out to my car if we forgot something. They did not have any type of breakfast/coffee etc… included in the price- so we still had to purchase food in the morning. The ad said breakfast available so I assumed it meant included. When I asked about it I was told everything is extra. It was much more expensive than I had budgeted for.

Parking is valet which is an added expense but there is free shuttle service to the hospital, if that is why you are staying there. There is a restaurant on site, buffet breakfast for a fee, but very nice. If you have the option when booking. Its cheaper to add breakfast there. It is a limited menu, but I think most including kids can find something on it

- ReneeC08 (8/5): Polyester sheets were a (not good) surprise! - Recently spent 30 days here in support of a family member being treated at Cleveland Clinic. The location is great - walk with the Clinic no problem or use the shuttle. My biggest issue was that they only have polyester bedding, which I am allergic to -- so I had to purchase (and launder) my own 100% cotton sheets. The bath towels are 100% cotton but the washcloths are part polyester. The hotel has guest laundry and a quarter machine, very helpful for long stays.

I would stay again! - The hotel was excellent, the room was very clean, the beds were too soft for my needs, the hotel dining staff was excellent. The Valet service was great. I just think if you stay you shouldn't have to pay to. Of course this was a convenience, but space should be available to those who just want to park! I checked in and had the valet to take my car before I realized I wanted to go somewhere to eat, but I wasn't about to ask them to go and get it. The alternative to Valet parking.

It was very clean and the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff is very friendly. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic many times over the past couple of years. I have to give a special shout out regarding Sonya Terrell who single handedly and professionally handled a 100% completely full restaurant and bar area on Friday night, March 6th, 2026! You can be very proud of Sonya and may even consider giving her a raise! She is one awesome lady!! But, all your staff are awesome.

- Kt (9/5): A short vacation but it is still a doctor's appointment - It is close to Cleveland Clinic. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bed is wonderful. I like the refrigerator being in the room. No lugging a cooler around. The food in the bar restaurant has always been good We have always been on the floor that doesn't have an ice machine. I know that is petty but that's all I can complain about.

When booking the web site stated breakfast was offered but it turns out that you must purchase it. Room was very clean. Valet staff were very helpful and the shuttle is a Godsend. Overall it was a good experience and would stay there again.
- amygN1217HY (10/5): Moce Cafe and Bar - I stayed at the Holiday Inn for over 30 days during a very difficult time for my family after my dad's heart surgery didn't go as planned. What could have been an incredibly stressful and exhausting month was made so much easier because of Sonya, Neshee, Jasmine and Tamika From the very first day, they treated me with genuine kindness, warmth and compassion. They also worked incredibly hard. On Saturday night Sonya was the only one working and had a full house-two basketball teams and many parents along with the other hotel guests.

Hotel was easy to navigate although the elevator doors close too quickly for those of us with disabilities. Room was comfortable including a lounge chair. Price was good for the location. The facility is relatively new and is well-maintained. Food at the restaurant was tasty. Two problems: the housekeeping team skipped our room one day, front desk never sent up the clean towels we requested. If you valet park, check your bill since we were double-dilled for a couple nights, the front desk apologized and corrected the bill (apparently this is a chronic issue).

The toilet leaked from the base in the back floor and we didn’t realize it until the middle of the night. We had to put towels in the floor. When I was going to use the ice bucket to get some ice and I took plastic bag out a Huge clump of false eyelashes flew out and landed on the bed. I thought it was a big spider. That grossed us out so we didn’t get any ice. The employees were very nice and very friendly. But when I ate breakfast on Tuesday morning the cook in the kitchen was not friendly at all. I asked him a question about the buffet and he was really short with me then I mistakenly left the spoon in the potatoes and he yelled at me. I think he was having a bad day. But the rest of the staff were wonderful. I don’t mean to complain but I just thought you should know. Thank you.

We experienced one big negative but I want to focus on the positive first...care and concern for patients and their families. The free , very frequent shuttles to the Main Campus were a fantastic benefit. We and many other families had medical equipment, etc shipped to the location and it was safely held till pickup. Several times we saw EMS respond to a critically ill persons in their room and there was a calm, business atmosphere approach to the situation. Wheelchairs were always available to those who needed them. The one big negative we found was the restaurant food. It was very bad most of the time. One breakfast had spoiled milk poured on oatmeal which lay like cottage cheese. Lovely looking cantaloupe was actually soured and bitter. Food was overcooked and dry or very bland. We stopped eating at the restaurant after the first few meals. That was a huge and expensive inconvenience as we had had to bring food from the hospital or use Uber Eats. Please address the issues of the restaurant. We noticed few people eating there considering the number of guests and the reasons they were staying there. Others must have experienced the same problems. Improving that aspect would greatly change my rating of the hotel experience.

The people are very rude 😒 my father had a heart surgery and we were new to this area and didnt know how the bus transportation worked from the hotel to the hospital. When asking how it ran the lady behind at the front desk was rude and told me to just wait that it would get there when it got there...also when asking when the latest time the bus did drop offs again the staff was rude and said it just depends....when u depend on that ride back to the hotel after a long day at the hospital alittle information would have been helpful Once on the bus the drivers were not nice trying to chat with them was not welcomed and the one driver had an ear piece in and was having a private conversation that wasn't work related. When asking who all delivers food to ur hotel the front staff was no help Rude staff !!!!! For 4 days nothing chabged everyday the next person was just as rude and not helpful Proximity to the hospital and the cleanliness is the only possible thibgs I have to say about this hotel

The level of comfort was very welcoming with a great location next to The Cleveland Clinic main campus with on-sight shuttle service and public transportation. This place is the total package. After a one week stay, I felt totally rejuvenated, refreshed and ready to take on a fresh week. Thank you, Cleveland Clinic Holiday Inn. You guys really rock. I absolutely loved it!

- Terrence (9/5): See above. FRUSTRATED - My car was parked in valet. When I went to get it to leave I had a flat tire. No one wanted to take responsibility for the flat. I drove up from Columbus with no problem. Went to the Cavaliers game by Uber. My car set in valet parking. I feel somebody should be held accountable
- Stephanie (9/5): Very clean and staff was great - It was very clean prompt to check in and we were close together as requested with an early check-in as requested. The valet situation was not great for next morning retrieval. I Also do not appreciate my car smelling so heavily like weed . To get in my car next day and have that smell was frustrating

- Mary (10/5): - I loved the pillows. and the restaurant had very good food. I used the free Cleveland Clinic shuttle service to have surgery at the Cole Eye Institute, so that was a BIG part as to why I choice this hotel - it was worth it!
