And who will be returning the deposit to my account. I did hear back from Tequesta Palms about the refund. So I'm basically happy with all aspects. It is a small facility. I have to get used to going somewhere that does not have staff on premises, but this was a quaint place and very clean.

Sherry J (3/5): Confused - Location No onsite management...communication only thru text. Room was not ready. Very old...needs updating. But the oddest was when booking everything was in Spanish..should have been my first clue. I had to send Photo ID and sign a "rental" agreement with an extra $200.00 security deposit. This is not an inn but a transient place for workers. I would have been very nervous staying there if my husband was not with me. After numerous texts asking for my security deposit $200.00 ...was finally credit 20 days later.
Janine (8/5): Quiet affordable stay with good location - I really like this small hotel. It is set back from the street so you are away from road noise. Each room has one parking spot right in front of the door. The space is large but would be tight with 4 people as the beds are full beds, not queen beds. Refrigerator had real freezer, a nice perk. As long as your neighbors are quiet, it it quiet. Response from owner when you have questions is zippy fast. Note that the door doesn’t seem to lock unless you put in your code. It would have been nice to have WiFi password written down in the room.

No real amenities to speak of, but that's ok because this is a budget property anyway. There was no front desk to assist with check in, nor was anyone available on the phone to assist either. Fortunately the maid helped us get into our room.

Oran (8/5): Room is great. Absentee management doesn't work well. - The inn is old; but the rooms are updated. The beds are wonderful. There is nobody available to resolve issues. During my stay, the door code refused to work the morning of the second day into a three day stay. Tried calling and texting with no response. Frustrated and confused to say the least, I removed all my belongings from the room and left for work. Note I could not lock the door upon leaving since the door code refused to work. After several emails I received 2 messages: "hope you enjoyed your stay" and "the door code issue has been resolved". Went back that evening and the door was still unlocked but the room appeared to be exactly as left that morning. I decided to stay the third night - the door can be manually locked from the inside. No change in the door situation the morning of the last day. I left without being able to lock the door as was expected. Still no real communication regarding this whole issue. --- It appears that the door code was programed to expire early and despite the email response was not resolved. I still haven't had reasonable communication about the situation from the inn's management and although I have stayed there before and liked it, I probably will not go back without some acceptable action.

Paula (10/5): Being that we were visiting mom in a nursing home facility coming back to a room was great - My wife and I usually travel to Florida 3-4 times a year due to my mom being in a memory care facility, it can get very expensive, this stay was a very good find for us and we plan to continue to plan our stays at Tequesta Palms as it was a complete package for the comfort, value, and very nice accomodations. Nothing it was awesome. Liked, the room, liked the location, and if I had to say anything I would like to see better it would be the TV or TV service as it was a struggle to watch Football on Saturday

Just a very good place to stay for whatever is that you are travelling! There is really nothing that I didn't like about the apartment! I really have to think hard to answer this question and come up with something. I guess one thing that could be better would be the Wi-Fi speed but even that was very descent.

Alexander (5/5): Passable - Location and value were good. I was able to access the room immediately upon arrival. Room was clean and had all the needed amenities. They don't use keys here. They use a code. The code worked on the first day of my two day stay. When I came back to the room late on the second night, the code wouldn't work. I had to leave a voicemail and wait until the code was reset remotely before I could get into the room. This is why it is always a good thing to have a physical key.
John (4/5): Would not stay again - It was close to where I needed to be. There was no office on site. The only way you could communicate with them was through text or email and then it took several hours for them to respond. As long as we were in the room the sheets were never changed and we had to hope we ran into the housekeeping staff to get clean towels. Upon arrival we could not unlock the door because the batteries in the lock were dead and we had to wait about 30 minutes for someone to fix the problem so we could enter our room.
