- Deyvit (6/5): Bueno, pero le fallan los detalles - La ubicación y el sistema de llaves era muy cómodo. La habitación estaba bien equipada. Aunque las paredes estaban insonorizadas, el ruido de las demás habitaciones se colaba por las puertas y retumbaba en el pasillo. Un huésped salió en medio de la noche a gritar silencio al pasillo porque le molestaban en otra habitación. El baño cumple, pero el grifo de la ducha estaba sucio y lleno de cal. Tuve que limpiarlo un poco yo mismo para que no me diera impresión ducharme.

- Estitxu (7/5): Buena estancia, pero con una llegada y gestión mejorables - La habitación estaba limpia, las camas eran cómodas y agradecimos detalles como el gel de ducha y un secador que funcionaba muy bien. Cambiaban las toallas a diario. La ubicación no es céntrica, pero está bien comunicada en metro y el barrio es tranquilo. Nos guardaron las mochilas hasta poder acceder a la habitación. La experiencia del check-in no fue la mejor. Aunque sabía que debía abonar la tasa turística, el importe que me cobraron fue superior al indicado en la reserva y no se me explicó con claridad el motivo en ese momento, lo que generó bastante confusión. El check-out es bastante temprano y el servicio para guardar equipaje es limitado. También se echa en falta un mejor aislamiento acústico, ya que se escucha bastante ruido de la calle.

Supermarkets very close by and only a short walk to several decent restaurants. - Maria cristina (10/5): Buena opción en Barcelona - Estaba limpio. La habitación era cómoda y el baño amplio. A 4 minutos de una estación de metro. Un barrio con muchos comercios (supermercados, restaurantes, cafeterías).
- rosa (7/5): Para una noche, sin más... - La habitación está muy limpia. La triple es amplia. Camas aceptablemente cómodas. La habitación daba a la calle que es bastante ruidosa. El check-in es a las 14h. Llegamos a las 12h y nos dicen que la habitación ya está lista pero que si queremos entrar tenemos que pagar 10e de suplemento. Teníamos necesidad de descansar y lo aceptamos, si bien comentamos que es la primera vez en la vida que nos encontramos con esto. En todos los establecimientos que he visitado en todo el mundo, jamás me han cobrado por eso. El check-in, normalmente es a las 12h y si te lo adelantan, se entiende como una gentileza del establecimiento, nunca con un pago. El recepcionista nos replicó que el suplemento que cobran esta puesto tanto en la página web como en Booking.com. Sigo buscando donde, porqué aún no lo he visto...

- florent (5/5): hôtel correct pour le prix mais pas d'accueil (humain) - Propreté Calme j'avais réservé un hôtel avec un accueil (des personnes) pas un loueur automatisé de chambres justement pour éviter le problème décrit après. stupeur quand vers 17h (!) je reçois un message avec différents codes d'accès, la procédure pour nous enregistrer et la procédure pour payer, avec obligation de les faire pour accéder aux chambres. 7 personnes à enregistrer (avec le détail de leur identité, adresse,...) la procédure présentant un bug bloquant, la personne répondant au téléphone indiqué ne parlant qu'espagnol, vous imaginez le stress! Finalement nous avons pu régler cela par échange de WhatsApp avec un interlocuteur francophone mais cela a pris du temps et j'ai mieux à faire quand je suis en vacances. Pour Booking: il faut mentionner explicitement dans la description de l'hôtel qu'il n'y a pas d'accueil .

- Nicole (10/5): Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden - Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden, es war sauber, Betten bequem, es gab täglich Zimmerservice, es gab inkludierten Tee&Kaffee, Zimmer und Bad hatten tolle Größe, es gab Shampoo und Fön, Parkplatz ist um die Ecke in einer Seitengasse. Uns hat es absolut nicht gestört, jedoch lassen die Fenster schon etwas Straßenlärm durch (Busstation unter dem Fenster)

Może to drobiazg ale przy ekspresie i mikrofali brak nawet plastikowej łyżeczki . Chcieliśmy podgrzać dziecku na szybko jedzenie żeby zjadło przed spaniem i niestety nie było czym zjeść … za to ogromny minus . Wiem że to nie aneks kuchenny ale dając mikrofalówkę raczej wiadomo że posłuży do podgrzania jedzenia . Więc polecam zadbać o taki szczegół

Me tocó una habitación con baño accesible y estaba muy bien adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida. Lo único que no me gustó es que siendo fin de semana solo estaban hasta las 14:00, de manera que si el último día sales por la tarde/noche de la ciudad, no puedes dejar ahí la maleta y recogerla más tarde. La pulizia non era abbastanza soddisfacente, la posizione è un po' defilata, lontano dal centro ma vicino ai principali mezzi di trasporto. - Amber (10/5): Recomendable - La habitación estaba limpia y fresca, las camas eran bastante cómodas, y el barrio es limpio y seguro. Un gran plus es que me arreglaron ellos el tema del parking. Entiendo por las reseñas que tienen un parking en el mismo edificio, no estoy segura, pero en nuestro caso era un parking público muy cerca. El personal nos respondieron muy rápido para solucionar nuestras dudas. Como la relación calidad/precio es buena, las instalaciones eran limpias y las camas excepcionalmente cómodas, a nivel personal volvería. Lo único inconveniente era la hora de checkout: considero que 10:30 es demasiado temprano. Señaló, además, que las personas grandes no entrarían en esa ducha, quizá las duchas en las otras habitaciones no son tan pequeñas.

- Kateřina (7/5): Skvělá lokalita, ale technické nedostatky a zvláštní check-in - Perfektní lokalita: Ubytování je přímo u autobusové zastávky a v okolí je spousta obchůdků, což bylo velmi praktické. Čistota: Velmi oceňujeme každodenní úklid pokoje. V tomto ohledu bylo vše v naprostém pořádku. Problémy na pokoji: Postele byly na náš vkus příliš tvrdé a sprcha nefungovala tak, jak by měla. Velkým mínusem byla televize – signál se neustále sekal a vrchol všeho byl, když se v noci sama od sebe zapínala. Světelný šum: Do pokoje i v noci pronikalo výrazné světlo z chodby, což dost rušilo spánek. Zmatky při příjezdu: Proces check-inu byl velmi neosobní a chaotický. Na recepci nikdo nebyl (a to jsme dorazily už v 17:00). Personál s námi komunikoval pouze přes kameru a telefon - Whatsapp. Nikde nebylo předem jasně uvedeno, že musíme nejprve zaplatit poplatek, a až poté nám bude fungovat obdržený kod ke dveřím. ( ještě na pokoji vám nechají lístek o tom že to musíte zaplatit ale na pokoj se nedostanete dokud to nezaplatíte =D )

- 재민 (7/5): - 바르셀로나 숙박비를 고려하면, 그나마 합리적인 가격입니다. 방크기가 적당하며, 생각보다 청결합니다. 1. 외부에서부터 벨을 누르고 들어가야 하는데, 총 3번을 눌러야 합니다. 2. 리셉션에 직원이 없는 경우가 많습니다. 그럴 경우 부킹닷컴에 적혀 있는 전화로 통화를 해야 합니다. 참고로 저는 다음날 직원을 보았습니다(전화를 안했다면 못들어갔을 거라는 의미) 3. 전화를 통해 원격으로 문을 열여주는데, 스페인 사람이 하는 영어를 알아듣기가 매우 힘듭니다.
