À 3 min de la mer, plage un peu rocailleuse face à l'hôtel mais il y a plus de sable à droite de l'hôtel ou sur la zone de restauration. Bonne literie. Sdb nickel. Parking sur place mais un peu petit si tout le monde a une voiture. Zone de restauration à 15min à pieds. Bon petit déjeuner, sucré, salé. Emplacement nickel pour visiter le sud comme le nord des Pouilles !

• Hendrik (10/5): Modern net hotel - Keurig modern hotel met goede voorzieningen. Uitzicht op ze betekent hier dat je aan de zijkant een streepje zee ziet op 500 meter. De goedkopere kamers zijn wat donkerder.

Aspetti negativi sono stati: la strada di collegamento poco comoda e priva di indicazioni stradali e la temperatura della stanza, difficile da gestire dal comando a parete e con la mancata possibilità di poter decidere se impostare per modalità riscaldamento o raffreddamento.

• Sharon (10/5): Long weekend - Hotel was great, extremely clean and tidy. Good location for beaches and a few restaurants. We stayed in a penthouse room, which was spacious with a lovely balcony. Breakfast was included on our booking and was lovely too. Would recommend to anyone who doesn’t mind a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and more facilities. There doesn’t appear to be any bus service in the area so you may wish to consider either a hire car or taxi if you wanted to see outside of this resort area.

Non c'erano prese elettriche in prossimità dei comodini per ricaricare i cellulari. ☹️ Ci aspettavamo acqua in frigo al nostro arrivo come specificato sul sito ma era vuoto. Molto fastidioso un rumore proveniente forse dal riscaldamento, soprattutto durante la notte. Per il resto, tutto ok. Il mare vicino, il parcheggio in sede e la colazione piuttosto generosa sono sicuramente i lati positivi. Strano il fatto che non abbia "stelle" per identificarlo. Prezzo/qualità eccezionale! Ci ritorneremmo. 👍😊

• Francis (6/5): Nice . . . but! - We paid for a room with adjoining hot-tub. Hot tub wasn’t working. Reception basically said, “too bad”. Shower base leaked all over the bathroom floor. No in-room coffee maker. No ice.

• FEDERICA (8/5): CONSIGLIATO - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura nella settimana di ferragosto. Ambiente carino, con arredamento semplice. Personale gentile e giovane. La colazione è buona e varia. Consiglio questa struttura.
• Armin (6/5): Eher B &B, sehr unfreundlich, sehr kühl - Der Rezeptionist sagte am ersten Tag, dass es Frühstück um 7 Uhr gibt. Der Kellner sagte am nächsten Tag: Nein, erst 7.30 Uhr. Wäre nicht schlimm, aber der Kellner schimpfte an die junge Rezeptionistin über uns deutsche, gleich um 6 Uhr usw. An italienische Gäste schimpfte er auch über uns, und wir taten nichts, was das rechtfertigt. Die Küchenhilfe konnte uns nicht Mal grüßen, sah uns nur sehr böse an. Verständlich, dass wir dann woanders zum Essen gingen. Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Zimmer fehlten. Freies Mineralwasser, wie in der Buchung angegeben fehlten. Für Toilettenpapier musste ich nachfragen.

I letti sono un pochino scomodi per il mio gusto, non ci sta l'ascensore e per salire i bagaglio e un po' difficile. Non accetta tutte le carte di credito principali.

Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Possibilità di parcheggio all'interno della struttura. Posto tranquillo, situato vicino al mare (spiaggia e scogli), a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di torre S. Sabina (per negozi, ristoranti, etc).

• Verified traveler (6/5): Gutes Hotel mit schlechtem Schallschutz. - Zuerst die positiven Seiten . +Das Hotel macht auf den ersten Blick ein guten Eindruck. + Sanitären Anlagen....die ganze "Komfort" ist auf dem neusten Stand. (Klimaanlage, Fernseher etc.) +Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und kooperativ. "Wir konnten unser Zimmer tauschen gegen ein Appartment. Klappte reibungslos. Das große Manko bei diesem Hotel ist seine HELLHÖRIGKEIT. Hier wurde bei der Renovierung wohl am falschen Ende gespart (Wände sind nicht schallgedämmt). Wir konnten zwar das Zimmer tauschen. Man konnte jedes Wort im Nachbarzimmer hören. Aber auch die Appartments sind total hellhörig. Wir waren Anfang Mai hier....es war nicht viel los...im Sommer wird man das Gefühl haben auf dem Rummelplatz zu sein. Deshalb nur 3 Sterne....alles andere ist sehr gut. Nur bedingt empfehlenswert.

• Crescenzo (8/5): Non è da 5 stelle - Wifi non funzionante, aria condizionata non funzionante, il personale non prendeva provvedimenti nel far evitare rumori o disturbi da parte di altri clienti dell'albergo che disturbavano la quiete notturna e diurna!
• geco6788 (8/5): Hotel tranquillo e pulito a due passi dal mare - Struttura piuttosto nuova e ben tenuta, luminosa e con parcheggio comodo. Complessivamente molto tranquillo, soprattutto in bassa stagione. Ideale per chi vuole fare mare e andare in bicicletta ma senza particolari pretese.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Il residence è molto pulito e curato, le stanze vanno lasciate alle 9 per permettere la pulizia delle stesse con cambio giornaliero di tutta la biancheria da bagno (anche se non usata). Ci si trova a 400m da una piccola e graziosa spiaggetta e a meno di 1km dal resto delle spiagge di Torre Santa Sabina. Le bici (un po' datate) sono a libera disposizione il che è fantastico ma capita spesso che le stesse siano con le ruote forate. Parcheggio con posti limitati, può capitare di dover parcheggiare fuori ma la strada che porta al mare è videosorvegliata dalle molte telecamere private.
• Francesca (8/5): Residence alla portata di tutti - Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 per 5 notti in questo residence a 300 metri dal mare. Potrei dire quasi perfetto.. rapporto qualita prezzo ottimo.. 70 euro a notte. Le signore delle pulizie sono di una disponibilita eccellente.. senza chiederlo ci cambiavano tutte le mattine TUTTI gli asciugamani.la 2 sera al nostro rientro abbiamo trovato un piccolo stendino da doccia dove appendere i costumi lavati questo perche ci eravamo arrangiati con le stampelle dell armadio. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto Vito ci ha accompagnato in stanza e ci ha fatto vede come funzionava il tutto. Ci ha dato una tessera che serviva x tutto. Luci in camera, condizionatore, apertura e chiusura del cancello per la macchina e apertura e chiusura della porta della camera. Soprattutto x il.cancello è stata utilissima perche eravamo autonomi a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. La colazione molto buona..semplice ma compresa di tutto frutta dolci salati latte di soya latte intero marmellate cioccolata ciambelloni e crostate fatte da loro. Insomma residence x famiglie e coppie perfetto.. forse se devo trovare un piccolissimo difetto é il condizoonatore in camere in quanto si accendeva SOLO se tutte le finestre erano chiuse e se la scheda era in camera quindi se noi uscivamo non potevamo far rinfrescare la camera x il rientro oppure se volevamo lasciare le finestre aperte per cambiare l aria si morova di caldo Pero nonostante cio lo straconsiglierei!!!
