Lack of service, I stayed up waiting for my parking pass and never came, was afraid they will tow my car away. Plus the TV didn't work, had to send a technician to fix it.. No TV for the price I paid!

• McHugh (9/5): Everything finally worked out for a relaxing stay. - At one point I tried to cancel reservation due to health problems. I got mixed replies. One from the venue saying the decision was up to Booking.com since it was not cancellable. Then I got message from Booking.com that the decision was up to the venue. I gave up canceling and we allowed much more time to try to travel and keep original reservation but I did not express this decision to either party. (My big mistake). We arrived during the designated time NOT having received a text with instructions on how to get the key and what unit we were in. Being a Saturday night after 6 pm I tried to call about 4 numbers, one of which I had and 3 given to me by a current resident. I left 4 messages which all said they would relay the message. Being the weekend we checked into another local facility for two nights. On Monday morning I contacted what seemed to be the venue and they mentioned that they were not expecting us. They told us to go to unit 19A and gave us the code to get the key out of the box. We did so and stayed there even though it was not the correct accommodation. A couple of days later we requested to be moved to the appropriate accommodation and were given unit 14, where we contentedly stayed until leaving on Jan 28th. We left early due to concerns about snow and ice on the way home. Everyone we dealt with was more than apologetic and quick to resolve the issue. In any case, being able to talk to a human outside of normal hours would have been wonderful !!!!!!!
• Cam (1/5): A real dump with a freezing and dirty pool. - The location is very close to the beach. The reason for choosing this place was for the heated pool but it was NOT heated the whole time we were there. Obviously it hadn't been heated for awhile and there's no filtering so the pool was freezing with fungus at the bottom. My daughter dared to swim the first day and was sick for a week. On top of this false advertisement, the photos do not match the facilities. Again no oven as advertised. Paint was coming off the kitchen cabinets. Marks from the storm on the wall. It was a real disappointment for the high price.
• Trent (6/5): Has Potential - Very convenient location. We are locals come back home to visit. Short walk to our favorite La Casa del Pane breakfast. Nice pool. Large and spacious footprint. Very quiet. Easy contactless check in which is nice for late arrivals. Kitchen Sink water on full had almost no water coming out. Couch was tiny and very uncomfortable. Chair not made for a larger taller adult. No ice maker and no ice trays. Cleaning spray left on counter. Stiff, noisy sheets with a sheer thin cover. No blanket anywhere. We didn’t bother asking. We borrowed from a relative. Springy spongy mattress and poofy pillows = poor sleep. Worst of all was a godawful shower head that was full of calcium from hard water as we knew, but it sprayed water in all directions making it impossible to get a decent showering. Wife couldn’t wash her hair even due to chaotic spraying and in order to keep straying streams from flooding the bathroom you had to face the head towards the wall. This can be fixed with a$10-$15 Amazon shower head easily. Toilet seat not a soft close - which is really unacceptable when the seat won’t stay up. Kind of hard to do your business while holding the seat up.
• Stanley (7/5): - 7 min walk to the beach to avoid parking fees. Close to many local businesses and to main roads that we frequently travel. The grounds are well kept and the pool was clean. The room was a perfect size for 2 people. The AC worked well. The kitchen had all that we needed. The person we were messaging was attentive. The address on one of the booking messages was slightly different than the actual place..We also received a message saying we could scan a QR code on premise to see if our unit was available for early check in. We went there and the QR codes only brought us to a site to book a reservation. The parking is tight, but doable. The bed was uncomfortable and the couch, which is a futon type, was incredibly uncomfortable even to sit on. There isn't a TV in the bedroom, so despite being incredibly uncomfortable sitting in the living room, we had to. There isn't a place to put your belongings, i.e. a dresser, so you live out of your suitcase, but there isn't a place to put that, so we kept it open on the kitchen table. It would've been nice to have 2 beach chairs, as we flew in for this trip and had to buy them only for 3 days at the beach.

• Gwen Bergsbaken (6/5): - The location The sofa sleeper was awful 😖. The light fixtures had spider webs 🕸 in them. In the shower there was a spider web from the shower light to the shower stall. The floors were not clean. We had a worm in the bedroom and we had little spider.

Couch was not the most comfortable but it worked for two nights. Just a Couple blocks walk to the beach. Please please please replace the showerhead. I’m not even sure I got clean lol. There was only one small mirror and that was in the bathroom. I would recommend putting another mirror somewhere. A TV in the room would be nice.. But maybe some chairs for the beach and towels other than that I have no complaints. The place was very clean comfortable super quiet location. We barely saw any people had the pool to ourselves. I would definitely return to this location.

Had one issue, and that was the communication when I arrived. I was told check-in was at 4pm. I called the host and was told to text . In which I did not get into the place until after 5pm once my friend called and she had to speak to him . My only complaint I have.

• james (10/5): Great place to stay while we continue repairs on our home down the street from last year’s storm. - Minor things that I spoke with mgr. about who knew the issue but was very appreciative of the input. Shower (which is huge) needs safety rails on sides, also change to regular shower head. Usually don’t like staying at non office places where you have to call on your phone for any problems, but not here instant response to any need. Also very friendly and helpful surrounding guests who are long time regulars. Very competitive price with great location next to blvd. Mgr. friendly easy to talk with and will definitely recommend and use agin in future.

Great Vibe. Clean, cute and convenient. Sofa was small and hard but after removing the back cushions and replacing with bed pillows it was ok. Pub table chairs were too high for the table. You couldn't fit your legs under the table.

• Dan (10/5): Excellent stay and close to the beach - This was an excellent place to stay. The suite was clean and well kept. The beds are a little worn, but comfortable enough to sleep. The water pressure in the shower and sinks was the biggest negative. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again

• Amy (5/5): The pool was cute, but between the late check-in, missing parking pass, and all the mosquitoes, the stay was more hassle - The highlight of the stay was the pool — it was charming and well-maintained. The room was at least clean and it was coincidently located near restaurants and the beach. My stay at Park Shore Suites had its ups and downs. I reached out to the property manager on the day of check-in to see if early check-in was possible, but was told they were running behind and I’d have to wait until the standard 4 PM check-in time. Unfortunately, even that wasn’t accurate — housekeeping wasn’t finished by 4, and I wasn’t able to access the room until 5 PM. Once I finally got in, I noticed the required parking pass wasn’t in the room. I contacted the manager again, who said she’d bring it by. I ended up having to wait in the room for a couple more hours before I could leave, just to make sure I didn’t get towed. Another issue: mosquitoes. I’ve never had to kill so many indoors before. We got rid of around 10–15 mosquitoes during our two-night stay. There is a breeding issue coming somewhere. The room itself was generally clean, but it had some quirks — the flooring felt uneven in places, the couch was old and uncomfortable, and there was no TV in the main bedroom. The showerhead also sprayed in every direction. On checkout day, housekeeping knocked on the door about 30 minutes and it felt rushed. However, given the overall experience, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

• Bart (9/5): Comfortable and Clean Suite, far less money than the big resorts nearby - Cleanliness was very high! Floors were immaculate and cool tile. Unit was very spacious. Nice dining area and living room, kitchen had everything. Looked recently re-modeled and all fixtures were in great shape. Pool had some shade for relaxing out of sun. I had one problem with construction noise, called on-site manager, it was solved within 15 minutes. Got take-out meal from Basil Leaf Thai just down the street and it was great food. Had breakfast at Rick's Reefer bar and it was fantastic. Restaurants and convenience store within easy walking distance. I also called the FreeBee shuttle one day/one trip down the boulevard. It is a service sponsored by the chamber of commerce and it was also easy, on time, and friendly. AC was too high! Unit was freezing! I kept raising the temperature until it was in the 80's (Fahrenheit) and it was still blowing cold air. My last resort was to turn it off for some hours, and then turn it on for short periods.

• Nicole (7/5): Nice place, non existant communication from manager and don’t expect to check in on time! - Very clean, pool was very nice, room was amazing and bed was very comfortable!! Good location as well. Bathroom barn door wouldn’t stay closed, shower pressure was terrible, no TV in bedroom. Our room was not ready until after an hour after check-in! We were hoping to check in early since we had no car or no where else to go with all of our luggage but our room wasn’t ready so we had to hang out at the property for 4 hours. The gentleman was nice enough to let us put our belongings in a vacant room so we didn’t have to have it all by the pool but when I have sent numerous emails to the property I can’t even get a response back!! I get constant emails from them asking for a review and the email also states if there are issues don’t hesitate to email them which I have but they haven’t responded back once! I don’t appreciate that at all. I guess they just care about that they got paid. And we noticed another couple waiting for their room as well. And the next day I don’t think the 2 other couples checking in were able to check into their room until after 5:30!! This is unacceptable to have a check in time - especially as late as 4pm - and not have the rooms ready!
• Donna (10/5): - I was actually upgraded to their other property on Sunset Way. We had an awesome weekend. Location was perfect.
• Wendy (6/5): Pleasant - Room was large and comfortable I got billed an additional $84 at check in with no explanation. It was no where near the beach.
• Colin (10/5): We would recommend Park Shore suites to all our friends and family should they visit this part of Florida. - Everything, the location was great, the apartment was spacious, pool was nice and clean, AC was efficient, and Manager, Emma was very helpful and efficient. Only minor positive criticism is that No. 17 could do with an additional mirror. A small one over the bathroom sink was insufficient for our needs.

• Doug (10/5): Great quiet stay for an overnight deal. - Everything about the place was great. Check in was easy, except I don't use WhatsApp, but another user gave me the cell number to get checked in It's not a case of "didn't like", but only an observation. The shower head needs replaced in Room 14. I prefer a more firm bed, but this one can meet anyone's needs. I think the price was alittle excessive, but considering what the facilities offer, and the fact that many places in the area are closed due to last year's storms, the prices may be acceptable.

The construction worker had to call the property manager on my behalf. She indicated the property should have never been rented. She sent me to another location of a property that she managed a few blocks away. I would like a refund of my money for the significant inconvenience.

The TV's gave us some trouble. The TV in the living room didn't seem to turn on at all, and the bedroom TV had problems with it's operating system.

Dead roaches in the fridge and sticky floors. Painting chips on the walls and I found a live roach walking on the bathroom tub tiles late at night. The sofa bed was broken and there was plenty of dusty and possible roach eggs on the back of the sofa which was viewable when the sofa bed was open.
