- Armando (1/5): Horrible never stay here - Nothing Dirty towels, room, no AC in hotel, only room, they wouldn’t even clean the rooms . No elevators. Only provided 1 roll of toilet paper through out entire stay.
- Jonathan (1/5): Absolutely terrible experience - Close to location is the only reason I even stayed 1 night. The customer service, the negligence, the unclean beds, the fact that I complained to booking 3 times over this service and they still didn't fix the issues. The AC/Heaters were so clogged with dust that each time they turned on you could see dust flying, I got sick being here and I left this 2 days early!!! That should say enough. I will never stay at a motel 6 again, this was the worst hotel experience I've had and I travel A LOT . Booking com handled my customer service complaints like robots and gave me a 15$ credit on a 300$ book, that I couldn't even get a night's sleep in. Consider this one of my last times using the service, Priceline has never given me problems like this has with as many times as I have requested assistance communicating with the hotel. Even after booking.com reached out to them, they still did not address the issues , leading me into a infinite loop of requesting and not receiving. Bad stay all around!

- Laura (3/5): meh.... like they say you get what you pay. - There was so much dust on the headboards, also the blankets were in pretty bad shape. They should consider getting rid of the filthy hallway carpet. We stayed cause it was so last minute.

Very frustrated that there wasn't coffee in the morning as advertised. 2nd time was with this reservation and the room was very unsatisfactory! Room had a bad smell. Beds were clean but the rest of the room was not. Bathroom door was broken, toilet seat was broken, no shampoo, and I killed two cockroaches in the bathroom in the first 40 minutes of being in room. And for whatever reason they refuse to make coffee!

- Laura (1/5): - The first floor room we had was nasty. That was never our experience before when we would stay on the second floor, but this time my son’s leg was broken and we had to stay on the first floor, and it was very gross and dirty.
- David (8/5): Good place to stay. We like it. - It’s our go to place to stay when we are in town for I-37 races. We stayed in another room where the door didn’t shut and lock. Door would close but not latch, you could push it open without a key even when it’s locked. I got side tracked when leaving and forgot to tell staff.

- Rebekah (4/5): - I liked that the AC worked well and kept the room very cold like I like it. And I really enjoyed the bed pillows. I didn't like the fact that the coffee was never made or set out. During the designated hours that we're given to me at time of check inT. This was very disappointing because I know motel 6 has great coffee! 🙂 So that was a bummer
Also room 110 is the one I was staying in and it has a major leak in the shower which keeps continuous water puddles outside of the tub and around the toilet. No to mention that the bath tub was duct taped in the front part of the bathtub right under the faucet as if it was meant to keep the water the bath tub. The whole bathroom situation was a real let down. I will never give this hotel my business again oh and besides the plumbing issue our TV didn't work at all. Just fuzz on every screen and we tried everything.

- Teresa (2/5): Horrible experience! - We booked a king size and when we arrived the front desk rep didn’t tell us she was giving a different room. It was already 4pm and didn’t want to cancel, but when we got to the second floor it was extremely hot. There was no air in the hallway or the room. When we turned the AC on it didn’t cool off we waited to let us cool off but after 2/3 hours the room was not cooling. We had to leave and pay for Hilton which was an amazing experience. Would not recommend at all….

- Robert (8/5): Just somewhere to lay down… - Parking lot was small. Customer service was great. Had trouble getting into my room but staff was very helpful in getting that issue resolved. Room was clean. I didn’t get to enjoy any amenities as I arrived late and had to leave early the next morning.

I was only there because my kid was in the hospital and I wasn’t going to sleep. If I wanted to sleep I would have lost my money and gone to a different hotel
- Jesse (4/5): A place to sleep - Price was fair. The place is clean but there is smell. They don't have an elevator so if your room is on the second floor then you have to lug every upstairs. Thw air-conditioned is never on when you get to your room. So it takes most of the night to cool down.

- Lisa (2/5): - The room was nasty/ dirty. They gave me my towels and wash cloths as I was walking down the hall toward my room. There was a hair in my bottom sheet, so not sure if the bed had actually been redone after the last visitor.
There was a lot damage to the room. The fridge did not work, the bathtub dripped the entire time and would t stop. When I mentioned things to the lady at the front desk, she either ignored it or the maintenance man did one.
I will NEVER book there again.
I took videos of the room and all of the damage. I am going to report it.
If I would have had any other choice, Inwould have left, but I had already paid

- Melissa (2/5): - Never again. The individual that checked me in took awhile to get to the front. Once he got there he didn’t greet me just made me feel like a nuisance. I should have left once I saw that no one can park correctly. This place was so disgusting the floors were dirty there was trash in the hallways walking to the room. Getting inside the room there was hair on both beds when I removed the comforter. The sheets looked like they had yellow/orange stains on them which was even more disgusting and the fridge wasn’t working. Absolutely the worse experience.

- Womack (5/5): The stay was fair other than the above mentioned - Friendly, good price The tv did not even turn on, towels were worn very then and or ripped, there were foot prints leading from bath to door looked like mud but we suspected it to be paint. Tub drained slow and had rust around tub. The sound proofing was bad we heard every. Bump in the night!.

- Tollie (2/5): Very poor - Location After checking in there were no bathroom linens in the room. I had to go to front and ask. There is no telephone from room to office. Stayed two nights because of a funeral. At 11am maid knocked and asked if she could take care of room. I asked if she could wait until one when I was at the funeral. I said you can just replace towels at that time. I also asked for a roll of toilet paper (had less than 1/4 roll). After funeral and dinner with family I returned to room as I had left it. I had one towel only.
