• Teresa (10/5): Wonderful accomodation and friendly staff. I appreciated the kind hospitality from Reo and Miwa. - I didn't have the breakfast. I loved that they ahd coffee and tea available for free 24/7 because when you come in from the mountain you are freezing and a warm drink is exactly what you need. The only thing I didn't like was that I was on the third floor and the toilets are on the first floor so I had to go up and down a lot of stairs to go to the toilet but it was good exercise so I'm not complaining.

• Donald (8/5): This was a good value pick for a stay so close to the base of the ski lifts. I would recommend this place to anyone look - Ray at the front desk was very amenable. The location was perfect for getting to the Ace Gondola within a 10 minute walk. They offered free breakfast, drinks, and pamphlets for information about the surrounding area. Their ski room holds your gear in a heated room so that your stuff is dry and ready to use in the morning, and the rental service they recommend delivers straight to that room for fitting. I believe the heater in my room was an older gas model, and it would creak occasionally while heating. The beds and pillows are pretty stiff, and the blankets are on the smaller side.

• Mubashir (10/5): Nice people and amazing Onsen. - Amazing staff. Friendly and so helpful. Everyone spoke English. The rooms are clean. Breakfast was simple but nice. And the Onsen in the building was so nice. I highly recommend this place. They had storage for ski equipment and luggage as well. they even had free postcards which I used to mail some postcards back home. There was nothing that was problematic. There was a shared lounge area, but it was really quiet and closed at 10 PM. It was not as social as I had hoped as a solo traveler. They had some board games, but maybe it’s just because I was there early in the season and there weren’t many visitors.

• めぐみ (8/5): 清潔感もあって全体的に良かった - 暖房便座じゃないのがとても残念だった。 お風呂はとても熱い。 コインランドリーがあり洗剤はレセプションで売っている。 乾燥機は30分200円でおいてあるがほとんど乾かないので部屋干し必須。 隣にコンビニ、ラーメン屋さん、バス停も徒歩3分くらい、ゴンドラ乗り場にも近くて、立地はとても良かった。 オーナーさんはフレンドリーだし、朝食は美味しかった。

• WS (10/5): Convenient and cozy pension - Helpful and friendly host, can speak English. Breakfast is fantastic and delicious, well prepared by staff. Facilities is great, have dry room for snow sport equipment, laundry machine, clean shared bathroom, can enjoy the hot tub after bath. We got a mountain view room, the view is stunning! Overall we had a cozy and bliss experience, definitely recommended.
