Tanya (10/5): An outstanding hotel experience - peaceful, perfectly managed, and highly recommended - Everything. From the moment you get close to the hotel, there is a noticeable smell of freshness and cleanliness. Once inside, the noise cancelling is excellent- it becomes completely quiet and peaceful. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly people and helpful, creating a very safe and relaxed atmosphere. The food was amazing: we had breakfast included, with optional lunch or dinner, and everything was handled perfectly. There is also a laundry service, which was very convenient. The manager, receptionists, waiters, maintenance team, and room service were all genuinely kind and professional. You really feel that they care about their guests.

But the room was overcharged as compared to facilities. The breakfast and food was not good at all, the buffet was so limited as the charges were equal to a five star hotel, but the breakfast was like a 2 star hotel. They should work on the breakfast buffet.
