• Linevas (7/5): - Good location. You have to pay for water in the bottle in the room. I never been in the hotel, where you had to pay for the water. They are smoking in the rooms, i am not a smoker i could not stand that smell.
• Sessie (9/5): Enjoyed our stay. Was comfortable and highly recommended. - Convenient location for our dental treatments and to train. Close to eating places and migros. Breakfast was very good. Little change but a large choice for everyone. The Turkish bath, pool and sauna were great extras for me. Best of all was the staff in all the different sections of the hotel. Thank you. Teshekurler. The room had a huge wall that blocked view outside and felt claustrophobic. Also bad smell from the drain in the bathroom on most days.

• saccullo (10/5): Piacevole e tranquillo, personale accogliente e professionale. Cucina molto buona - Tutto! , esperienza eccellente sotto ogni aspetto! La struttura è bellissima, elegante e curata nei minimi dettagli. Camera spaziosa, pulitissima e molto confortevole. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, simpatico, preparato e molto professionale, facendomi sentire sempre unico e speciale durante tutto il soggiorno. La cucina è davvero ottima, con piatti di qualità e grande varietà: ogni sera c’era la possibilità di assaggiare specialità turche e provare sapori diversi. Ottima posizione, colazione ricca e ambiente sempre impeccabile. Non ho trovato alcun difetto: tutto perfetto. Consigliatissimo, tornerò sicuramente 🤗
• Ewald (2/5): mold and biofilms in the shower - The building itself is nice. The cleanliness is not. During our stay we both got sick. I had severe bronchitis and had to take antibiotics. After a few days we found the probable source: bacterial and fungal biofilms in the shower that were not immediately visible. After we cleaned the shower ourselves we got better quickly.

• Kristina (8/5): Хороший отель. - Чисто, недалеко от магазинов, хороший вай фай. Быстрое заселение. Персонал который быстро реагирует на просьбы. Шумно. На завтраке кроме супа нет теплых блюд- яйца, сосиски - всё холодное.

• Nyagoa Jamila (10/5): - The hotel was beautiful, staff was great. Spa and hamam service was good. A bit far from city center, but the tram is in walking distance from the hotel. So it is easy to get around.

• Sacalis Angela (1/5): - Nimic Din păcate este un hotel unde prostituatele își fac munca,nu ai putut sa te odihnești deloc, toata noaptea defilau prostituatele pe usi, se auzea tot prin pereti camerelor,micul dejun nu este gata niciodată la timp te țin câte o jumătate de ora pana sa intri la mic dejun,transferul este la preț dublu față de normal, am plătit transfer dus întors au cerut 90 de euro iar la plecare au mai luat 20 de euro doar pentru ca am avut în plus bagaj ! Nu recomand nimănui decât dacă vor sa se simtă ca la un bordel!

• Magdalena (4/5): - Was 1 night hard to say. We didnt eat breakfast or use SPA facility No hot water for a shower. Water in toilet in the night time was runing, was noisy. Guests from next door were arguing on halway at 2AM. No chance have a restful night.

• Imene (7/5): Hôtel très basique et le personnel agréable. - La proximité avec les fournisseurs Il y a un arrêt de tram pas loin Les restaurants et les cafés à proximité Le personnel sont agréables et mention spéciale pour عبد الرحمان Abd El Rahman qui a répondu à toutes nos demandes et nous a beaucoup aidé jusqu’à la dernière minute . Les nuisances sonores vu que les chambres sont très très mal isolées. On entend tous à travers les murs même si les gens chuchotent. On n’était pas à l’aise à chaque fois on voulait parler par peur de déranger les clients à côté. L’odeur des cigarettes qui envahissent la chambre au point qu’on est aller chercher des sprays et des brumes pour camoufler un peu . Literie pas très confortable. Petit dej médiocre vraiment. Pas de lait chaud, machine à café basique, machine à pain qui marche lentement etc…. C’est le même menu chaque jour.

L’accueil a été chaleureux et le personnel vraiment attentionné tout au long du séjour. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée, ce qui a rendu le séjour très agréable. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le calme et la qualité des installations. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de bonne qualité, avec des produits frais. Globalement, tout était réuni pour passer un excellent moment. Je recommande sans hésiter ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ RIEN
• Ecaterina (5/5): Pozele nu descriu realitatea - Locația este departe de obiective turistice, pozele nu sunt reale, în baie mucegai negru printre rosturi. Nu încercați să intrați la baia comuna, miros oribil. Mâncarea lasă de dorit, biscuiți vechi, cartofii pai cred ca erau de o săptămâna acolo chinuite. Prima data scriu comentariul negativ, căci într-adevăr nu merită banii!

• Halyna (5/5): Було холодно в номері - Сподобалося все , розташування , порядок , персонал Там було дуже холодно у номері . Кондиціонер погано працював , міг виключатися сам по собі . І якщо нас в номері не було він не працював . У березні я спала в термобілизні

• RASHIDA (6/5): - В комнате ежедневнн убирались, на завтрак был суп,чай , кофе, хлеб, яйцо, зелень. В душе лейка была сломана. При выезде из отеля , работники сделали сюрприз,напитки которые стояли в комнате в баре , воду заставили оплатить 20-25€ , хотя все бутылки сдали и воду тоже. При заселении, что бар платный , никто не говорил.

• RASHIDA (5/5): - Нам понравилось в этом отеле. Ежедневно убиралась женщина,было чисто, на завтрак был суп, хлеб, кофе,чай отлично. Персонал был приветливый. Когда уезжали домой , в день высиления,потребовали только за воду 20-25€, которую ставили в комнату , в баре. Угрожали если не заплатим, то вызовут Полицию, что добавят в чёрный список , и что больше никогда не сможем снять жильё, ни квартиру , ни отель в г.Стамбул.Осталось негативный осадок от парня который говорил на русском языке. Могли заранее при вьезде сказать.

• Ahmet (7/5): Като цяло бива - Локацията е добра и има къде да се паркира През повечето време с видеонаблюдение, персонала беше топ помогна при лоши обстоятелства и ситуации Осветлението в стаята беше много тъмно, лека влага и мухъл в банята
