• Sarah (8/5): Overnight stay in Belchite - Hotel Oleum. - Found the Hotel, despite the area being closed to cars due to Fiesta. Good location in the centre of Belchite. Overall the room was clean and tidy. Only one (not new) toliet roll left in WC. Bulbs missing from side light in main bedroom and vanity lights didn't work in bathroom. Breakfast - croissant, Madeline Cake, Toast & Preserves, fresh Juice and hot drink, we had cafe con leche, children had hot chocolate. Boiled egg, cold meet and cheese would have been a welcome addition. The chiming of the nearby Church Clock was the biggest issue, we heard 12 midnight, 12.30. 1.00, 1.30, 2.00, 2.30, 3.00, etc... which as we were breaking our road trip from Costa Blanca North to Santander, wasn't great! Would recomend but suggest you take ear plugs!

• John (4/5): Shame - Room was clean and comfortable with a nice shower. However.................................Hotel was locked when we got there and somebody didn't turn up for about 15 minutes! We got there at 4 p.m. (book in was from noon) and the beds were not made. Beds were made for us later that afternoon, but that was the last time, so we just made them ourselves. Clean towels were only supplied when we asked for them. We ended up buying some toilet roll, because there was nobody in the hotel a lot of the time, and it seemed the easiest thing to do. It was a shame because Belchite is a lovely place and the people really friendly.

• Irene (6/5): Buena ubicación con mal personal - Cuando llegamos al hotel me dice el chico de la recepción que el precio de la reserva es más caro que lo que figura en mi reserva con Expedia, que no incluye desayuno y que además no está pagado. Le digo que no es así y le enseño mi reserva, en la que incluye el desayuno y además aparece el importe de la reserva pagado. Me dice que lo siente, pero que no puede hacer nada y es lo que hay, que es lo que sus jefes le han dicho que tiene que hacer. Como veo que no me da solución, tengo que ponerme en contacto yo con Expedia delante del chico. Expedia me confirma que tengo razón y de seguido llama a la recepción, para indicarle al chico de la recepción que mi reserva es correcta. Me molestó muchísimo que no fuese capaz ni de ponerse en contacto con Expedia o con sus jefes para solucionarlo, si no que me dijo que era lo que había, sin más. De hecho, me dijo que era la primera vez que oía eso de Expedia.
• Juan Carlos (8/5): Hotel encantador en Belchite - Nos encantó la estancia, lo único negativo fue que el desayuno era bufett y nada de nada solo nos pusieron 1 magdalena pequeña, 1 croasants pequeñito y una tostada mediana. Nosotros esperamos fruta, fiambre, revueltos..etc., lo que es un bufett. Pero bueno lo que pusieron staba rico.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel muy comodo y centrico - Hotel muy agradable con personal amable y enfocado a cliente. Se trataba de hacer noche en nuestra larga vuelta a casa y ha resultado muy satisfactoria la estancia.
• Jordi (4/5): Cuando no hay más opción. - El desagüe de la ducha no traga. Restos de cal en las paredes y la mampara de la ducha. Una puerta del armario desmontada y apoyada en una pared. Una uña encima del edredón. Excrementos de paloma en el exterior de las ventanas. No hay servicio de restaurante. La recepcionista no sabe dar información local. La puerta principal del hotel se cierra a las 21h (demasiado pronto). El precio es muy caro por lo que se recibe a cambio.

• ISABEL (6/5): NO ES ORO TODO LO QUE RELUCE - HEMOS PASADO UNA NOCHE EN ESTE HOTEL . A VECES PENSAMOS QUE POR SER NUEVO ESTARA BIEN PERO NO ES ASI. EN LA DUCHA DEBIA DE SUCEDER LO QEU EN LOS HOTELES DE ANTAÑO QUE CUANDO UNO ABRIA EL GRIFO LE QUITABA EL AGUA A LOS OTROS . TAN PRONTO SALIA FRIA COMO TE ABRASABAS. Y LA LIMPIEZA UN DESASTRE; EN LAS ESQUINAS NO LLEGABA EL CEPILLO Y LA MAMPARA DE LA DUDHA Y LOS AZULEJOS ESTABAN BLANQUECINOS DE NO LIMPIAR LAS GOTAS EN MUCHO TIEMPO.
• Madrid (8/5): Funcional y práctico - Hotel situado en el centro del pueblo, junto al ayuntamiento. Bastante moderno y prácticamente nuevo, que no lleva ni dos años abierto. La habitación es sencilla,espaciosa y funcional, aunque le faltan pequeños detalles : soportes en el baño ( tienes que dejar la toalla encima del lavabo, lo que no es práctico) vasos de plástico,perchas... Eso sí, te prestan un secador en recepción...aunque si a las 23.00 horas lo necesita otro cliente, suben a llamarte a la habitación para que se lo devuelvas... No lo he visto en mi vida.... El wifi únicamente funciona en zonas comunes y planta 1 El trato del personal es correcto y agradable.
