- Melek (7/5): Das Personal war super nett und hat versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. - Zentrale Lage. Kurzer Weg bis Taksim. Sehr freundliches,hilfsbereites Personal Das Zimmer im EG roch stark nach Zigaretten, wobei der Gestank vom Hinterhof kam. Nicht der Beste Ausblick vom Fenster. Die Möbel sind auch nicht die neusten aber zu dem Preis akzeptabel.

- David (1/5): - Nada me gustó, parecía un lugar abandonado, ni staff habia, todo destruido y con ropa colgando afuera. Todo horrible. Pésima ubicación, barrio destruido, lugar sucio, sin recepción ni siquiera nadie atento a la reserva. Pésimo, no lo recomiendo para nada. Hasta un hostal o un motel es mejor que este lugar, destruido y abandonado, disfrazado de hotel.

- Musab (5/5): تجربة لن اعيدها - تعامل المسؤول لقد كان ودوداً سخونة الماء وقوة الماء ممتازة التدفئة والمكيف يعمل بشكل ممتاز مرافق المطبخ نظيفة على الرغم من عدم استخدامها الغرفة حجمها جيد الشبابيك كبيرة والشمس تدخل الغرفة بشكل جيد الاطلالة سيئة جداً اخذتها مع شرفة تطل على مكب نفايات الرائحة قبيحة الموقع قريب على ميدان تقسيم، لكن الطريق متعبة جداً يقع الفندق على منحدر سيكون الذهاب الى ميدان تقسيم متعب لكن الرجوع سهل يوجد اوساخ في الأرضية بشكل ملحوظ طاولة السفرة متضررة - الكراسي متضررة سخان الماء متهالك وهناك صدا في الداخل لا يوجد قهوة وشاي سريعة التحضير طلبت قهوة سريعة التحضير رفض ، اشتريتها من مكان اخر لا يوجد نعال لا يوجد خزنة رقمية الحمام نظيف لكنه متهالك بعض الشيء هناك عفن في زواية الحمام + صدأ بالمحصلة الاقامة ليس سيئة جداً القيمة مقابل المال عادلة لو كان ارخص قليلاً

- Kremena (9/5): Отлично! - Местоположение, чистота и изключително любезен персонал. Една от вечерите имаше проблеми с топлата вода- спираше, идваше без причина. Улицата, която води до хотела е изключително стръмна, разбира се това не е проблем с мястото за настаняване, просто го имайте предвид ако имате двигателни проблеми.

- rayane (3/5): Emplacement pas terrible, et manque d’équipements. - La porte-fenêtre qui mène au balcon s’ouvrait toute seule pendant la nuit à cause du vent car elle ne se fermait pas correctement. Nous étions 2 personnes et nous n’avions que 1 oreiller chacun qui n’étaient même pas de la même taille, l’un d’eux était très fin. Les poignets des tiroirs dans la salle de bain étaient recouvert de taches blanches. Il aurait été appréciable d’avoir ne serait-ce qu’une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre à notre arrivée. Le quartier dans lequel l’hôtel se situe n’est pas très rassurant et il faut marcher une très longue pente pour rejoindre le centre-ville.

They are very friendly and nice people Samat is so gentleman The triple room was perfect for 3days, everything was working well, however just something, there is a mosque just near the hotel, so you may wake up at morning. Other than this everything was great and I recommend it!!
- Ванакова (10/5): - Очень хороший отель, он стоит своих денег. Отель был заполнен,но благодаря тому,что есть лифт,мы ни разу никого не слышали. Уютный номер,все необходимое есть,одноразовые тапочки,косметика. Убирали в номере каждый день. Смело могу рекомендовать тем кто ищет отель в среднем денежном сегменте. Рядом много магазинчиков,закусочных,аптека совсем близко площадь Таксим и улица Истикляль. До метро минут 7. Довольно удобное расположение. Не понравилрсь что в комнате маловато освещения, но может для кого то это не будет проблемой. И немного портит вид обветшавшие домики и горы мусора под окнами но это уже вопросы не к отелю.

- Eduard (9/5): Отличное соотношение цена - качество - Достаточно удобное расположение, минут пешком 8-10 до Таксима. Приветливый персонал. Небольшой но уютный номер, отличный вид из окна. На кухне в принципе есть минимум что-бы приготовить завтрак и сделать чай. И что наверное самое главное - ночью тихо. Отель практически в конце улицы и там уже не ходят туристы и мало машин. Удобная кровать. Рядом продуктовые магазины и куча кафешек. Таксист долго не мог найти отель, кружил по переулкам (в этом районе плохо работает навигация). Хорошо я заранее посмотрел маршрут и подсказал таксисту, что нужно заезжать со стороны площади Таксим. В остальном все отлично

- Samed (6/5): - Die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut, in der Nähe des Taksim-Platzes. Allerdings liegt das Hotel etwas tiefer, sodass man beim Hinweg etwa 5–10 Minuten einen Anstieg bewältigen muss. Die Sauberkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig – zum Beispiel waren die Fliesen und die Decke im Bad verschimmelt, und die Badezimmerschränke waren innen nicht sauber. Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch das Personal: Alle sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt den Erwartungen, da der Preis recht günstig war. Trotzdem wäre es wünschenswert, dass die Sauberkeit unabhängig vom Preis immer gewährleistet ist.

La posizione è comoda per spostamenti, ma segnalo che si trova in un quartiere con molte strade in pendenza (quindi non molto accessibile a persone con difficoltà motorie). Segnalo anche che è dietro ad un minareto e sopra una discarica. A noi non è cambiato molto, ma potrebbe non essere l'ideale per qualcuno.

- Mariza (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Me and my family are fit so did not mind the once a day walking up hill to the main road. Anyways loads of taxis. It is central located close to bus and metro. 10 minutes walk to Taxim square. Many restaurants with carrefour down the road. It has AC and great shower.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Berbat bir otel - Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü otel. Yorumlara ve puanlara aldanılmamalı kesinlikle. Ailecek geldik, bir çocuğumuz var, bir büyük yatak bir tane de tekli yatak vardı odada. Odaya girdiğimiz anda leş gibi bir odayla karşılaştık, kötü kokuyordu. Çarşaflar ve yastık kılıfları temiz değildi. Biraz erken geldiğimiz için temizlik tamamlanmadı diye düşündüm, eşyaları bırakıp çıktık, temizlenmesini söyledik. Çıktıktan yarım saat sonra telefonu unuttuğumuz için döndüm ve sözde temizledik dedikleri odanın tekli yatağında çarşaf ve yastık vs yoktu. Bizim çocuğumuz da var, tekli yatağı da hazırlamalısınız ayrıca havlu da yok odada, havlu bırakmalısınız dedim çıktım. Akşam döndüğümüzde pek değişen bir şey yoktu, hala oda kirliydi ve kötü kokuyordu. Tekli yatak dahil çarşaf ve yastıklar temiz durmuyordu. Havlular da yetersizdi, baş havlusu yoktu. 5 günlük İstanbul gezisi için ne olur ne olmaz diye hotelscom üzerinden 2 gün tutmuştum ama burada mecburiyetten zar zor bir geceyi geçirip sabah hemen çıktım ve başka bir otel bulup oraya geçtim. Konum olarak ve ulaşım olarak da berbat bir yerde, yokuş inip yokuş çıkmak zorundasınız. Uzak durmanızı ve asla tercih etmemenizi öneririm.

- Dimitar (10/5): Great place in the heart of Istanbul - We arrived quite early in the morning, and despite check-in time being 2 p.m., we got our room at 7am.The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was amazing, as well as the shower. The wifi was a bit patchy, but it was not a big issue for us. There are plenty of shops and small restaurants nearby. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from Taskim and Istaklal Avenue. The staff were amazing - very helpful and polite. They store our luggage on departure without extra cost. The lighting was a bit poor in my opinion- it was quite dark in the room in the evening despite all lights being switched on. The hotel is located on a steep street- it was not a problem for us but it might be an issue for someone else. The prayers from the Mosque nearby were very loud - these run 5-6 times a day, the worst one being at 3-4 am.
- Teo (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The environment was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough for a good night's rest. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly caring and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended!

- Felice (9/5): Superb - Very clean rooms, nice view over the mosque and great location. The staff was super acommodating and friendly Arriving at dark can feel dodgy due to the dark side alleys. But once you know the area it actually feels safe :)

Walking distance to taksim also. Actually we really love this hotel. Regardless their location on the hill.. otherwise all very good!!! The person on the front desk name Muhammad is very nice n helpful.. Up up the hill
- Katarzyna (8/5): A clean and affordable place with kind staff – good for a short stay if you’re not too picky about the neighborhood. - The place was very clean, with fresh towels provided every day. The staff at the reception were always kind and helpful, and they did their best to assist us with anything we needed :) The location is another great advantage – just a 10-minute walk to Taksim Square, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Overall, great value for money. The neighborhood initially felt a bit strange – the surrounding streets were quite dirty, and some buildings looked abandoned, although it seemed that people were living in them. Despite that, we felt very safe at all times, both during the day and at night, and the area was quiet. The room showed some signs of wear, but thanks to the high level of cleanliness, we still felt very comfortable. There is also a mosque nearby, which we noticed on the first morning when the call to prayer woke us up. This might be surprising for someone who has never stayed near a mosque before, but we quickly got used to it :)

- Olga (9/5): A nice cozy apartment close to Taksim square - The room was quite spacious, there were all things necessary available. We had accesss to the terrace, the table there was oldish, but it was still nice to drink tea and beers there in the evenings. Wifi was working well. When we closed the window it was enough to keep the street noise out. The apartements' staff was polite and helpful. The rooms are cleaned regularly. Practically everything in the apartments met our expectations. One has to bear in mind, though, that to get to the metro at the Taksim square one has to go up the hill, this is of course, not the apartment's fault, but I think it might be an important bit of information. Also, as stated on the apartements booking page, floor 4 does not have access to the elevator, but you can use it to get to floor 3, so it is ok.

The staff was very friendly and the accommodation was great value for location & amenities (stove top, fridge, ect). There is a supermarket around the corner, so you can easily save money on food. I’m a solo young female traveler and a felt safe staying there. You really can’t complain for the value, However the area is a bit “downtown” there are some interesting beggars and a lot of trash in the area, but that isn’t the hotels fault- just the neighbourhood.

- Fiachra (9/5): Excellent value for money, handy location. - The value for money is unbeatable, especially considering how expensive Istanbul has become. The location is very handy. Although as other reviewers have mentioned it’s in a neighbourhood with considerably steep hills (not an issue for us), and first impressions can be a bit “back alley” but we soon realised that the area is very safe. The room was very clean and there was a daily “tidy up”. The double bed was big and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful (despite us not having a language in common). The lack of hot (or even warm) water for the shower. The washbasin hot tap worked perfectly but unfortunately there seems to be an issue with this same hot water piping through to the shower. Of minor importance but worth mentioning: The nearest mosque is close by and therefore you definitely notice the call to morning prayer.

- Zunir (10/5): Best place to live in the heart of Istanbul - The attention to detail for the property is great, from the get go you'll notice staff is putting in effort to make your stay worthwhile. Extra kudos to Mustafa from reception for putting in hard yards and making sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. The walk up the hill is just for a few hundred meters but quite steep and exhausting.

All necessary kitchen equipment for cooking,clean bed sheets and towels(which were changed every day) Location is good,not far from Taksim square,there are few shops and small cafes close to. Highly recommended!!!

- Leah (9/5): Great location and service! - Nice quiet location, but just a short walk to Taksim and İstiklal Avenue. Spacious room with small balcony, although not a great view was still nice to have. Kitchenette was fine and we used the hot plate, kettle and fridge. Shower very good, lots of hot water. Comfortable bed. The staff are great! Mustafa was especially helpful and kind. He checked us in when we arrived at 1.30am. He also helped by printing some travel documents for us. All in all, a good stay. Only one thing would be for the room to have a toaster and microwave
