• Gabriele (5/5): Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und macht die Ausstattung erträglich. - Das Frühstück war einfach aber gut und ausreichend. Die Lage des Hotels ist durch die zentrale Lage perfekt für Einkaufsbummel. Die Einrichtung ist altbacken und das Bad in meinem Zimmer könnte mal wieder renoviert werden. Sehr kleines Waschbecken und Duschkabine nicht richtig dicht.

• Louise (8/5): Gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis - Der Check In war einfach, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Zimmer völlig in Ordnung. Alles war sauber und funktional, das Internet war schnell, man konnte gut lüften, ein kleiner Kühlschrank stand zur Verfügung. Meine Zimmernachbarn waren sehr laut (laute Musik bis spät in die Nacht) , die Zimmerwände dämpfen nicht wirklich. Leider war nachts kein Personal als Ansprechpartner dafür vor Ort.

• Alper (8/5): Avoid this hotel! The staff is rude and unprofessional! - Not much to say about the hotel, except the location. When we arrived at the hotel at 17:15, the main door was locked. There were two other customers already waiting outside for a staff member to show up. Eventually, someone arrived and let us in. When it was our turn, I politely expressed our frustration about the wait. Instead of apologizing, the staff member gave an appalling response: 'It’s only 17:50; you still have time to cancel this reservation and find another hotel.' We were exhausted and felt forced to stay, but the lack of hospitality was shocking. :(

• Nisha (7/5): - The hotel is in a convenient location and meets the expected standards. Since the hotel’s front gates close after 10 PM, entry was difficult due to a stuck gate lock. Unfortunately, there was no active contact number to reach the hotel for immediate assistance

• Findlay (5/5): Review of Hotel Zentrum - Location. Near to the main station and within walking distance of the main tourist areas. The staff were friendly and welcoming Extremely overpriced for the facilities and comfort level. The decor was tired and although it was clean, overall the accommodation was only adequate and definitely not worth 245 Euro for one night

• Martin (8/5): Clean, basic hotel with helpful staff. Good location for the town and train station. - It was in a great location with respect to the station and the town. Reception actually phoned me while was on route because it was getting late and I hadn’t checked in. Security was a bit lax. Out of hours you entered via a locked gate and side entrance. If guests didn’t deadlock the gate you could just open it and on one occasion during the day both the gate and door were left wide open.

Zimmer war sauber nur bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Teppich sollte erneuert werden. Matratzen sehr durchgelegen und unangenehmer Geruch aus der Toilette.

• Rosamal (8/5): Buen hotel para una noche de paso. - El hotel está situado a 5 m. andando de la estación de tren. Muy céntrico. La entrada es pequeña; desde la calle, no la ví. El personal que me atendió, muy agradable. La habitación pequeña y acogedora. Muy tranquila, sin ruidos. El baño, aceptable. El baño tenía la tapa del inodoro rota en dos trozos, y la habían dejado en el suelo. La moqueta del pasillo del último piso, está llena de manchas, dando un aspecto lamentable a la zona.
