• Michael (3/5): - Die Lage und der zwar nicht günstige, aber für Basel akzeptable Preis sind die wenigen positiven Aspekte Ich bin in dem Hotel seit einigen Jahren. Es scheint aber nichts investiert zu werden und die Qualität nimmt stetig ab. Diesmal fielen die negativen Aspekte aber deutlich auf. V.a im Bad springt mir der Pilz entgegen (wenn es Dreck war, ist es auch nicht besser). Der Abfluss der Dusche funktioniert garnicht und ich stand nach 30 Sekunden in einem Teich. Eine Zimmerreinigung während des Aufenthaltes findet nicht statt - bei ein, zwei Tagen ist das ok, bei einer Woche nicht so optimal. Wegen digitalem check-in gibt's kein Personal, was aber dazu führt, dass clevere Obdachlose sich ins Hotel reischummeln können. So an einem Abend geschehen. Dadurch sinkt das Sicherheitsgefühl massiv. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich das Hotel nochmal besuchen werde.

• Stephan (8/5): Bahntastisch gelegen - Perfekt für Frühabfahrten ab Basel SBB + frz. Bahnhof. Vorabinfo, dass man für Hotelzutritt die Kreditkarte der Buchung benötigt und für das Self-Check-In den Buchungscode der Registrierung erforderlich ist.
• Łukasz (7/5): Dobry - Pokój czysty, łazienka również (choć ma już swoje lata). Idealne na krótki pobyt. Plus za ekspres z kawą i wrzątkiem do zrobienia herbaty (na parterze). W pokoju karafka z wodą. Dobra lokalizacja (naprzeciwko dworca kolejowego i ok. 15 minut piechotą od katedry). Lustro w łazience z powodu ukośnego sufitu, było zamontowane zbyt nisko, trzeba było siadać na sedesie lub się schylać, żeby zobaczyć swoją twarz (na szczęście w pokoju są też dodatkowe lustra). Na ostatnie piętro nie dojeżdża winda, co może być problematyczne dla niektórych osób (dojeżdża się na 3. piętro i potem idzie schodami na 4.). Samodzielny system zameldowania - mało intuicyjny (początkowo wpisywałem numer rezerwacji z Bookingu, ale nie działało), na karcie dostępu nie ma numeru pokoju, więc trzeba zapamiętać go, gdy pojawi się na ekranie, co może umknąć ;)

• Cara (5/5): Great!! But mouldy!!! - Free coffee and tea was great! Comfortable bedding and comfortable room! My room was quite dated and the bathroom had lots of black mould. I did let the hotel know and they sent a cleaner who was unable to remove the mould. Because of this the room smelt damp and off and I worried about my health. I wouldn't recommend staying in the room for long. Due to health concerns.

• Ricardo (5/5): Günstiges Hotel , Standart: Uralt, Badezimmer heruntergekommen, aber für eine Nacht, machbar. - Preisleistung Die Zimmer waren sehr runtergekommen. Das Badezimmer war in einem wirklich ekligen schrecklichen Zustand. Heutiger Standard sollte nicht so sein auch wenn es ein günstiges Hotel ist, gibt es auch die günstiger sind und der Standard ist schön.

• ELENA (8/5): Hotel cerca estación. Buen precio - El hotel está muy céntrico, apenas a una calle de la estación y unos 10-15 min. caminando al centro de la ciudad. Tiene el check-in y check-out automático, muy fácil para acceder a las habitaciones. La habitación estaba correctamente equipada. Las camas y las instalaciones eran antiguas, pero correcto para el precio que pagamos.
