Milind (9/5): Satisfying as it served the purpose of decent stayover for a night and start fresh for Guruvayur. - Well located with hardly any detour for onward journey early next morning along highway. Access was quite jammed by few bikers causing bit of jam for following vehicles while entering the hotel gates.

• Arijit (2/5): Okay - Location was good The staff were extremely unprofessional,, they took our id cards and did not return them while checking out. Moreover, they did not call to inform us regarding the mistake. Only when we realized that we were not b having our ids, fortunately we remembered after 4 days, and had to call them to confirm. Even when they courierd the id , they were 3 days late than what we asked them to do.

• Elisabet (4/5): Se puede encontrar algo mejor - El precio y el tamaño de la habitación El hotel en general y el baño de la habitación huele muy muy mal. La limpieza es mediocre. Adicionalmente, el personal no te ayuda en nada, no entienden nada, no hablan inglés y no puedes comunicarte ni pedirles nada. Solo entendían “taxi” y nos daban precios carísimos para lo que son los precios locales. No lo recomendamos.

• Jaleel (7/5): I enjoyed the stay with you. - Reception staffs are very nice. It was a satisfactory stay. Room was very neat and clean. Ventilation in the corridor is not up-to mark. there was some slight bad smell.

Due to driving i couldn't confirm that mail. It was just an HOUR BEFORE MY CHECKIN . How irresponsible and pathetic the system there..very bad organizing and i will never take reservation from there.

• Homayon (5/5): Go with low expectations, good for airport passengers - Neat and clean, good location. Staff are nice. No hot water, leak in the bathroom, lots of items in the menu not available. Ordered butter chicken and found out they took some leftover chicken like chicken 65 and put it in the butter chicken gravy. The chicken was roasted and not cooked in the gravy. AC was very noisy
