- Ida (4/5): If you have no other choice, consider this place as your very last option. The staff was unhelpful, the Internet issues - Nothing special I had an unsatisfy stay due to several issues. The staff was not helpful when we informed them that the Internet was not working. Although they assured us the issue would be resolved by the next day, it was not fixed by the end of our stay. Additionally, the towels provided were very old, and the room itself was uncomfortably dark. These issues significantly impacted our overall experience.

- Aniz (8/5): A nice and convenient stay - The hotel was nice and convenient, the room was clean and spacious, it has refrigerator. Thank you for letting us check in early before noon as we arrived from Malaysia in the morning and thank u for the staff who found my handphone upon checkout and quickly return it to me at the lobby. God bless, you're a savior! It would be great if the hotel can provide non chargable iron :) Its about 2km from the centre and grab/tuk2 usually would need to be ordered but the area is nice n peaceful.

Not far from popular spots but not for walking. Can check in as early as 7am. Water pressure not good for showers in some rooms. Fridge broken in my room. Soap dispenser broken in my bathroom. Debris in water from taps from both rooms I booked.

Staff so cold not even smile. Room: they dont even have iron in the hotel. Itโs the most basic amenities. My fault for not checking in advance & should i knw, wont make booking with them. The sliding door cant be close and very worried about my safety. Wifi: so slow! Keep on disconnected.
