- Hailey (4/5): The staff we interacted with was fine but the condition of the building is deteriorating and not a place I’ll stay again - Check in was easy, especially with pre-arrival check in option. It was in a quiet location near several amenities. No noises from other guests. 1. There was no lock on our door. 2. The curtains are so long they cover the heater so we slept with the heat off due to it being a safety hazard. 3. The “Dove” shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathroom is not Dove, it was a watered down solution of some sort that smelled mouldy. 4. There is a step up into the bathroom and it gets you in the toes every single time. There should be a slope or at least a light or some sort of indicator it’s there. We got back to our room late after an event and didn’t have time to switch rooms, so I haven’t rated the property as low as I would have with the condition. However, there’s no reason a guest should feel they are sleeping in a fire hazard or without working locks.

Les chambres ne sont pas dans la même bâtisse que le « front desk » et l’emplacement du petit déjeuner… c’est un peu déplaisant l’hiver. Aussi, bien que les chambres soient propres, il y a de la moisissure dans les salles de bain.

J’avais réservé une chambre à 2 lits queen et on m’a donné initialement une chambre à 1 lit double fumeur sans m’offrir de me rembourser la différence. On nous a changé de chambre, mais le confort était minimal et l’état des murs et de la tapisserie était à peine passable. La direction devait me rappeler pour le remboursement et je n’ai jamais eu de retour.

- khan (3/5): - La dame a l'accueil était très gentille et polie. Pomme de douche défectueuse, robinet défectueux qui coule partout. Téléviseur définitivement trop âgé car l'image est tellement noir qu'on a peine a voir notre émission. Aucun ajustements sur la clarté n'aurais pu être fait. Les corridors auraient eu besoin d'un bon coup d'aspirateur, la chambre était propre quoiqu'en déroulant le tapis de bain, un insecte d'humidité en est tombé(vivant). Bref, je n'y retournerai pas.

- Karl (1/5): Pire hotel à vie - Rien La saleté de la chambre, l'état était de piètre qualité. Les matelas en plastique, les bases de lit fait en palette avec une tonne de saletés sous les lits. On est arrivé a 19h et 1 des 2 chambres n’étaient pas accessibles et quand on l’a eue, elle n’était meme pas nettoyée.

- Clebert (1/5): Ramada looks more like to a low class motel rather than a Hotel. - Regarding the breakfast, there was no place to seat. Everything and everyone was squeezed to each other. Everything seems to work upsidedown over there. I didn't find anything to like at Ramada, Laval, QC. It is a lowkey, low class hotel with no amenities as a regular hotel, but advertised itself as one, and priced itself as a 4 star hotel. the price that I paid for the night didn't reflect the value that I got for it it was a bad choice.

- Serge (2/5): Je n'y retournerai pas - Ça manquait de choix Plancher collant, lumière brûlé dans la salle de bain er télé dont la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas. Les chambres auraient besoin d'être rafraîchit.

- Gagne (1/5): Dissapointing - Staff was friendly Room and bathroom was dirty. TV didn't work. Out of soap for shower. Beds were gross. There were ants. The toilet ran. Light bulbs were out. Very few electrical outlets. It was gross.
