• stephaniesq2023 (10/5): Perfect hotel - The location is perfect, just steps away from all the points of interest in Cusco. The atmosphere is relaxed with a bohemian touch. The rooms were practical, standard size. But the service was above average. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff was always friendly, accommodating and super professional. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
• Tanujjoshi (10/5): A hidden gem right by Qorikancha! - Abittare Hotel is a total gem in Cusco. It’s located just a short walk from the Plaza de Armas, but because it’s tucked away, it stays very quiet and peaceful—perfect for resting after a long day of exploring. The staff here are incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh fruits (especially the local Peruvian varieties) and a fantastic herbal tea station. We also loved the refillable water service, which is so convenient. My favorite part, though, was the outdoor space. You can see the Cathedral from inside the hotel, and they have a beautiful central courtyard with a fireplace and cozy blankets to wrap yourself in while you enjoy the mountain air. Plus, the rooms have heaters, which kept us nice and warm. Highly recommend!

• Barbara (6/5): buen lugar pero hay otros hoteles mejores por el precio - la arquitectura no hay espejo cuerpo enterno y lo peor fue que no me cobraron tan como indicaron en el hotel y por booking el pago adelantado por lo que al llegar tuve que pagar el hotel y me desconfiguro todo. Eso lo encontré muy mal porque desordena todo.

There was free tea, coffee, filtered water to refill bottles and a great courtyard to relax in. The only issue was it was quite noisy with guests coming in or out at all hours (to do with the tours you do in the area) and being quite inconsiderate.

The staff was very accommodating and stored our luggage for us while we did some shopping and before we left for home. Additionally, they arranged a large taxi for us at an excellent price. • Borge (9/5): Wunderschönes Boutique Hotel mit kleinem Haken - Ein sehr schön gestaltetes Hotel in Toplage, wie in Peru üblich lediglich mit einem Notradiator beheizt, hat ansonsten aber alles was es braucht sowie sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Fenster öffnen nur in den teilweise sehr finsteren Innenhof. Das hat den Vorteil, dass wenig des Stadtlärms aber auch den Nachteil, dass wenig des Tageslichts eintritt. Zusätzlich gibt es nur Fensterläden und keine Vorhänge, sodass man dazu gezwungen ist ausschließlich mit künstlichem Licht zu Leben.

En principio la acustica de los cuartos, se escucha de un cuarto a otro lo que conversan . El baño de la habitacion emanaba mal olor y las toallas estaban como percudidas. La ubicacion a veces se tornaba complicado porque estaba en un cruce de autos y en la noche se escuchaba la bulla de la musica de otros lugares. Si o si debes hacer uso del calentador pq si se siente frio en la habitacion.

We chose a junior suite and was blown away with its size and comfort. The king beg offered excellent sleep quality.. the bathroom was great..huge walk in rain shower ..nice products.. just the space made you felt at home . Breakfast was decent with enough choice for everyone. They also offer top up fresh water which was a nice touch. The staff also need a mention .. Absolutely available from the moment we arrived till they collected our cases on leaving. Superb all round. I really rate here .. ticks all boxes for a price that will not damage your budget. Highly recommended. Ps Chullys is a restaurant 50 meters away..it’s a gem !

El único comentario negativo que tengo es que al momento de realizar la reserva y al hacer check-in confirmamos querer aplicar a la opción de obtener el desayuno para llevar ya que nos retirariamos a las 4am Al momento de hacer el check-out a esa hora a pesar de haber confirmado en 2 ocasiones, el encargado de recepción nos dijo que no tenía ninguna notificación sobre los desayunos ofrecidos y lo decepcionante fue que no hizo absolutamente nada para resolverlo o compensarnos.

• Gabriela (10/5): Perfeita! - Quarto super silencioso e escurinho, pela manhã nem parecia que tinha amanhecido, amamos esse ponto. O hotel oferece um café da manhã simples, mas bem satisfatório. O chuveiro é ótimo, com água quente, boa pressão e com box de vidro que preenche toda a parte do chuveiro. O quarto em si não tem calefação, mas era bem quentinho (out/2025) mesmo estando frio e, pelo que pude perceber, se necessários poderíamos ter pedido um aquecedor na recepção. O hotel oferece chá e água gratuitamente na recepção com um filtro disponível para todos os hóspedes com água quente, natural e gelada. O staff realmente foi bastante atencioso conosco e nos ajudaram bastante, pois tive alguns problemas por conta da altitude. O hotel contem apenas escadas, o que, em altitudes elevadas pode ser ruim, mas nada que seja ruim, pois há quartos no térreo para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.

No es tanto un lugar para descansar y relajarse, es solo para dormir y salir a recorrer.

The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, making it a perfect place to relax. I especially enjoyed sitting outside in the charming courtyard. It’s a lovely spot to unwind while waiting for a ride or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Habitación con escasa luz natural, maderas del suelo crujían y hacían mucho ruido al pisar y se escuchan mucho los ruidos de otras habitaciones. La luz del baño generaba ruido alto del extractor

• MARIA (8/5): - Me gustó el lugar, la pieza y el baño eran muy lindos y cómodos En el desayuno tome jugo natural y me intoxique. Quizá lo hicieron con agua de la llave, debería haber sido con agua filtrada para evitar esos problemas. El resto, todo muy bien

• carola gil (8/5): - La ubicación, las sabanas, la cama. Hicimos un upgrade ya que la habitación inicial BP tenía ventana. Fueron muy amables. La segunda habitación muy espaciosa y con linda vista. El baño muy incomodo

• Juan Pablo (10/5): Buen hotel para conocer Cusco - Hotel bueno, bonito ubicado en una casa con historia, donde nació uno de los empredaores incas. Muy agradable.

• Crysthine (5/5): Disappointed. The pictures from the app doesn’t coincide with reality. - The location is great. The outside area is very quiet, and also they have a good breakfast. Pictures are deceiving. The room was very small, I had no window and after I complain they gave me another room with a very tiny window, but it was right below the kitchen, that means that by 5AM the noise was awful and we couldn’t sleep anymore.

• Tatyana (10/5): - Absolutely beautiful hotel, 2 block away from Plaza de Armas. Delicious breakfast, laundry services. Kind and helpul staff. Super clean. Would definitely stay again.

• Trinitii (10/5): - The location of this hotel is fantastic. You can walk to the centre anytime, and it's easy and convenient. The staff were all nice and friendly. However, remember that when people open or close the door, you can hear them. There is a window in the restroom that is not a vent. I highly recommend it still!
• Katxoxoxoxoxo (10/5): Lovely atmospheric hotel - Lovely little hotel conveniently located downtown right across from the Golden Temple in Cuzco, located in Incan walls. Very friendly staff and good breakfast.

• Monica (10/5): - O hotel é ótimo! Funcionários super atenciosos, café da manhã maravilhoso, excelente Localização. A instalação é ótima Quarto é bem pequeno e não tem garagem.

• Michelle (10/5): Loved it so much came back for 2 more nights. - Location, great breakfast, Comfortable bed, clean. Helpful staff letting us check in early after an overnight arrival. Lovely garden area to relax around fire pit. A little noisy with people checking out for tours as rooms surrounded common area. Clients noisy rolling bags along veranda and common area. Not hotel’s fault.

• César Navarro Hidalgo (5/5): - Solo la ubicación y desayuno aceptable La pieza era extremadamente chica. El sonido, se escucha todo el ruido de afuera y de los pasillos de hotel. Y la cama... enana, con suerte 2 plazas.
