Excellent breakfast and the reastaurant also offers a great lunch and dinner menu, home made European selection of food with a great service. Definitely recommend to stay here, a gem right in the heart of St Petersburg.

Personal: muy amable, dispuesto a ayudar, los recepcionistas hablan inglés. Desayuno: muy variado, fresco y rico.
- Philippe (8/5): On summer the rooms are too bright at night. - Good location, however on a street full of bars open until very late, but the hotel is at the end of the street fairly far from the noisy, at least in my room (3rd floor) it wasn't very noisy. And the refurbishment works going on the outside of the building aren't very confortable, on a Sunday morning there was a guy working and hammering just outside my window from 10am, lucky I had to check out and ran to the airport anyway. But the main problem was the curtains that let a lot of light in. They need ticker curtains to really block the light and have a dark room for a pleasant sleep. Other than that the room was spacious, nice and the staff friendly.

- Jean (8/5): Nice hotel in the city center - Location-wise, it was perfect, as it’s in the city center. The facade is under renovation. Room is small, but the bathroom is so spacious (wish they installed a counter to place your lotions, etc). Staff were quick to respond on e-mail queries. We give credit to Igor, who was very welcoming and accommodating to us upon our arrival.

Igor, el recepcionista, es muy atento y te contesta y soluciona todas las dudas y necesidades que puedas tener. Áltamente recomendable, si volviese a esa ciudad repetiría hotel.
- Neil (10/5): 3 night stay in July 2019 - We had a great stay in Lomonosov Hotel. Unfortunately a lot of work is being done to the street which makes it a bit unsightly, however the hotel itself was clean and the staff were great. The hotel is in a great location just beside Nevskiy Prospekt and there were plenty of bars and shops nearby as well as only being a few minute walk from the metro station. We also loved Waff-Waff next door!

- Tapio (8/5): Hyvätasoinen pieni hotelli keskustassa - Pieni mutta toimiva hotelli keskeisellä sijainnilla. Mahtavan avuliasta väkeä oli respassa ja vieraasta pidettiin huolta. Huone toimiva ja aamiainen ihan riittävä. Kortteli on remontissa ja julkisivu paketissa, mutta kyllä sen oven pian löysi telineiden takaa.

- Dmitrii (10/5): Хороший отель по доступной цене в центре - Небольшой недорогой уютный отель в центре города в пяти минутах ходьбы от метро "Гостиный двор" и "Невский проспект". Номера просторные, с интересным дизайном. В просторной ванной комнате номера "полулюкс" есть ванна. Завтраки в прилегающем кафе с антресолью вполне сытные и достаточные, есть шесть горячих блюд: яичница, омлет, блинчики, запеканка, сосиски и овощи на пару. Один минус: в номер достаточно потёртый и грязный ковролин.
- Ivan (10/5): - Вежливый персонал, быстро реагируют на просьбы, все пожелания были учтены. В номер заселили утром до 12часов и продлили проживание на пол дня за доплату соответственно 0,5 суток. Район удобный, все рядом. Шум с улицы немного мешал ночью, т.к.были выходные, молодежь в клубах отдыхает. Но это не критично. Есть беруши в номере. Спасибо, по возможности будем отдыхать у вас еще.

Andrea and Sergei had a great detail, they saw it was my birthday and left me a bottle of champagne and a greeting card in my room, thank you very much:)
- Esa (10/5): Kiva viikonloppu Pietarissa - Oikein mukava viikonloppu Pietarissa ja Lomonosov-hotellissa. Saimme huoneen jo ennen puoltapäivää ja huone itsessään oli tilava ja siisti. WiFi toimi moitteetta. Aamupala oli kohtuullinen, laatu oli parantunut edellisestä käynnistä, joka oli muutamia vuosia sitten. Saimme pitää huoneen pari tuntia myöhempään. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta.
- Verified traveler (8/5): nicht von außen abschrecken lassen - Ich verbrachte 5 Nächte in dem Hotel. Das Hotel wirkt von ausen wirklich wie eine Katastrophe aber sobald man drin ist ist es total okay. Als ich dann das Zimmer betreten habe war ich sehr angenehm überrascht. Ich bin kein Reisender der in Hostels schläft und bin Hilten und ähnliches gewöhnt. Bei den Preis wusste ich natürlich dass es kein Hyatt ist aber ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, das ZImmer war sehr geräumig und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt (das gesamte Zimmer inkl. Bad). Das Personal ist sehr kurz angebunden, jung und wirkt vielleicht auf manche unfreundich - das sind sie aber nicht. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit wenn man nett fragt. WICHITG: in direkter umgebung befinden sich Bars und Clubs, in der Woche war es ruihg aber Fr und Sa ist es wirklich laut. Die Autos drehen zwischen 2 und 6 Uhr immer wieder so laut die Musik auf dass es im Zimmer vibriert. Nun...bei mir hat es dazu geführt das ich mich hab spontan davon anstecken lassen und war in einen der Clubs. Solange man sich dort vernünftig verhält sind diese auch nicht gefährlich (was ein oft erzählt wird).. Wer also ein Familienerholungsurlaub sucht ist dort komplett falsch. wer günstig Zentral ein paar Nächte in einer Großstadt verbringen will und etwas erleben ist dort gold richitg (im Hotel selber war es sehr gesittet und es gab weder lärm noch Partygäste.
- Magali (8/5): - Ne vous fiez pas à la devanture et à la façade austère et peu engageante, à l’intérieur l’hotel est restauré et bien entretenu. La chambre est parfaitement bien équipée et soignée. Le personnel est agréable et serviable malgré la barrière de la langue, avec l’usage de l’anglais, tout devient simple. Le petit déjeuner est invariable sur la semaine mais il est bien fourni avec du salé et du sucré. Le rapport qualité -prix est correct et l’emplacement est proche des lieux incontournables à visiter ainsi que du métro.
- Giuseppe (8/5): Grazioso hotel centrale a San Pietroburgo - Albergo tranquillo con aspetto esterno " terribile " ma, una volta dentro la hall, si percepisce un'aria gradevolmente tranquilla, pulita ed ordinata. La caffetteria nella quale si effettua la colazione con cibo eccellente ed un servizio gradevole ed accurato assicurato da una operatrice di nome Tania che si è mostrata disponibile e desiderosa di migliorare il suo scarso italiano; comunque parlava molto bene l'inglese.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location but needs air con! - This hotel is in an excellent location- you are about a 3 minute walk to red square and it is easy to reach all the main sights either by walking or metro. The rooms are in good condition and modern but there is no air con! It got very very hot in the room overnight- although they provide you with a fan, it does very little for two of you in 30 degree heat!

- J (10/5): Surprising interior - When I arrived to the hotel and I saw the street I was a little sceptical and I didn’t know what to expect once inside. I walked in and the lobby was pleasantly clean and of good style. When I got to my room I was even more surprised with the details, the cleanliness and the illumination of it. The location is within walking distance to many landmarks and there are several bars sorounding the hotel but the area is totally safe, like most of Saint Petersburg.

- Anna (2/5): Не рекомендую - Когда я забронировала гостиницу в предыдущий раз - выбрав опцию "Оплата при заезде" - я была совершенно не готова к тому, что деньги у меня с карты спишут почти сразу после бронирования, за пару месяцев до собственно поездки. После звонка в гостиницу и разговора с кем-то из руководства, поскольку администратор была не в состоянии что-то объяснить и изменить, был произведен возврат, но на карту деньги вернулись не так быстро, как были с нее списаны. Отменив бронирование, к сожалению, позже я дала отелю еще один шанс. Несмотря на выход из "Каменной" сети, интерьер не изменился, то же подземелье - и уровень освещенности приблизительно такой же. В номере дребезжал холодильник и очень шумел кондиционер, спать было сложно. Но переплюнул все сервис - уйдя на 20 минут на завтрак и оставив на двери номера табличку с надписью "Не беспокоить", я была уверена, что в номер никто не войдет, поэтому в номере оставила открытый чемодан, деньги, документы и ключи от квартиры. За те 20 минут, что меня не было, кому-то срочно потребовался находившийся в моем номере утюг, и администратор приняла решение, не известив меня, войти в номер несмотря на табличку. "Не хотела беспокоить Вас во время завтрака" и "Я приняла такое решение" сказала она. Не хочу проверять, на что еще способны администраторы гостиницы. К слову, возвращаясь в одиннадцатом часу вечера в незапертую гостиницу, находящуюся в окружении ночных баров, пару раз видела пустую стойку рецепции; к безопасности тоже большие вопросы.

- Konstantin (10/5): Super Hotel im Zentrum - Das Hotel war super sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent. Es liegt richtig im Zentrum. Am Wochenende könnte es etwas lauter werden, in der gleichen Straße sind viele Clubs und Bars. Wenn jemand etwas ergeben möchte ist er hier genau richtig.

The location and, 't be beat, in the heart of central St Petersburg a block from Nevsky Prospekt and across the street from one of the city's best shopping centers. The hotel is small, quiet, charming, comfortable, super clean. The staff is professional and accommodating. Hard to believe it was only $50 a night. You could easily pay 5x as much in New York.
