- Jelmer (8/5): Fijne locatie, goede gastvrijheid. - Locatie was voor mij goed, aan de buitenkant van Bielefeld maar toch dichtbij genoeg wanneer je met de auto bent. Daarnaast erg fijn dat er laadpalen zijn op parkeerplaats. niks kunnen vinden

- Mechthild (7/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt bei geöffnetem Restaurant zu empfehlen. - Das Frühstück war gut, das Zimmer klein, aber gemütlich. Alles sehr sauber. Das Personal auch freundlich. Das Restaurant eignet sich nicht zum längeren Aufenthalt, keine Bar, keine Lounge. Am Dienstag gab es eine geschlossene Gesellschaft im Restaurant. Mittwochs geschlossen, so dass dann nur das kleine Zimmer bleibt. Dafür liegt das Hotel zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt.

- Slavin (8/5): My Night at Schlichte Hof - A very cozy and nicely furnished place. It is located on the outskirts of Bielefeld, offering a peaceful atmosphere, and during my visit, there were fewer guests, which I appreciated. The room's furnishings and design were very tasteful, matching the price level of the accommodation. The room was very clean, and I positively evaluate the additional amenities (in-room coffee maker, TV, hairdryer, and toiletries in the bathroom). I really enjoyed my stay here! The biggest downside of this accommodation was the communication with the hotel. I booked my room through Booking.com, where I had informed them in advance about my late check-in. Upon arrival at the hotel (around 8:00 PM), the building was empty, the reception was closed, and I was unable to reach anyone via the contact details provided on the hotel's website. I had not received any self-check-in instructions in the Booking app, and the hotel's phone number went straight to voicemail. After some time, I noticed a different phone number on the doorbell of the building (which was not the same as the one listed on the website). I was able to reach someone, most likely the hotel manager, who informed me where to find the room keys. After that, everything was fine, and I was able to check in. An hour later, I met another guest in front of the hotel who had the same issue – they couldn't find the keys or check-in instructions. I believe it would be beneficial for the hotel to send clear self-check-in instructions in advance. I stayed for one night, and the only complaint regarding the room itself was the cold temperature during the night. The heating was set to maximum, but the room didn’t warm up sufficiently. After my departure, I repeatedly requested an invoice for my stay on behalf of my company via Booking.com chat and email, but to this day, I have not received a response.
