- Kayla (4/5): - This property is a beautiful inn and the bed was comfy. The greeter was super nice. However, there is limited dining in Hull after 8 pm. I upgraded for the fireplace and it didnt work. Called the 24/7 number and the only offer was to make an emergency call to the inn keeper. Well at 11 pm Im not going to do that so we went to bed listening to the clanking flag pole, wobbly fan and passing traffic. The breakfast was not as advertised, it was just muffins, bagels or scones.

- Erika (8/5): - It was a nice property. A bit too far from the beach to walk. The queen room was not private. The door to the room is next to the refrigerator. So you hear everything going on in the first floor. We knew the room was going to be small but the shower was extremely small. And we are average sized people not large. The backyard is not as nice as the photos and no one around to provide supplies for the fire pit in the photos. Also it’s not quiet to sit outside. Right next to the main road. Overall it was a nice place to stay but would likely choose somewhere else next time.

- Isabella (10/5): - My husband and I had never stayed at a bed and breakfast before and this experience set the bar incredibly high! Our room and dedicated hallway bathroom were incredibly clean and cozy. When I had trouble opening the patio sliding door and it came off of the tracks, the hosts were very responsive and their maintenance man repaired it extremely fast! The location was perfect and very quiet, yet within very close distance to many restaurants and attractions in the area. You could easily walk, bike, and/or drive from this location. Parking was a breeze in the gravel driveway to the right of the home. My husband and I brought our bikes and our hosts allowed us to safely store them in the living room of the home. Our room did not have a mini fridge, but we were able to store food and drinks in the main kitchen fridge. Housekeeping was delightful and we enjoyed the complimentary snacks, chocolates, and water in our room. We definitely would stay here again.

- Greene (6/5): Pleasant - The location was satisfactory, right off the main road, so it was convenient to things in the area. The room was pretty nice. It was very clean, very large, and had been decorated in a pretty "coastal" style. We were more than happy with the room itself. We didn't even see a single staff person, The breakfast primarily consisted of packaged muffins, granola bars, and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. The property itself was pretty bad. It was difficult to really tell where the parking was, as it was a gravel lot next to a yard area that was completely covered in very tall weeds. The back yard of the property had potential, but with a chain link fence with nothing to conceal it, and grassy areas that looked like they hadn't been maintained in months, there was clearly some upkeep to be done.

We met the owner, who was very gracious and answered our questions. Breakfast was provided in the morning. Check in and out was simple and easy. The only improvement I could suggest is better lighting above the bathroom mirror. Looking forward to staying there again!

- Aylin (8/5): - Overall nice stay in the showboat room. Couple things though to mention include that the heat thermostat did not seem to work. We like it a little warmer so we turned it up a bit but the temperature did not change in the room and nor did we hear the heat kick on at all during our stay. It wasn't cold, but it wasn't ideal either -also they only give you a very thin quilt type blanket which during the winter isn't quite enough for me. Other than that, for cleanliness overall facilities looked very clean but I noticed a couple things (which most people probably wouldnt notice) including some moldy spots in tub sliding door liner and shower especially the grout and around the under part of the sink. Also couple hairs on the pillow cases, as well as some stained towels. And just to clarify for those wondering the tub is a normal shower/tub combo but just with some jets. So not anything like the other tub pictured in the atlantic room (they didnt include pictures for this room of the tub so just to help people decide which room to book if that aspect matters). I liked that breakfast was included it was just standard like bagels, muffins, Keurig coffee, yogurts, and I thought was kind of funny they had sunnyD for OJ and hostess donuts. No extra water bottles in fridge fyi which would have been nice, you only get 2 in the room. Lastly, the wifi signal in the room was weak/slow according to the TV, so Netflix did not load/work. Overall nice stay with nice view of the water with a deck

I was only there for a short time, but found the stay relaxing. Would stay again. The location is far away from downtown Boston, but I wasn't going downtown. If you're looking to get away or aren't planning on being downtown every day then you won't mind the location. If you're looking to go downtown every day, stay somewhere closer.

- Lisa (7/5): Lovely but flawed - The location was stellar- an easy drive to the beach, Hingham or other places that we needed to be. Views to the water are lovely. The property is well maintained and nicely furnished. The owner is friendly and approachable when she is onsite. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and linens crisp and cozy. Our bathroom was not attached to our room. It was across the hall, which was a pain in the neck. On our last night at the Inn, I heard someone using our bathroom, but by the time I got up and ran out to see who it was, they had left, but left the lights on. In the morning, the same thing happened but this time, I confronted the man washing in our sink. He claimed that there was no bathroom in his room, which was not accurate. I strongly encouraged him to find the owner and get help accessing his own bathroom. Grant, I should’ve kept our bathroom locked, but it was clearly marked as private- to be used by our room only and locking and unlocking a bathroom in the middle of the night was arduous. The other guests at the Inn never approached our bathroom and were quiet and respectful, which the gentleman who kept using our bathroom was most decidedly not. This left my husband and me with a negative impression. Also, the breakfast is very basic- mostly packaged items and a few pastries.

This will be our first place to check when w - Easy to find, plenty of parking, greeted On-Site and we were able to get into our room a little early. Walking through the front door felt like home. Our room was spacious and beautifully, decorated and immaculate and had a beautiful view of the bay. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It was perfect.

- Misti (10/5): Lovely B&B - Lovely B&B right at the entrance to Nantasket beach. Innkeeper was lovely and accomodating. It really is a home that you're renting a room/suite in. Please do pay attention to renting the room that says 'private hall bath." This means the bathroom is outside your room and across the public hallway. It was totally fine but just know this before you book. All the other rooms have private baths within their bedroom suite.

When I arrived I was pleasantly welcomed by Cheryl. We had a little chat and then she showed me my room. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. My main mission was to soak in the tub which I did just that. I ended up leaving well before breakfast but would have been delighted to have a cup of Joe if I had stayed! Thank you for the amazing stay.

In walking distance of Nantasket Beach and conveniently located for a trip to Scituate Harbor that my husband had planned. Great sunrise view and surprisingly quiet for being on a major roadway. Adorable wild rabbits on the property were cute to watch. Wish we could have spent more time here!
