- Jakob Simon (10/5): - Wir waren zu dritt dort jeweils ein Bett war soweit alles okay der Duschbereich ist recht klein für größere Personen aber alles hinnehmbar. Wir hatten kein Zimmerservice, aber in der Rezeption hat man jeden Tag auf Anfrage neue Handtücher erhalten. Ab und zu konnte man tatsächlich auch die Bahn hörenaber wenn man dort ist, geht man halt nicht davon aus, dass man ne top ruhige Lage hat. beim nächsten Mal erneut das gleiche Hotel.

The room was slightly claustrophobic given the slanting part in the room was about 1.4m in height only, but the hotel was in a premium sultanahmet location. We didn’t mind as much as we spent most of the time outdoor.

- Yavuz (2/5): - Wir haben als erstes einen Economyroom gebucht, als wir zum Zimmer gingen, wollten wir direkt in eine Standardzimmer gegen Aufpreis wechseln. Den Aufpreis haben sie nicht akzeptiert, wir mussten(es war spät, wir waren sehr müde) den vollen Preis bezahlen. Aber der Standardzimmer war ebenfalls nicht so bequem. Das Bett hat uns starke Rückenschmerzen bereitet, der Geruch im Bad war unerträglich, Klima funktionierte zwar aber kühlte den Raum nicht ab. Haben die ganze Nacht mit offenen Fenstern, einigermaßen, schlafen können. Im ganzen waren wir nicht zufrieden und würden nicht weiterempfehlen.

- Melisa (10/5): - Başta tedirgin olarak tutmuştuk oteli ancak resepsiyonistlerin bize karşı olan durumu odanın büyüklüğü, temizliği fiyata göre oldukça güzeldi. Ulaşım açısından da yürüme mesafesinde bir otel sadece sokaklar akşam biraz daha ıssız. Onu dışında her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

- Maryering (8/5): Very Good! - The hotel is very close to tourist attractions. There are many restaurants around and places to shop. The hotel is super clean and the reception is very good. They helped us with the transportation book to and from the airport.
- Sophie (8/5): Great budget-friendly option - This was a great budget-friendly option for Istanbul. It's within walking distance of many of the main tourist attractions and with good public transport connections. The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. The only small issue was that the bathroom had an open shower in the style of a wet room, but did not have sufficient drainage and as a result it flooded every time we showered.

You even can't open your luggage there and the bathroom doesn't have any space to take a shower and because it is located in the backyard next to the wall , is so noisy and you can't rest because of cars and neighbors who passes there.

- Yashin (2/5): - Utterly poor. When we first came in the male receptionist who greeted us with stare looked miserable and unwilling to help with our luggage. The room was so small with two twin double beds. The AC barely cooled the room as it was placed behind a closet. The window was broken which caused hot air to enter so sleeping was uncomfortable and due to the small space. When we asked for water they said we weren’t allowed any more until the next day. They counted the bottles and only gave us 2 when we were 5 people. Although the hotel looks nice and the rooms are clean-looking, the service is poor, the location is poor due to having to walk up hills just to get to the tram and metro (1km away) and a 15 min walk to the centre. Taxis are away at the main road so you have to walk quite a bit to get one. Stayed for 3 nights and only had room service once where they didn’t even clean the bathroom. The toilet didn’t have a window. Servicer said they would do room service but did not do it when we stayed 2 nights more after they cleaned it. The breakfast looked like it was the same as the day before just putting cling film on top and putting it in the fridge. Got sick from eating it. There is also no lift. When we checked out, the same receptionist was there and he did not speak one word to us and did not say goodbye or thank you. He stared and stood there only. Would only recommend if you are a small group (2-3 people), have a small amount of luggage and don’t mind walking long distances

- mohamed (2/5): Don’t be fooled by the high score - My stay in this hotel was bad The staff are friendly but useless I did not have wifi in my room and i complained about it multiple times but all they say is okay !!! And don’t fix any thing The shower was dripping so the bathroom floor was always wet …. The location is also bad and there is no store or restaurant near by I honesty don’t know how did this hotel got a good score I’m definitely not coming back

- Kholoud (10/5): Excellent Choice - The hotel in general and the room in specific was clean, tidy, safe, and wifi is excellent. All was there : TV, bottles of water, tea, kettle, fridge, blankets, etc despite the small size of the room. Staff speaks good English and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay and was pleasantly surprised.

- A (8/5): A nice place to stay - Great area, inside the old city of Istanbul. Nice sea view. Timoor is a very nice and helpful guy and helped us with everything we needed. The room was very small, but clean and comfortable having a kettle and fridge with some bottles of water. It also had an air con which is neccessary in that humid area. No lift. The bed is great and comfortable. The walls could not block the noise so you could easily hear people in other rooms talking or laughing( or other noises). The windows are though were good to block outside noise. The bathroom was tiny and the shower is just by the toilet so you should watch the toilet papers to remain dry. Finally, the window should've been equipped with net so we could open the window without the fear of insects. In one word it is value for money and I recommend it.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Ok but not great... - The hotel was nice. The room was quite small but overall fine. However we got a room that included breakfast and then when we went to breakfast they said we had to pay. So I refused to pay again for it and skipped breakfast but I was annoyed at their response and ruined my stay there. I even had it written on the confirmation slip breakfast was included but they werent interested and simply wanted to take more money from me.
