Die tolle Gastfreundschaft, das leckere abwechslungsreiche Frühstücksbuffet sowie die Nähe zum Strand waren einfach unschlagbar. An dieser Stelle noch einmal ein großes Dankeschön! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ficamos em quarto muito agradável com uma pequena varanda. Sem dúvida, o maior destaque fica por conta da receptividade e hospitalidade. Fomos recebido pelo casal anfitrião com extrema alegria e um ótimo licor antes mesmo do check-in. Foram extremamente atenciosos, simpáticos, gentis durante toda a estadia... a simpatia despertava a vontade de sentar no sofá e ficar conversando durante horas. Como eles não falavam inglês (e nós não falávamos grego), a Maria gerenciava esses momentos. Além de fazer essa agradável ponte entre nós e os anfitriões, a Maria foi muito atenciosa e simpática e nos forneceu valiosas dicas de passeios na ilha. Foi uma bela e agradável estadia. • Rachel (10/5): - Greek hospitality at its best. Warmly welcomed with loukoumi and shots on arrival. We were upgraded to a room with a beautiful sea view and long balcony. Breakfast was wonderful, with hot Greek pastries, yoghurt, fresh fruits, cheese, cold cuts, breads and more. Comfy bed. Hotel is just the second hotel from the beach. A suprise tray of luxury chocolates and a bottle of bubbles was delivered to our room when news of my husbands birthday got out. Warm hugs, fond farewells, and a gift of loukoumi were given when we checked out. Anna is a real treat. I didn't want to leave.

The location was good I liked how it was near the beach so I could go down for a swim it’s not deep but it cooled me off. Breakfast was nice good variety. It was walking distance to shops and to the bus stop to explore the island further. The only thing for me was the bed it was extremely hard and my back suffered I had trouble sleeping with my back pain other then that my stay was lovely

• KONSTANTINOS (10/5): Naxos is just the best - The staff were so wonderful!! I would go there for a second time if I am in Naxos again without a second thought. The breakfast is just Amazing!! I also needed to extend my stay for 2 more days and the staff gave me 2 different rooms because this is all they could do, but it was nice. The hotel is realtively quiet, not much noise going on, which was extremely useful for a good night's sleep. And it is only a 10-minute walk from the docks; lots of nice places close-by. And also very close-by is the main square where you can find some nice sun hats, souvenirs, etc. And the facilities were great, the rooms were kept clean. Price in general was a very good value for me. Highly recommended! Where beaches are concerned Agios Georgios (the beach just lirerally 1 minute walk from the hotel) is not the best in Naxos island, because you have to walk on the sand for a bit in order to dive a bit deeper. This is a personal preference (I like to swim in a relatively deep sea from straight away). However this sea, for this reason, is good for parents with their children because you can keep an eye on them. But yeah, if you can rent a car from a trustworthy place, you should definitely drive to Plaka beach, it is just the best!!
• Deborah (10/5): - Hotel Kymata is utterly charming! The hotel is pretty and well-kept (as advertised, just a very short walk to the nearest beach, a slightly longer walk to many others!), and everyone who works there will do whatever they can to make your trip more pleasant. A couple of minor quibbles: best to get to breakfast early if you want your eggs hot (there are plenty of other options, though), and housekeeping does not come in on Sunday (so if you want clean towels for Sunday, best to request their delivery on Saturday). Also, they do not have an elevator -- but there will be someone to help you with your luggage. On the excellent side, they presented me with a curated list of recommended restaurants and interesting things to see that I very much appreciated. I would so happily stay at this hotel again!

I went island hopping for 10 days and stayed at 4 hotels. I was at Kymata for 4 days. The complimentary breakfast, hospitality by the hosts, and closeness to town and the beach is unmatched. I will be staying at Kymata again on my next trip to Naxos!!

They arranged our rental car and we got a hug when we left. The breakfasts were homemade every morning and were delicious. Our room was fantastic and had a great view of the town and harbor. • Sophia (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kymata. I don't think the hotel could have been more conveniently located. It is just a few minutes and easy walk from the main port. The people are very friendly and helpful, giving us a detailed map of the island, organizing taxis and making reservations for us. The hospitality was out of this world (As was the breakfast). It felt as if we were being welcomed into someone's home. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Kymata! Perfect for anyone.

• Mariela (8/5): Super location, staff and confortable facilities. We recommend - Family hotel where they welcomed you warmly (very greek style). The facilities are very comfortable and good value for money. No elevator though but was not an issue for us. The staff were great and incredibly friendly and at your service, and they help you whenever you need (the receptionist prepared a map with places, offer to booked a table in restaurantes and help with the car rental). The breakfast was very good and very complete, and greek style so we enjoyed it. Is 2 min from centre ville and 15/20 from the port Apollo Temple which was great to be a bit away from the busy nights near downtown. We recommend! The facilities need a bit of modernization. Nothing huge but while very well maintained are a bit old fashion

• Maria Rita (9/5): Bella sorpresa! - Questo hotel è stata una bella sorpresa. Ottima posizione, a due passi dal centro, leggermente fuori dalla confusione e proprio dietro alla spiaggia. Ma i veri punti di forza dell’hotel sono lo Staff, sia la manager che i proprietari sono stati speciali, che la colazione (davvero incredibile! Tutte le mattine grande varietà di piatti tipici fatti in casa buonissimi!) La camera è un po’ piccolina
• Alberti (9/5): Muy buena ubicación, sencillo pero con lo necesario para una gran estadía - KYMATA HOTEL es un hotel chiquito de dos pisos, a unas cuadras del puerto en una zona realmente tranquila, atendido por sus propios dueños, tenía todo lo necesario para una gran estadía. Al llegar la recepcionista nos dio un mapa y algunas recomendaciones ademas de la llave de la habitación 107. Una habitación interior con una terracita que sirvió para colgar ropa, una cama cómoda , una buena ducha, frigobar , nada moderno pero todo muy limpio y ordenado .

• pascal (10/5): - L'hôtel est super bien placé, près de la plage et près du port et du village. Le personnel est toujours à l'écoute et de bon conseils. Le petit déjeuné est très varié et copieux. Les chambres sont très agréables. Le seul bémol mais ce n'est pas très important c'est qu'il n'y a pas d'extérieur pour prendre le petit déjeuné.

Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner incroyable avec des préparations délicieuses chaque jour différentes par deux adorables dames fines cuisinières. L'emplacement aussi était top: à 5mn à pied du centre et 1mn de la plage avec un grand parking gratuit juste en face. Bref un grand merci à Popi et tous les autres membres de l'hôtel !

Kymata is owned and run by an authentic Greek family, with Polly and Maria so knowledgeable and eager to help we got to eat, sea and swim at all the right places. • Kristy (10/5): Welcoming and cozy - close to everything - I was welcome by the family with Turkish delight and a shot of the local liquor - was really lovely after a long journey. Rooms were homey and had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and all home made. Also close to the beach and easy walking distance to the port with my luggage. Had to ask for a top sheet as not standard but they were happy to oblige. No milk but easily remedied as shop in the street. These are probably cultural differences in expectations so happy to go with it as a lovely Greek family run hotel.

Petit hôtel appartenant à une famille adorable, aux petits soins. Un petit déjeuner très copieux avec beaucoup de produits cuisinés par une cuisinière elle aussi adorable Tout était parfait
• olivier (10/5): Absolument parfait pour une semaine de repos et de découverte de l’île - L’un des meilleurs petits déjeuners de tous mes séjours à Naxos, des cuisinières qui élaborent des plats et des gateaux différents tous les jours, une propreté irréprochable (draps et serviettes changées presque tous les jours) Une amabilité et une courtoisie extraordinaires 🤩. Juste à côté du Castro mais hyper calme. Plage et parking à 2 pas: idéal !! Rien c’était super !

The hotel has a lot of character and marble :) It truly feels like a Greek experience, like you are staying with you family which we very much appreciated. The hotel is a short walk to the city center with beautiful views all around. We hope to be back to Naxos soon and will for sure stay with Kymata again! Nothing specific comes to mind

• Laith (10/5): Home away from home. - One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, the rooms and facilities are exactly as advertised, but what makes it exceptional are the people, felt like I was back in my grandma’s house every time I had the breakfast, and genuinely felt like I was home, the true Greek experience, with smiles everywhere, already planning a come back, totally recommend.

• Johnston (10/5): - We absolutely loved our stay at Kymata Hotel. As soon as you walk in you feel like family, the rooms are comfortable and the hotel itself is in the perfect spot. It’s a little out of the hussle and bussle but an easy 5 minute walk into town. Lovely swim spots less than a minute walk from the front door and a few restaurants even closer if you don’t feel like walking too far. We were sad to leave!
