Given feedback that 1 lightbulb inside the cabinet was faulty from day 1. Never got it fixed until the last day we were there. There’s fridge inside the room. Not really cold but at least has one in there.
• Kueh (9/5): Hotel price is worth for money and location is nice - Location of Batiqa hotel is convenience, pretty much suit our iternary. It's clean and nice. Night time a bit noisy, can hear loud motorbike noise during mid night.

• Vera (6/5): It's location - I chose this hotel for my visit to Palembang because it's location, located in city centre near mall, near pempek shop, near my favourite noodle shop just accros the street and also the rate was affordable. overall I enjoy my stay. Internet was very bad, i was staying there for 7 days struggling to get very good connection in this hotel, if I need to work it was impossible to do anything, you guys have to do something about it. it was horrible . and also i did not enjoy the head shower as I cannot control the water ... i would prefer to have shower where I can hold it...

• Paul (4/5): - One of the most horrible hotels I have ever stayed. I first checked in with a key access card that didn't work, the staff was kind enough to accompany to my room to ensure I can have access, but 2nd card didnt worked either. I was given entry using the staff master card and was told my key card will be sent to my room shortly. To cut long story short, the room card was only delivered to me in two hours later after two phone calls. Cleanliness: The room had stains on the comforter, which I called reception for a change, of which which was only done after 2 calls in almost 2 hours later. Noise: I was given a room facing the main road, totally could not sleep at all as insulation was bad, requested for change of room at 1.30am of which was accommodated. In the new room, there was a patch of soap liquid not cleared up by the window, I only come to realise that it was soap instead of some sticky liquid when i washed off the sticky liquid in the bathroom where all the bubbles appear,
