- Verified traveler (8/5): Experince OK, with a few... - Its as its advistised... But the locationnis a bit far from the actual beach, so considering the traffic jam in Pattaya, this could be a pain. Staff are friendly and reasonable, its just the place needs some rennovation, i can see its former glory. Good experience, but i would prefer to live closer to rge CBD.

Very far from beach and any shops etc. Not within walking distance so taxis needed or a car rental arrgned then hard to find parking at destination. Complex itself very good but surrounded by acres of derelict sites. No evidence of the water park shown in the ad - must have been a victeim of covid!!

- DONGOK (8/5): 외진곳 위치를 보완해 주다면 최고의 풀빌라 - 가성비 대비 숙박시설은 괜찮았지만, 외딴곳에 위치하고 있어 차량렌탈을 하지 않는다면 택시비 지출을 감수해야 한다. 빌라 운영측에서 좀티엔 해변 및 시가지 방향으로 셔틀을 제공해 준다면 많은 외국관광객들이 편하게 이용할 수 있고, 활성화가 될 것이다.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - 第一天入住的時候還可以 聯繫職員也很有效率 有一間洗手間發出臭味 大概是通水的渠經過那間洗手間 發出尿的臭味 而且花灑開關裝置也是壞的 即使工人弄好 隔了一會兒也是壞的 最後一晚的時候非常生氣 我們出外的時間關了所有門 一回到渡假屋的時候 發現大門開了 我們屋內的門也開了 本來以為是有小偷入了屋 問了職員後 原來他們會入你的屋查看你的冷氣關了沒 但生氣的是沒有幫我關了門

- Vartinan (6/5): Could be so much more.... Nice but... - These villas could be so much better. On first impression when you get there they look really nice, but when you settle in you realise otherwise. There are mosquitos everywhere throughout the villas. Seem to be eminating from the bathrooms, and they are big. Even with the machines plugged in they are still everywhere. There is no safe in the rooms despite instructions telling you to lock everything away and with flimsy outer doors doesn't make me feel safe for my belongings. They do provide an outdoor bbq, but it's not been cleaned so can't be using that. The pool however is nice and redeems it somewhat and the actual fittings and furniture are nice inside the villa, and the air con works well. Another down side is late at night, no hot water for a shower. The location is peaceful and they enforce no noisy neighbours, but if you're without a car, it's a long walk to get anywhere. It is a nice place, but could do with a bit more work to make it better.

- Patrik (10/5): - “Stylish Pool Villa with Privacy” I was so excited to stay here for a birthday treat. I wanted to spoil myself and I certainly felt pampered staying here. I spent some quality time in the villa. I chose the villa with the private sauna. Note, not every villa has the private sauna and super sized pool, so you have to be sure to choose the correct one! From arrival to leaving, I felt so relaxed and comfortable. The staff were awesome and check in was so smooth. One of my friends secretly ordered a birthday cake for me and the villa host made sure it was ready. We also had the private BBQ, highly recommend the seafood! Plenty of space to just chill and unwind. It is not often you get to stay in a place like this, so you gotta make the most of it. Had a super time and when I come back to Pattaya, I will sure be booking with you guys. You make my stay just perfect and I can’t thank you enough 🙏 🙏 🙏

- Verified traveler (2/5): 從未試過咁差，廢。 - 對於今次依間酒店得一得字，差，明明book 就話係pool villa ,點知去係個洗腳池，覺得被騙了，完全唔值，最最差，係無一個check in嘅地，門口保安問咩都唔知，一啲都唔友善，廢，因班機遲左，所以要求late check in 而係出發前一早聯絡間villa而都答應無問題，當去到當晚完全無人理我地，我人可以幫到手，幾經辛苦搵到個泰國好人，幫我地搵到villa 負責人，說好的係villa 門口等，話十分鐘就到，點知等了個幾鐘先出現，依啲係咩服務？入住後，入而咩清潔用品都無，要求後應該會第二日俾我地，結果住到第四日，我地走都出現過，仲要超多蟻，好污穢，完全係無人會理你，無housekeeping, 如果怕污穢嘅，就要考慮清楚，一定唔會再黎。到check out 仲想收我地300 泰銖話清潔費，你邊有清潔過？

- Ryan (4/5): - 不建議入住，交通不方便並且別墅內環生情況欠佳，及安排入住的流程也不理想，需說在入住前有發電郵詢問客人甚麼時候到達但在到達後卻等了約半小時才有職員過來開門安排入住。

- an (2/5): Terrible stay, so not recommend to anyone - It was a HORRIBLE experience at the VIP Villas. The check in was very slow and they said we had to wait till 2pm sharp to check in, it’s fine if it applies to everyone, but on the day we checked out, the guest begind me could already check in at 10:45am. Also, the swimming pool was tiny, if you are an adult, you can’t even do one strike. The drain from the washroom had an awful odour through out the whole stay, there were garbage all along the side of the road next to the villa, so we could constantly smell the disgusting odour from the washroom drain and the garbage from the road beside us. The garbage can wasn’t emptied when we moved in, there were left over food inside so it was quite gross. There were Ants on the walls and the floor. Bad location, called front desk for more than 40mins, no one picked up, EVERYTHING IS VERY BAD!!!!!!!!! Do not stay here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Jae (8/5): 괜찮은 빌라지만 - 셔틀서비스가 제공되고 있지만 외진 곳에 있어 접근성에 불편함이 조금 있음. 조용히 빌라안에 쉴 생각이라면 좋은 곳임. 수영장은 작은 목욕탕만 하여 수영장이라 하기에는 무리. 그래도 전용 수영장은 맞는 말. 스텝들은 매우 친절하고 최선을 다함.
- Steve (6/5): Not worth the money. - This place was hard to find, even though we called them twice they did not mention to go to the VIP villa office first, the office is not very efficient. The place is too far from the beach to walk and if you do you will pass huge mounds of rubbish, the shuttle service offered was slow, we had to wait for up to 1 hour, they said they were busy but the shuttles were always outside the office when we passed. Can also be difficult for local taxi to find the place, so unless you have your own transport don't book this place. Toilets always had a sewer smell. Swimming pool was smaller than it looked in the photos.

- Chng (6/5): Very clean rooms & close to food & pubs... - Very clean rooms. Polite staff. 5 minutes drive from food outlets & pubs.
- Naden (10/5): Good - Love the location, love the cleanliness (10/10) with daily room makeup, pool is superb & staffs are excellent & friendly. It is almost like butler service, with them attending to all your queries. Friendly town & serene environment!
- Jon (10/5): - Wonderful stay! We will come back. Stunning beach few steps away. Chic and clean cottage with perfect private big pool. All the staff was very kind to us and our baby. Warmly recommended and big thanks to the team for this dream stay. We will reccomend this villas for all our friends.
- Antony (10/5): Super - The first impression is of course the company produces an unforgettable, we came to the office where we were greeted by a very pleasant smiling managers, we were treated to chocolate and offered free drinks after the registration process, we were brought to the villa which was just charming, particularly pleased with a private swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a personal chef, great service and very good food. We will definitely return again

- Verified traveler (2/5): Never try this villa - Never... Never try this hotel. The reception is 2 miles away. You need to call taxi for reception. No telephone in the room so u have to use your gsm to call and you will pay alot for roaming. There is nothing around and the neighbour isnot safe.. When u call the reception for smt u must wait more then hour. The room facilities are so poor. There is water problem in the bathroom. All at of masquitos. Very far away from the city. Nothing is good even not avarege. Too bad. Never never never try this hotel
