• Ross (8/5): Good central stay, easy pick up location if planning tours - A convenient mid-town hotel offering a good service. As a disabled (blind) solo visitor I found the staff helpful and kind, and they autimatically allocated me an accessible ensuite bedroom. The reception desk were helpful and kind at all times, whilst in the breakfrast room, Anderson was particularly attentive and helful towards guests, and deserves hotel recognition for it. n/a

• Thomas (6/5): Overpriced for what it was - Location was great, next to a station and a short walk to the cable car Breakfast was messy. They have various plates for meats, cheese, fish etc. But only one pair of tongs so there is lots of cross contamination which is horrible! The room has no main light. Just lots of mood lighting. The shower had some weird glass partition to the room instead of a normal wall.

• Vesna (9/5): Loved the rooftop. - Rooftop pool was the absolute highlight of this hotel. Our room was good and bed was very comfortable. It was a bit far from center but Ubers are plentiful and cheap.

The staff were patient and helpful, and assisted us with a minor crisis which was much appreciated. The location was perfect for the first two nights of our trip - quiet but close to everything we needed, including many restaurants. The welcome pisco sour at the rooftop bar was a lovely touch! Nothing really. We had to move rooms because of a problem in the building but that was nobody's fault. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that.

• Deborah (9/5): Very comfortable stay - We have travelled around the world to many countries and our mattress was definitely one of the most comfortable ones we have slept on. The construction site nearby made it difficult for taxis and Ubers.

• Diren (7/5): Happy with it in general. Couple of improvements needed - Great location on a cul de sac in a nice neighbourhood. Walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Complimentary coffee. Amazing 360 view from the rooftop bar. A window in our room was broken and the aircon / heating system had a dusty smell when used. We only stayed for a night so didn’t bother with making a fuss. Weights machine in the gym was broken

• BIANCA (10/5): Amamos estar nesse hotel, localização privilegiada - Excelente localização, hotel com muito conforto, cama muito boa, levamos meu filho de 8 anos e ele pode se acomodar no sofá cama que era sempre organizado na limpeza dos quartos. Nos receberam muito bem, usamos a academia e apesar de ser pequena tem uma vista deslumbrante. Um hotel que voltaria com toda certeza. Antes q eu me esqueça, o café da manhã tbm estava maravilhoso, faltou um pão de queijo, mas acho que é pedir demai 🫢 Apenas um dia de DJ no restaurante o som estava alto e acabamos indo embora de lá. Mas não nos atrapalhou em nada

• Christian (10/5): Great modern hotel in great area in Santiago - Great modern hotel in one of the best areas in Santiago. We enjoyed our stay at the Solace Hotel in Santiago. Fantastic location 5 minute walk from L1 subway station and a 17 minute walk to the gondola to get to El Cerro San Cristobal. Great restaurants and bars in walking distance. We also enjoyed the pool deck especially during sunsets. Free coffee, tea and water all day. They also serve a great breakfast. Very friendly staff. Not really

• Beat (8/5): Ich kann das Solace-Hotel allen für einen Aufenthalt in Santiago de Chile empfehlen. - Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe einer Metrostation in einem ruhigen und sicheren Quartier Santiagos. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Alle Angestellten bemühten sich sehr, einen guten Service zu bieten. Ausserordentlich und schön auch das Gym und der Pool auf dem Dach. Ein paar kleinere Probleme mit der Zimmereinrichtung.

Quarto e banheiro com pouca iluminação, tive que ficar com a cortina aberta o dia todo, o que tirava a privacidade pelo quarto ser de frente a uma prédio comercial. Café da manhã com ovos e bacon sempre frios... poderia ser melhor

The location was excellent and was only a short ways away from excellent restaurants and bars. The pool was shallow, and the water was cold, but other than that I have no complaints

Máquina de café, chocolate e outras variações da Lavazza, livre no saguão, de ótima qualidade, também. Pessoal do hotel prestativo e simpático. Localização muito próxima de tudo. Avisos no hotel e em diversos locais para cuidados com furtos e roubos. Um amigo teve o celular furtado no metrô e ao perseguir o ladrão, avistamos outra menina que chorava a perda de seu celular na mesma estação. Cidade linda, mas surpreendentemente violenta, para quem saiu do Rio de Janeiro em busca de tranquilidade. Já disse acima, a violência na cidade. Não é culpa do hotel, que, inclusive, nos alertou sobre isso. Estava em viagem de comemoração de bodas de prata e tinha direito a um up-grade pelo Genius 3, conforme a disponibilidade. Nos serviram apenas um minúsculo prato com queijos, presunto e castanhas, entregue muito tardiamente no quarto. Sequer nos deram um quarto com uma vista mais agradável. Ainda assim, gostamos bastante do hotel.

• Josué (7/5): - La ubicación y la limpieza Según el hotel, ellos tienen gimnasio pero la maquina (la única) para hipertrofia estaba dañada. No habían mancuernas pesadas, el gimnasio era sumamente pequeño. Eso no es un gimnasio, es una zona de cardio

• Karine (9/5): Wonderful place to stay in Providencia! - We are back at the hotel Solace for a 5th stay. Our go to place when in Santiago. Great service with very helpful and friendly staff. The airport transfers or city transfers organized by the hotel are very reliable and professional. The breakfast buffet is excellent with several breads, cheeses, cold cuts and fresh juice, among other cold and hot choices. The room is nice, spacious and bright. It's always great to go chill out at the rooftop bar upstairs next to the swimming pool. Hotel Solace is excellently located in Providencia and in a quiet area. We'll be certainly coming back again when we come back to Santiago. None
