- Felipe (6/5): Não foi uma experiência muito agradável - Hospedei-me, junto à minha namorada, no LaTapera. O quarto para casal é muito pequeno e precisávamos fazer um rodízio quando precisávamos abrir as malas. O café da manhã é bastante fraco, com pouquíssimas opções e considero o pior aspecto da hospedagem. Não há chuveiro elétrico e o banheiro não possuia um aspecto muito agradável. Como há apenas um degrau que separa a Vila do quarto em que estava, o chão ficava com um constante estado de sujeira pela areia da praia. A equipe do Hostel, no entanto, foi solícita e gentil em todos os momentos e acredito que os problemas enfrentados lá não são de sua responsabilidade, mas da própria estrutura de lá.
- 635riaanf (2/5): Rude receptionist - We attempted to book here and were told that it is more expensive if we book directly vs going through booking.com. After some conversation the hostess at the front got impatient and rude telling us that there were many pousadas in Jericoacoara. If you want to be welcomed in Jeri, do not come here, you will be properly disappointed.

Fui para Jeri com minha namorada e como chegaríamos no aeroporto tarde da noite, pensamos que seria melhor ficar numa pousada mais barata e mais simples na primeira noite. Pelas fotos parecia ok, então reservei um quarto privado no térreo. Quando chegamos, nos colocaram num quarto que claramente não era o contrato (não era no térreo). Pedimos para trocar de quarto mas disseram que todos estavam cheio. O quarto tinha um cheiro esquisito e o lençol estava sujo (tinha um pedaço de unha na cama).As toalhas também sujas. Foi uma noite terrível. Saímos para o nosso outro hotel no outro dia o mais rápido que pudemos. Nem tivemos coragem de provar o café da mhnhã. Pelo preço é óbvio que eu não esperava nenhum luxo, mas o estabelecimento tem a obrigação de ser no mínimo limpo. O lençol e as toalhas estavam sujos e manchados. um absurdo. Não recomendaria a ninguém.

O Principal o Ar condicionado estava funcionando que uma beleza, porque em Jeri é quente viu..... Acho que a Pousada Precisa de umas melhorias. Como estava conversando com Sr. João... Se o Dono investir com certeza trara mais hospedes.. Como só ia pra dormir. Não tenho que reclamar. Pois o Preço valeu a pena.

- Ludmilla (6/5): Vale a pena, mas fique atento na reserva e checkin - A pousada tem tudo para ser excelente, mas existem quartos diferentes para o mesmo tipo reservado; e no nosso caso tivemos que mudar de quarto mais de uma noite durante a estadia. Pois o quarto ofertado inicialmente no check in era diferente do reservado (fotos do site). E simpatia não é o ponto mais forte da equipe. O café da manhã é muito bom, ao meu gosto e pelo custo beneficio, pois tem frutas, iogurte, ovos, misto, tapioca, bolo, café, suco, e leite. Fica na rua principal a uma curta caminhada de tudo em Jeri.

- 786tiarev (10/5): Very great stay at LaTaperaJeri Pousada - I really enjoyed my stay at LaTaperaJeri :) They have a very nice communual area where you can cook. You got your own nice space in the dorm with aircon and the breakfast is very good. I would recommend everyone to stay here! We also went camping at the Lagoon with everyone from the hostel, so much fun.. 👍
- WojtekMa (10/5): Excellent ! - Last year we went to Jericoacoara. For a long time we were looking for where to stay. In the end we found La Tapera Jeri. 😊🌅 We loved it! Chilling place with great people, great breakfast and close to the beach. Totally recommend!

- TjasaG (2/5): Suitable only for very low budget travelers - We stayed in Family room, but it was so small, without a window, smelly and dirty. It was like in the old basement, so we left after one terrible night. The staff does not speak any language and the whole service was bad.
- Evanice (4/5): Hostel e não pousada - O estabelecimento está no site do hotéis.com como pousada e é um hostel. Comprei porque as fotos que vi eram de um quarto com banheiro, quando cheguei me deram um quarto com banheiro no corredor (e não foi isso que eu comprei). Depois de conversar muito queria ir para uma pousada e pedi meu dinheiro de volta (uma vez que não era o que eu tinha comprado). Eles se recusaram a devolver o dinheiro depositado referente a duas diárias.....Moral da história tive que ficar mais com a condição de nos mudar de quarto quando o com banheiro estivesse vago. O hostel não fica na rua principal (ele está em uma ruazinha perpendicular a principal) e foi difícil achá-lo. Se você estivesse no vaso sanitário não dava para fechar a porta do banheiro, pois ela batia no joelho e não fechava. Eles não trocaram o tapete sujo durante toda a nossa estada (assim como toalhas de banho e lençóis).
- Verified traveler (2/5): there're cheaper and better, unhappy staff, bad WC - I was looking for a budget stay in Jericoacoara, and la tapera was one of the cheapest ones, so we choose there because they have private bathroom, which in my case, was outside the room, so everytime we wanted to go you have to take the key with you, the problem was that the shower was cold, but the main problem it was that the water was running very little, like drops, I asked the reception and they said that maybe was a problem with the water??? and no solution, they just ask me to use the other toilet for the shared room. Whats the point of staying there if the private bathroom is not working? So you can find cheaper and probably better than this one. ALSO the STAFF looked not happy working there, so maybe is time to change staff.

- Reisejente85_ (8/5): The best things are sometimes good hidden! - This Pousada is good hidden, but the path to LaTapera whit the relaxing atmosphere makes it worth finding! There is always people on the road to or from somewhere, so this is a good place to meet others or just get some inspiration.
- 615bas (6/5): Very small rooms, No windows! - I was staying in shared room (6 beds) and it doesn't have 25m2! Counting based on how beds are situated the room is more or less 3m x 4 m so 12 m2 for 6 people! No window! it feels like in basement. Single bed room looks horible. very bad price/standart ratio. Only one person speak english and he's very hard to reach. Breakfast: You can choose some stuff from a list but only 1 piece of everything, so my friends who couln'd eat anything from this list except scrambled eggs got only scrambled egg from 1-2 eggs (was very small and she couldn't get more for some reason even she didnt want other stuff like tapioka or toast) There is AC so this is a plus
- shari1985 (8/5): Naked feet in silky sand - After 6 weeks in São Paulo arriving at Jeri and the hostel was like arriving in nature heaven. The hostel is run by volunteers who get up every morning to make you breakfast and who make sure the hostel is clean and welcoming (not an easy task knowing the livingroom/kitchen floor is pure beach sand!). They will even go out of there way and wake up to wake you at 6am when your alarm is broken! The rooms and bathrooms are very basic but clean and the "living" space is very cozy, together with their hospitality this is an excellent place to stay for travelers on tight budgets!
- 483joshw (10/5): Tranquilo with a great breakfast - This is a great hostel. It is super tranquilo, very reasonable and offers an amazing all you can eat breakfast; featuring scrambled eggs, cake, fresh juices, tapioca crepes and fruit salad. The staff are super friendly and I felt at home instantly. The outdoor kitchen is well designed with an oven and is clean. They do a great job of keeping the facilities clean even with all the sand. They made my bed every day and offer a towel at no extra charge. The one negative was it was a bit hot in the rooms. I told the management and they added an additional fan to my room. They know this is an issue and are working to resolve it. In my year and a half of travel I have come across many hostels that are nice and clean but lack the feeling of home. This hostel has that home feel.

It's very central; between rua principal and rua do forró and only 5 mins walk from either beach. The hostel is cheap and very quiet with a relaxed vibe. The staff are very helpful and the free breakfast is the best I've had in Brazil! Would have stayed longer if I could!
- 502morganec (10/5): Best hostel eveeeer!! - LaTapera is more than an hostel, it's a home,it's a familly! Doni and Julia are amazing, making your stay a delight! It's clean, the breakfast is perfect and the buenas ondas are definitely there! We were supposed to stay 4 nights... we spend 10!
- Barbaralicious (6/5): Perfect to save money - I stayed one night in this hostel although I booked four. It's was too basic for me (no lockers, not really daylight in the room, only one power plug for the whole room), but it's a perfect place to stay for every low budget traveler. The breakfast is really good (they make fresh Tapioca and fruit salad - included in the price!) and location is ok. It's definitely the cheapest place in Jeri and if you don't mind the lack of things that I've mentioned before, it's perfect :)
