Guest Reviews
- Chris (8/5): Fabulous location - good apartment - Great location - fabulous views Guests in apartment above tramping around at 5am
- Hanjun (10/5): -
- Guest (10/5): -
- Drayden (10/5): - Beautiful view, great location. Well appointed with everything we needed and then some. I would prefer a couch rather than two recliners for watching tv or enjoying the fire
- Alice (10/5): - Clean well set up. Great views
- Robin (8/5): Overall good value - Location Too many rules and no restaurants within a mile
- Sheila (10/5): Best view in Seward - This place has the most beautiful view in Seward. The place is super clean and very, very nice decor inside. I would guess that the owner had some talent with unique decor inside. Everything you need and very comfortable beds. We are staying 3 nights, and I only wished it was longer. My family and I absolutely love this place. There were 4 of us, and it was plenty of room. I hope I can come back and then I do. I will stay right here. It is just fantastic. I loved the view. The place is very cute with neat decor, very comfortable and very nice.
- Chenming (10/5): - Good place. Close to activities and restaurants
- Katy (10/5): It was a wonderful place. - Location is excellent. N/A
- Saad (10/5): Heaven in Seward - Location is outstanding, nothing can beat the breathtaking view . Will definitely come back just for this place Not possible
- Amit (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay. - Clean and spacious property. Beautiful view and very peaceful.
- Katina (10/5): Very Enjoyable - Very Comfortable/Clean
- Emma (10/5): - Beautiful views of Resurrection Bay. Comfortable. Had everything we needed. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and attractions. Quiet neighborhood.
- Elaine (10/5): We would definitely stay again - The location both for the view and also because we were close enough to walk to restaurants in Seward!
- Shannon Robert (10/5): You can't beat this view! - When you walk in the door, you are immediately met with the most incredible view of the water and the mountains. It blew us away! The property provided everything we needed with a full kitchen, a grill, bath linens, comfortable beds, and even a massage chair! That came in handy after long days of hiking. You can also just sit on the front porch and watch the boats go by or enjoy the view. The owner was also very easy to get in touch with and super helpful. Not much to report here. The bathroom is kind of small and made it difficult for more than one person to get ready at the same time, but that was very minor. The property had everything we needed.
- Sheila (9/5): Very nice, would stay again - Location and comfort Just an FYI The bathroom sink drain is very slow
- Adam (10/5): - Amazing view
- Kecia (8/5): A great spot for adventures in and around Seward. - Beautiful view. Plenty of hot water! Comfortable for our group with the two suites. Very convenient to downtown and marina. The grill was perfect for our fresh catch! The shower in the bathroom leaked around the bottom of the sliding door. The utensils and cookware in the kitchen could use a refresh. To be fair, we had everything we needed.
- Brian (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (10/5): - We couldn't have chosen a more perfect spot for our 25 year Wedding Anniversary. Traveling with friends we were enamored by the location and quaintness of the apartment.
- Brad (10/5): Pleasant area with a beautiful view. Comfortable and practical amenities. -
- Laura (10/5): - The apartment is very creatively decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
- Brian (10/5): Great place,we would return to and recommend. - The view and location were wonderful! Place was clean and well stocked with essentials. Definitely a more retro vibe. Once booked got an email with rules we had to read, sign and return. That was unexpected.
- Bonnie (9/5): Gorgeous view & comfortable stay. - Location & view; kitchen well-stocked! Appreciates the coffee & tea provided. Plenty of towels. Fan in the room. Shower leaks—so we had wet towels on floor most of the time. could have had more LR furniture to accommodate number of people staying. The apartment’s decor was…interesting.
- Anthony (10/5): - Best view in town
- MARCUS (10/5): - Waterfront views of the bay was very nice! Everything's within 5 minutes, freshest sea food.
- Priyanuch (8/5): Very good -
- Sasithorn (9/5): Spacious Bayview Stay - Stayed in the ground-floor 2-bedroom suite at 4-Plex Bayview. Parking is on the premise. The view was wonderful, and the space was comfortable. The host provided clear check-in instructions and detailed house rules, which made everything easy. Also, the host can provide 20% discounts for local tours. The property charges $50 per person per night for more than 4 guests. While the listing states that children over 16 are charged as adults, we were unexpectedly charged $50/night for our 6-year-old. This was quite disappointing, as we had assumed younger children would stay free based on the information provided. It’s something to keep in mind when booking.
- Oneil (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (10/5): - This apartment was very spacious and perfectly clean. Beds and furniture were good quality, kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. Easy transaction. Resurrection Bay right across the street.

- Kenneth (9/5): Superb -
- Teddy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kai (10/5): Exceptional -
- Manoj (9/5): Superb -
- Henry (10/5): Very comfortable and a great view. - Lovely view. Very peaceful. Kitchen was well supplied and the beds were comfortable. The towels were plentiful and in good shape.
Parking was simple and just a few feet away. Almost everything was good, but it would benefit from the addition of a soft foot stool so you can sit and put your feet up.
- Eva (9/5): Superb -
- Travis (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (10/5): - Had fun
- Megan (8/5): - Great views and location. Apartment was super clean. Parking is convenient, bedding was comfortable. Walkable to dining options
- Kaining (9/5): Superb - Easy code access. Instructions were really clear.
Location is optimal. Walking distance to downtown and Safeway (10-15min on foot, 3min by car). Right next to the ocean - you can admire a great view of mountains and ocean from the living room. Two bedrooms, each with one ?queen? size bed and one cabinet that can pulled out to be a single bed. So max. six people can sleep here.
- HALEY (8/5): - The place was clean, convenient, and cute. It was a comfortable stay there just a few items in the place that could use some repairs or rejuvenating. There was a great view and you could walk to the restaurants and docks in Seward. For light sleepers, the walls are thin and there are only blinds no curtains to keep light out.
- Tina (10/5): Exceptional -
- SUZANNE (8/5): - We enjoyed the second floor apartment. The view was great across the bay. The first floor would have had view of campers at the bay. We enjoyed the unique decor.
The guys had trouble with the TV. Sometimes the sound was garbled.
- zhisong (4/5): - They expect u clean up everything, otherwise they will charge, manager not clear on given Instructions, need multiple calls to get cleared.
We are on vacation , not doing house keeping
- Heidersbach (9/5): Superb -
- Lavonna (10/5): Exceptional - Found the property easily. The home was neat, and clean, decorated in a cute way. We would have loved instructions on how to use the telescope, it was an added treat!
- Lindsay (10/5): Perfect place to stay for a few days in Seward! - The property was perfect for our stay and Debra was a great host! It was very clean and comfortable and in a perfect location with great privacy. Couldn’t be happier. Nothing at all!
- John (10/5): - Debra was great and super helpful. The unit was very clean and fun in an eclectic manner. Definitely recommend
- Ankit (10/5): Exceptional -
- Weliver (9/5): Superb -
- Ester (8/5): Very good -
- Sally (10/5): Beautiful views and great location, - The location was excellent. We could see the bay and the mountains out the front window. It was also easy to walk along the shoreline and into downtown for lunch or dinner. There was a full kitchen with stove and refrigerator, which was great, especially so that we could have breakfast before we went out on an adventure. I didn't rate the host because we never saw her, but everything was clean and in great order. The bedside light in the back bedroom didn't work. I didn't complain because we weren't there long enough and the overhead light was fine. Plus, it was so light out so late that it really wasn't necessary. If we stayed longer I would have reported it.
- Angelica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Crystal (10/5): Exceptional - The location and the cleanliness. Everything was awesome.
- Randy (10/5): This was our first visit to Alaska and Seward and couldn’t believe how lucky we were to find this. - The location and view of the snow covered mountains was awesome. Debra was a wonderful host and her attention to supplies and amenities she provided was over the top. I highly recommend this property as an excellent place to stay in Seward. We liked everything about this property. We have no complaints at all and recommend it as a great place to stay in Seward.

- Shane (9/5): Superb -
- Rumi (10/5): - Great location in Seward. Plenty of space. Comfortable beds. Excellent water pressure. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
- Taunya (10/5): Exceptional - The kitchen had most everything we could have needed. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot, the view was great and it was super clean.
- Jared (10/5): It was a pleasant place to sleep as I explored Seward and Kenai Fjords National Park. - It was a pleasant surprise to have a continental breakfast provided in the unit.
- Michelle (9/5): Great place to get away and rest and relax. - Quaint and quiet. Cozy studio.
- Brenda (9/5): Great location but be prepared to dazzled by the interior decorations... - Excellent location and easy directions with key code. You are literally right on the water with magnificent views. We were on the upper floor and in a quiet residential neighborhood. After we booked, had to sign an agreement that I wouldn't do certain things such as cook fish among other things. I understand that this was probably the result of previous abuses but it left me quite wary.
- Brooker (10/5): A nice place to stay in Seward. - Within walking distance to just about everything. Very nice place, comfortable, with pleasant decor. This was good for a short visit, and would be very good for a longer stay. Great views of the Bay and mountains across. The living area chairs were old recliners that were disabled and did not recline. They were uncomfortable for relaxing.
- Max (9/5): Superb -
- Richard (8/5): Convenient apartment - Location within short walking distance of the town centre, warm and comfortable apartment. Good facilities, very helpful and responsive host, great views. The bed was too soft for our taste, but probably suits other people OK
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maurelle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (8/5): When we got to the right property, the owner met us and was very pleasant and had a wonderful basket of muffins and frui - Very clean and comfortable place. Well stocked with snacks and everything you would need There are two properties and the booking agent gave us one address and when we got there, nobody was there and we couldn’t figure out how to get in. After a couple phone calls and an email the owner called back and said we were at the wrong property.
- Sara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Minter (9/5): Superb - The view
- Karen (6/5): Saved some money cooking our dinner; even w/the rain it was a beautiful view - The fully stocked kitchen; beautiful view; massage chair It took a few tries to unlock the door w/the code; the hidden fees that jacked up the price; the cleaning fee esp if we had to clean the kitchen ourselves.
this is not the owner's fault--we had a tsunami warning just before bedtime so we all drove up to higher ground to wait for the All Clear
- Carol (10/5): It was perfect location to walk downtown and see the beautiful coastline. -
- Joel (8/5): Very good -
- Philip (9/5): Superb - Nice quiet location, very comfortable room. "kitchen" was a bit awkward - could have moved to a more useable location.
- Kyle (10/5): Exceptional - No breakfast, but location was excellent. In walking distance to all the restaurants and shops downtown. Nothing. Everything was great!
- Nancy (10/5): We loved the room!!! - I loved jacuzzi, the special touches like breakfast foods. The decor, the curtains. The location was great. The tv was on the small size. My hubby thought the bed was too soft, I thought it was perfect.
- Anonymous (10/5): Very cozy and homey feeling absolutely loved it! - The view was what made this so special
- Elizabeth (9/5): Great location and quaint stay for two - The location is great and the host was very accommodating. Every little detail had been thought of
- Nelson (10/5): Exceptional -
- Margaret (10/5): Exceptional -
- Renee (9/5): Perfect for a couple. - Very comfortable bed, wonderful kitchenette with breakfast amenities, and quaint space with unique stained glass and colorful pebble handmade decorations. There was nothing at all wrong with the property. Unfortunately it rained and was foggy throughout our stay so we did not get to enjoy the reclining chairs on the deck, nor the views.
- Chantell (10/5): Short but sweet stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. - Everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was a mix up with our booking however it was fixed up quickly. Some unique touches making it feel homey. That we didn’t stay longer as we were on a short road trip trying to see as much of Alaska as we could.
- Julia (10/5): We had a marvelous time! - The property is aptly named. it definitely offered a point of view like no other. The breath taking views of the bay and the mountains were unbelievably gorgeous! the seating needs to be updated
