Certains équipements sont un peu fatigués : petits travaux à prévoir, mais c’est très léger ( taches au plafond du séjour), prises ne fonctionnant pas toutes, plan de travail de l’évier en fin de vie, jeu du battant sur meuble de salle de bain. La vaisselle est pas toute jeune non plus.

L'appartement est magnifique, très propre, confortable, parfaitement équipé et largement au-dessus des attentes, totalement conforme à la description. L'emplacement est excellent et garantit un séjour calme et agréable. Le point fort absolu reste le propriétaire, d'un professionnalisme, d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité remarquables. Malgré un souci temporaire avec l'ascenseur, il a suivi la situation de près, communiqué en permanence, trouvé des solutions rapides et efficaces, et an y e proposé un dédommagement, un geste rare et très apprécié. L'accueil a été irréprochable, fluide t parfaitement organisé, avec une remise des clés simple et sans aucun souci. Je recommande cette adresse les yeux fermés et y reviendrai sans hésitation lors de mon prochain séjour.

• Trippini (10/5): - L'appartamento si trova in ottima posizione centrale. A pochi passi si trovano tutte le maggiori attrazioni di Parigi. Cyrille è stata sempre disponibile ed ha saputo soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Tutto è andato per il meglio. La prossima volta torneremo sicuramente!

• Igor (9/5): Хороший вариант для непритязательного семейного размещения, практически в центре Парижа - От апартаментов до центра и достопримечательностей недалеко, Опера в 5 минутах ходьбы, площадь Согласия или Лувр - 25 мин. Galeries Lafayette и Printemps в 4х минутах. Большой супермаркет Monoprix в 3х минутах ходьбы. Перед дверью подъезда расположен пункт охраны. Со слов хозяина, всё безопасно. Действительно, никаких инцидентов не было. Кровати норм. Кухня отдельная. Не очень большая, но довольно хорошо экипированная. Кофемашина с капсулами) и проч. Есть балкон, окна во двор. Большой ТВ Но им практически не пользовались, не для этого приезжали) Надо иметь в виду, что квартира расположена в старом фонде, но всё в приемлемом состоянии, хотя без глянца. Не работал сейф. Сирилл пообещал поставить батарейки, но не срослось. Обошлись. Довольно слабая шумоизоляция у входной двери. Но т.к. на площадке всего 2 (или 3?) апартамента, особо шума не было слышно. На балконе лежит какой-то хлам. Можно было бы убрать (приложил фото). Давно не видел, чтобы площадка для мусора была в доме. Тут она на первом этаже, в отдельном помещении. Но это наверное особенности Парижа) Нас было 3, поэтому места было более чем достаточно. Для шестерых человек (на такое количество анонсированы апартаменты) наверное было бы тесновато. Приложил фото двухъярусной кровати для детей (без отельной комнаты, просто напротив ванной)

• michiko (1/5): Dishonest host and the dusty and unsanitary room - Location •The smell of dust was so strong that I couldn't help but open the window. Most of the furniture, the floor and carpet were covered in dust. On the third day, the host Cyrille finally came with a mop to sweep the floor and take away the dusty carpet. He or his staff then failed to come to clean the apartment at the appointed time several times before his visit at this time. So I had to clean up the apartment and the kitchen wears by myself except the floors. •It took three days from the day of arrival to finally get all amenities. ◎He made the excuse that he had checked in early and was therefore unable to check the condition of the room, but this is no excuse as the early check-in request was a legitimate one made through Booking.com. ◎The dust looked like it had probably been there for months. ⭐︎ He slanders me in his response,but I booked at the single person rate and Booking.com has that to prove it. I didn't have any problems.
• Ifat (10/5): Great value for money! Highly recommended - The location is amazing! Right next to a metro station, and to the RER E station from the airport, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, and also the Paris Opera House within 7 minutes of walking.The building complex has a guard.  The apartment is suitable for 5-6 people, spacious and convenient.It had all the necessary equipment to cook or eat in. Suitable for even more than a short stay.It was clean and welcoming. Cyrille was a great host, available, hospitable and very helpful, with good communication via WhatsApp. The bunk beds are right beside the bathroom and toilets, which made us worry about noise at night that may wake up the kids, but it turned out to be alright. We were missing some forks and spoons.

• AKIHIRO (9/5): Good deal - Despite my arrival being delayed due to a train delay, the staff kindly waited for me the whole time, so the key handover went smoothly. Since I was with my family, it was a great help.

The apartment was very clean and had little personal touches that were very thoughtful. Our host was very attentive and had great information! We arrived around 7pm, our host was waiting for us to show us around the apartment. Excellent area to explore Paris and all her delights. We will definitely be back. Thank you N/A
• Jeanne (8/5): Great location and staff, okay unit. - The location is perfect for accessing Paris while still experiencing a Parisien neighborhood. Very close to the great Paris metro system. Shops and cafes right outside your door. We were given a an upgrade to a larger room because a better unit was available. The building is safe, as is the neighborhood. The underground parking (available for a fee) was important to us as we were taking a driving tour of France. We could park the car for the stay while roaming around Paris. I would definitely stay here again The unit was not exceptionally clean. The microwave had not been cleaned. It had many crumbs in it and smelled of fried fish. We needed to wash a few of the dishes which were not clean.Under the kitchen sink there was a multitude of cleaning supplies etc and even a couple bottles of old beer. The shades in the room are very old and a bit ragged though there is a metal screen outside which we lowered each of the 3 nights we were there. There was some confusion about which room we were staying in and our departure time. However, the staff was very nice to deal with and worked to resolve these two issues.

• Di (10/5): - The parking was arranged perfectly, although I got to know it cost 25 euro per day at the end, the owner did not charge me due to late notice. Furthermore it was a perfect apartment which you can find in Paris.

I was concerned that one of the beds was a pullout sofa, which can be uncomfortable for an adult but it was actually not a problem at all. Awesome location, clean, and great communication from owners. Highly recommend.

I felt like I was cheated and ripped off by both Booking.com and the owner of the property. The place was dirty, unsafe, and disgusting. The photos attached were just some of them. I wish I could add more photos so that you can understand how this place spoiled my holiday. The owner was careless as he just wanted to make the money out of the victims. This place was a nightmare for 400€/night. The maximum charge for this place could be only 150-200€, not 400€. I would definitely ask for a full refund from booking.com.

• Nakayama (9/5): Very convenient location with all the basic amenities needed to make for a comfortable experience! - The host was helpful and responsive, and let us check in early since we arrived on a very early flight to Paris. Some of the closets had some dust on the shelves, like they hadn't been wiped down, and when showering, the water would sometimes pool up on the outside of the tub.

We struggled to find the place as not so easy to find excat street number ; no one to receive us we had to fend for our selves and find the security guard and get the keys and find our way up
• Lara (6/5): Adequate apartment to use as a base to explore. - Snacks and coffee provided in the apartment. Host was very responsive. The small kitchen had all the essentials. The apartment was close to metro and train stations. The apartment that we stayed in had one double bed in a bedroom, and a bunk bed in the corridor outside the bedroom, which also was right outside the toilet and bathroom, with no window or exhaust fan which made it quite unpleasant. It would have been better for the bunk beds to be in the loungeroom. The photos appear better than the actual apartment. It was adequate, but it wasn't as new or nice as the photos.

There a couple of good supermarkets and plenty of good shopping areas within walking distance. The apartment is showing a couple of signs of requiring some repairs but is clean, has good facilities and is spacious. The host, Cyrille went out of his way to welcome us and point out where the metro stations and shops were located. The air conditioning unit leaked when turned on. It didn't worry us too much as the weather was mild but I imagine it would be an issue in the summer The safe was unusable.

• David (10/5): Great family visit to Paris - Great location with easy access to bus, RER, and Metro to reach all of the key sites in Paris. The apartment was clean, well-furnished and quiet. Easy walk to grocery stores and innumerable restaurants. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and dishwasher as well as dishes and utensils. Coffee and tea are available. The apartment also has a clothes washer and dryer. The host met us at the property and provided a helpful introduction to the apartment and the surrounding area. Would stay again. I have no complaints to report.

• Sehar (6/5): Good value for such a central location. - The location is excellent, very close to the opera house and galleria La Fayette. Yeh metro, main station and buses all ran around the apartment and were easy to find. A buzzing local neighbourhood that felt safe with a family. You can grab a typical bistro French breakfast if you simply cross the road. Inside the apartment, the beds were comfortable and bathroom towels were really nice. It was nice we received a few small toiletries which made it feel like a hotel. The general facilities were good, although a bit run down. The smell, the apartment had a strange smell so we tried to air it as much as possible. I tried to clean the floors and kept the doors open when we were there which helped.

• Dawn (7/5): Apartment was in pretty good in a quiet and what felt safe location. - We collected the keys from a reception desk, the lady needed to find the keys and sort some things out as the host was not in that day but she was really nice and very helpful in ensuring we got into the room and were settled. The showers were not very good and the bathroom looked like it needed a revamp.

The host was on Rue St Lazare to help us park and allowed us to park early and check which was great. Thé main landing outside was decidedly iffy - door with locks broken etc and dirty which doesn’t give a good impression of the flat .I’d like a key to the outer door shared by the 2 flats . But the building itself is fine . Need instructions as to what to do with the keys at these of the stay .
• Donald (2/5): Never again would we go to this place - The location was very good and the place was very clean The office could not speak any English. The lift was out of order for 4 of the 5 days and we are in our 70s and on the 7th floor! We were unable to use the TV despite rigidly following the few instructions given and telephoning to request assistance. The safe was inoperable. No directions there except 4 pages about coffee machine! Don’t go!!

The host was very kind and available. On our last day he confirmed late check out and we left the apartment very late before our fliggt I definitely recommend.

• Guerson (9/5): stay two nights with my 5-people family: great host, clean apartment, treat location. - Friendly host, clean apartment, enough space for our 5-people family, quiet at night, comfortable beds, received great information from our host for touring Paris and for was is available nearby, great location (near various metro and bus lines), mostly: the host was able to check-us in early than expected, which allowed as to visit to sites on our first day. There was some noise during one night that seemed to come from some machine, but couldn't figured out what it was. Must have been a one-off issue, as the first night all was great.
