Wet room shower was better than I thought it would be. Breakfast was included, but it seemed they didn’t have facilities for breakfast and so I sort of had to go next door.

• Dr (5/5): Not so Good - The Manager was cooperative and location was fine Rooms were very unhygienic and lots of stain on linen and all the places was there. Like there was no maintenance. We had to change the room. Thankfully we were staying just for a night. Not value for money.
• Daulat (9/5): Had comfortable stay with closest proximity to Lucknow railway station and close to Heritage sites. Memorable stay with - Location and service. Cleanliness was missing. Toilet or washrooms was dirty and required cleaning at the time of check-in. Rest all was good.

• Dr. (7/5): Good - The location, right near Lucknow junction. Beautiful authentic decor. Excellent courteous staff. Picture-perfect courtyard. The bed was okay. The view from the window and the natural light coming through the window was excellent in the morning. The water in the toilet tank fills extremely slow; just drops. It will take hours to fill. This was the same situation in the two different rooms we were shown. The same situation with shower. You better not be in an emergency to use any of the toilets. No towels. No toilet paper. Just the room. Even the public restroom on the ground floor only had a fully broken which will not hold water at all. That was gross. No way to wash your behind or front after you are done with your work. This situation was criminal. They need to fix all the bathrooms before anyone should rent here.

Without getting wet due to rain we could not reach our room from reception. Lift was closed as raining water got inside the lift.

• Raj (10/5): Excellent stay. - I am not a paid writer, but I am a frequent traveller. Everything was perfact, no issue with website rates and check-in, even we were provided super deluxe room which was quite large as compared to other hotels. Room was neat and clean. We had breakfast and a dinner, but quality and quantity was sufficient and quite good. Best place to stay for shopping, food, metro etc. everything is nearby. One auto driver: Jaswant - +91 73950 74181 can be contacted for new comer, he quite humble natured, and helpful guide, recommended for shopping, food, sight-seeing etc. in Lucknow. Nothing except the location is in the city centre, yet calm and quiet, no issues at all.

• David (8/5): We had a good stay at this property - it is not aimed at the western tourist and is more a hotel for locals with a focus - The Heritage Hotel is in a good location 10 minutes by tuk tuk from the prime shopping and restaurant area of Lucknow. The staff were helpful and friendly and our breakfast was simple but adequate. The hotel does not really have a central cafe/dining area for eating breakfast so we had breakfast delivered to our room. We like a “dining area” so that we can meet with and talk with other guests. There were a couple of maintenance issues in the bathroom but the staff did their best to resolve them quickly.

No european breakfast available . Taxi reserved by the hotel to take us to the station did not turn up. Wifi not working very well.

• Anita (4/5): Pay more and get a better hotel - The Staff were pleasant to deal with. they gave us rooms close to each other for no extra charge. 1) Wifi - there was no wifi available in the rooms- 2) The beds could be better 3) No floor towels to soak up the water from your wet feet as u exit the bathroom - so we would have to use our bath towels to wipe our feet or walk around the room with wet feet (very uncomfortable) 4) The rooms could be updated a bit. Overall - it was not comfortable - and we would rather pay more and get a better hotel next time. 5) No tourist information or pamphlets on things to do in Lucknow. We had to rely on the internet or ask around.
