• Karen (10/5): Fan! :) - Heeeeel vriendelijke mensen, met een app verstonden we elkaar wel :) Prijs/kwaliteit is fantastisch! 'love hotels'; fan van! Vooral buiten seizoen omdat dan de prijs zeer goed is. In de week natuurlijk nog iets beter dan in weekends. Het was even wennen om met de bus naar de meest toeristische plaatsjes te gaan. Jammer dat we pas de laatste dag merkten dat er toch een bus rechtstreeks was :p

• Giorgia (8/5): Tutto bene tranne la posizione - La camera (queen superior se non sbaglio) era la più grande in cui io sia mai stata. C’era tutto quello di cui si possa avere bisogno, anche gli accappatoi, mai trovati in giappone. La receptionist era gentile e un signore è venuto a prenderci dalla stazione con la sua macchina appena arrivati. Purtroppo essendo un love hotel è lontanissimo dal “centro” e per prendere i mezzi più vicini bisogna camminare 20 minuti almeno.

• Hulks (8/5): - The Staff was really sweet. They instantly knew us and let us in our room each time we came back to the hotel. The breakfast was also really good despite being called "simple bread" it was croissants, some puff pastries or raisin breads. The room itself was really huge and equipped with a giant bathroom. The location was more or less close to arashiyama forest and the staff offered a shuttle service to the next train station, in our case even to Yamato transportation for our suitcases. The location itself was a bit away from everything other but the buses, which rarely arrived on time, brought us to the center in like 40 minutes. Overall it was a nice experience It would be a bit or nitpicking, but we had to call the lady each time to unlock the door, if we wanted to go out of our room. Maybe this is common practice for love hotels but it felt strange to be locked in the room. The toilet seemed also to be a bit clogged and made strange noises after using it for minutes.
• Evangelina (6/5): Low budget stay in Kyoto - The room is big and you will have plenty of space. Breakfast is included (which was different kinds of bread, you already have tea in the room). It is pretty far away from everything but they offered to pick us up which was nice. Also the lady at the front desk was very nice. If you want to save up money it’s not a bad place for maybe one night or two. When we arrived they gave us the wrong room. We noticed when we entered the room and there was other people luggage in there. Since rooms don’t have keys, and they open the room for you, it could have been bad if there was people inside and we wanted to exit immediately. We called to the reception and they gave us a new room. Also the mattress was a little bit hard.

• ISHIHARA (7/5): 京都人おすすめの立地ホテル - 元々京都人なのですが実家に帰れないので利用しました。昔からあるホテルで、嵐山に近いです。 車ですぐ嵐山に行けますよ！ うちは桂なのですが桂もすぐです！ 松尾大社も車ですぐ行けますよ！ 普通に行ったら多分、外出できないかも？ わからないですがホテルとして予約した場合 外出も出来ますし、朝ごはんもパンをくれました。 外出する時も、夜中にわたしひとり帰ってきたのですが嫌な顔ひとつせず対応してくれました。 チェックインを前日に変更しましたがすく対応してくれました。 昔から大人のホテルですので子供は入れません。 河原町方面に出るのに車がなければちょっと苦しいかも。 でも、送り迎えあるみたいなので使えるなら関係ないと思います。 大人のホテルってとこ以外なら別に悪いとこはないと思います。京都人からしてもとても便利なホテルなので観光する人にもおすすめですが昔からありますから建物は古いです。

The owner helped me to get my lost baggage from my flight, she was very helpful and supportive. It was a bit distance from the main attractions, sometimes felt isolated.

• Felipe (9/5): Hotel com a melhor receptividade de Kyoto - Foi uma ótima acomodação! A senhora dona do hotel é muito simpática e solícita. Nos ajudou muito, nos dando carona em um dia chuvoso e também para pegarmos o trem para ir para Osaka. Ela também nos ajudou a contratar o Yamato Transport para despacharmos nossa mala para a próxima cidade. O quarto era muito grande, típico de motel. Todo dia recebemos comida no quarto. Por ser um motel, para entrar e sair do quarto era preciso avisar alguém da recepção, mas não foi algo incômodo. A localização não era das melhores, apesar de ser um lugar bem sossegado, era um pouco longe de algum ponto de ônibus ou trem, e não haviam conveniências por perto. Mas se precisar de qualquer coisa com urgência, a dona irá ajudar.

A parte il personale poco comunicativo, la colazione servita consisteva in un Sandwich freddo che non abbiamo potuto scegliere. La posizione inoltre è molto infausta, lontanissima dal centro.
• David (2/5): Por favor leer hasta el final. - Definitivamente fue una estadía bastante preocupante, no bromeo, estuvimos con mi hermana en varios hoteles de Corea y Japón y solo esté nos dejó una muy mala experiencia. Mi hermana tuvo un resfriado y el último día no salió del hotel porque estuvo bastante enferma, yo salí un momento para comprarle un medicamento (tienda a 10min caminando), ellos controlan todo desde abajo, no solo las puertas del cuarto como ya lo mencionó la mayoría, sino también las luces del cuarto, cuando salí, seguramente creyeron que salí con mi hermana, unos minutos después apagaron todas las luces del cuarto y bloquearon el panel que controla todas las luces por lo que mi hermana no pudo encender ninguna luz (los que se han hospedado saben que al apagar todas las luces no se ve absolutamente nada), posteriormente un hombre abrió la puerta y se ve muy claro que es un hombre por la sombra que la luz de afuera reflejó (el resto del cuardo seguía plenamente oscuro, solo se veía la sombra del hombre), mi hermana habló preguntando si era yo quien había entrado, el hombre al oírla sale rapidamente del cuarto (por la sombra se puede percibir el susto del hombre), unos minutos después vuelven a habilitar el panel que controla las luces del cuarto. El hotel dice que no se hace responsable de ninguna perdida. Preferimos creer que fue un intento de robo por el susto del hombre en lugar de creer que sí notaron cuando yo salí solo y que tenían alguna intención peor. De verdad no recomiendo el lugar, ibamos muy tranquilos porque en definitiva Japón si es un país muy seguro a nivel general y lo notamos en muchos lugares y momentos, pero en este lugar sí tuvimos una lamentable experiencia.

• Margaret (8/5): Budget choice for Arashiyama - The room was big by Japanese standards. Ours had a large bed, a small round table for dining, and a Japanese style bathroom with separate areas for shower and bath. The room was old but clean enough. The staff were helpful. They picked us up from the station and drove us there a few times. We knew about how we had to call them to open the door - they always picked up the phone right away so it didn't bother us. The included breakfast sandwich was decent and came with instant coffee. Although the room was a non smoking one, we could smell lingering smoke from probably years past that's absorbed into the carpet and wall, mixed with air freshener. It's tolerable for us, but some may find that offensive. Given it's an older room, there are corners with dust. The location is inconvenient for those without a car. It's about a 20-minute walk to the closest train station, convenient stores and restaurants. When we checked out, we found out the driver was sick, and had to wait for a taxi to come to take us to the train station.
• Aydın (1/5): Not family friendly at all - Nothing. This place is not a regular hotel. Doors lock on you and you have to call the "front desk" to open them up. "Adult only" is a light remark for this place. We did not dare to stay.

• Angel (10/5): - Ha sido una estancia maravillosa, recepción ha estado pendiente en todo momento de facilitarnos la estancia e incluso el ultimo día nos puso un taxi a la estación. Hay que ser consciente de que es un lovehotel y como tal no hay llave por ejemplo de la habitación sino que funciona desde recepción, la estancia ha sido inmejorable. Lo recomiendo al 100%
• Melissa (8/5): Clean and basics included. - Quiet area and in hotel, great to have pickup from train station. Breakfast supplied (same sandwiches each day). Room cleaned everyday and new towels. Lots of bathroom supplies (the usual plus more, eg hairbrush). Some very new movies on in-house TV. Glad to have bar fridge and kettle to make a cuppa. Hotel was a bit out of the way for some folk, but we were okay walking half an hour to the main street, tourist sites and restaurants. Reputation around "adult only" was disconcerting at first but it really wasn't a problem. Except not having a key to our room... we had to ring reception to be allowed to exit the room. No-one could speak English (but lady was very good when using translation on mobile phone).
• Daniele Antonio (6/5): A lot of tourists is Kyoto, this one is not cheap but definitely save some money compared to the others - The room is big, the staff who work there are nice, they don’t speak English but the are helpful using a translator. Drop off to JR station and sandwich. The rooms are old, they could clean better, still a lot of hair around the room and sink. Also some left over of someone who shaved is beard.

• Katarzyna (7/5): Never again - Room was big and lady at registration was nice and that's about it Mold... in the bathroom in the fridge, not cleaned room (the sofa was discussing), it is not soundproof we could hear people walking hallway and constantly played music on hallway you have to call reception to open the door to go out and to get in to the room!!!!

• Panna (4/5): Weird and creepy vibes - Staff was great and helpful, transfer from and to the nearby station was a great help. The place felt dirty, the theme of the hotel was so weird and had a creepy feeling during all the stay. Rooms were big, but being locked in felt uncomfortable, it’s an old hotel, cheap yes, but if you can, find another place to stay, as this was quite uncomfortable, and also location was far from certain things.

• Claire (9/5): Great value for money and friendly staff. - Location was perfect for the train and local attractions. We like the size of the room and the value. We also welcomed the free collection and drop off to the train station. Stay was great. It would help on booking.com to explain which side of the station the car pick up, as we we made the free ride wait a long time for us because we were on the wrong side. However a quick phone call solved ebverything.

• Marie Claire (10/5): A fuir - Rien à fuir j ai réservé 2 nuits et je me suis sauvée après la première nuit Je suis partie après la 1ere nuit impossible de rester plus au début j etais enfermée la chambre qui n a pas de clé il a fallu que j appelle la réception pour pouvoir sortir et après ma chambre est restée ouverte toute la nuit je me suis fait piqué par une bestiole je ne sais pas quoi mais j ai 5 énormes boutons qui me démangent et il me semble que sur la télévision il y avait une caméra à fuir

• Marjorie (5/5): Great staff but dirty room - Very considerate staff, it was great they would take you to and from the train station. The breakfast sandwich was yummy. Very large rooms for Japan. Dirty room with large mystery stains, I understand it’s a love hotel but I covered up some parts of the non changeable bed with a tissue to avoid touching because the stains were severe.

• Valerie (7/5): Geht so - Glücklicherweise bietet das Personal einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Bahnhof, da das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße abgelegen vom Ort liegt. Sehr großes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Instant Kaffee. Als Frühstück erhält man Sandwiches aufs Zimmer. Für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Die toten Tierchen (Bettwanzen) könnten vom Bettrand entfernt werden. Dass man die Rezeption zum Entriegeln des Zimmers anrufen muss, wusste ich bereits aus den Bewertungen zuvor.

Accommodation with twist;) - Free of charge pick up service - back and fort - to the nearest train station, Calm and nature close location. Big room with massage seat and overeal cleanliness. Friendly staff, solved the language barrier as well. Bit surprised first that this is an Adult hotel. This comment will make sense when you arrive! Good price - value, Do not be afraid from the room's entrance doors, thats a bit weird but on purpose. You will see the function! Breakfast - which is a take away sandwich - pretty simple.

• Timothy (8/5): We would stay hete again. The room was large comfy bed and the staff beyond kibd and thoughtful. Itr - The staff was wonderful. They took us to whetever we needed ti go. They brought us a sandwich in the morning . Very kind people I wasnt preparedfor our hotel room to be automatically locked everytime we entered or exited our room we had to call the front desk to be let in or out. I guess because its an adult hotel thesr are the rules .
