- Natasha (6/5): - The staff are what makes the staff so nice, great with kids, friendly and go out of their way to assist you! The breakfast is nice and the front pool is lovely. The middle pool is cold and windy as it does not get alot of sun, the seats in the sun at this pool you have to pay for. The room service constantly tan out of clean towels and we had to ask for them often not having room towels for a day. The resort need more maintenance and maybe some renovation. Things are looking tired.

- Frances (9/5): Amazing staff, location, convenience, perfect for kids and families. Loved our stay! - This property is central to everything. The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much. They are honest and were always willing to assist. 3 pools, just excellent. Can hire motorbikes for good price (better than buying off street). The showers could do with an upgrade. The limescale on the shower lever showed this. Also, when you turn on the water, it smelt like egg sometimes. Some of the bedding and towels could do with an upgrade.

I asked 3 staff about vegan options and 2 didn't understand and other person said I need to tell tgem what I want then we can ask chef. Tgere should be vegan options on you menu meaning strict no egg no milk no honey. Nothing from an animal. Otherwise staff and everything was exceptional l. I woul like to come back again and would like to see strict vegan options on menu like other restaurants in Bali mention on their menu.

- ingrid (7/5): Nice well priced hotel but not in great part of Seminyak - Staff were very nice and welcoming, the selection of pools was good. Loved the massage across the road. Handy to have Circle K across road too. Free shuttle to Seminyak square is great and a necessity as a big walk. Great kids club. I didn’t love the location in Seminyak. I usually stay more in the middle of Seminyak walking distance to beach. This is a long walk to beach and the beach is dirty and not inviting at all. No nice beach bars or bean bags for drinks etc. This is the far end of Seminyak closer to Ccangu.

- Louise (8/5): Reasonably priced hotel with good facilities in a central area, with excellent staff. - Great choice of pools in very clean and green surroundings. Excellent choice at breakfast and food and drinks not overpriced. Bedroom was good but some noise when guests were passing in the night. Probably because I had a ground floor room. Staff were wonderful, from the reception staff on arrival but a special mention to the staff in the restaurant who knew my name after 1 day and were always happy, cheerful and willing to have a little chat. Room could do with better soundproofing.

- Ivan (5/5): Do your research when you book this resort it definitely not worth it 5 stars - Best thing about this resort is location. It’s super central and you can walk anywhere (beach, shop, cafes, restaurants) As I didn’t add any credit to my account when I arrived, I found that on my first day at the pool I was constantly being asked for payment, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Because of that, I decided to spend most of my time at the beach club instead, both during the day and in the evenings. Also main pool was full with mature people and kids.

- Magdalena (10/5): Great place in Seminyak! - Very good localization in Seminyak. 3 pools. Kids club. Lots of plants (which i love in hotels). Nice changes in the restaurant (we Where in montigo 3 years Ago also). Good food. Super nice service and communication with stuff. I'm sensitive to noise at night, so if I were to improve anything, it would be quieter air conditioning in the room. I should add that the air conditioning didn't bother my family ;)

The kids club is fantastic and we rate it highly (versus others where they make you pay additional, not good at all). The Montigo kids club is great and included! We will be back.

The hotel doesn't have iron and upon querying we were informed that there were only 10 iron in the whole facility. We took 2 attached joint room with our children. The bathroom door was not shutting in one room and the tv was not connected. Property is slightly old but rooms were modern.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. My son loved the Kids Club. The hotel staff were so warm and friendly and organised a small cake for my husbands birthday. We liked that there were 3 different pools, with spaces for families or for couples. Nothing. It was great.

- Kristine (10/5): Love,love,love Montigo - Fabulous place to stay. We had a medical emergency at 3am and the young man Adi at reception was incredible. An ambulance would take too long so he drove us to a 24 hour Medical Clinic. The staff followed up several times to check were so kind. The 3 pools offer variety for guest ,in particular the pool next to reception is open 24 hours, great for late evening swim. The Japanese menu and food is the best we have experienced, tasty and inexpensive.Breakfast is modest but more than adequate offering egg a d noodle stations, proper sour dough bread. Located in the heart of Seminyak with numerous bars, resturants and shops. Shuttle available to Seminyak Mall Everything was perfect

I loved it so much! Super clean, and comfortable space. I noticed a lot of flies around the fresh vegetables in the breakfast buffet area.

- Puiaki (10/5): Flood waters worked in our favour to find this gem - Staff were very helpful and accessible, special mention to the kids club staff who had our 3 little terrors they were so patient and engaging our kids loved the kids club. Location was excellent and it was very quiet considering the location was pretty central. Facilities were great and food was excellent. The rooms were large and very comfortable. Montigo facilitated our late booking on the day of our arrival as previous hotel had issues due to the flood waters. Excellent value for money We dont usually stay in Seminyak but our experimce here has changed our perception and we will be coming back next trip

- Gitan (10/5): Great stay!!! - Highly recommend Montigo Resorts! It’s our second stay here, and we were rewarded for our loyalty with a premium room upgrade and a complimentary dinner. The breakfast is excellent, very healthy and diverse, and the SPA experience was top-notch. A huge thank you to Eka, who showed amazing professionalism: she carefully removed a thorn from my heel and bandaged me so well that I didn’t even need to go to the hospital. Impeccable service and genuine care for their guests!

- Stephen (10/5): Simply perfect and relaxing!! - Fabulous attentive staff, gorgeous grounds, delicious food, very comfortable beds, amazing tours from the hotel with Angga, amazing service at the bar from Restu and Robi, we were really looked after in the restaurant by Sumi and the other staff. First class advice and treatments in the spa from Uni. The hotel is simply lovely, this has been my 6th trip to the hotel and it never disappoints, the perfect location in Seminyak, easy to walk to anywhere including Ku De Ta, and Potato Head. The hotel is basically beautiful buildings set within a stunning tropical garden. There are three pools, a gym and fabulous service for children with a kid club. What else could you ask for on a holiday. I highly recommend booking the airport transfers with the hotel and definitely the hotel tours and spa treatments!! Looking for to my next visit!! Having to leave!!

A hotel that is so close to beach clubs, restaurants and bars and the life of Seminyak, but at the same time a retreat of relaxation. Great cocktails, fabulous food in both restaurants, an amazing spa, 3 gorgeous pools, brilliant staff that are always happy and full of smiles and a willingness to make sure all your needs are taken care of at any time of the day. Fabulously comfortable beds, gorgeous rooms. This hotel is the one to book, forget the rest you have just found the perfect hotel in Seminyak, this was my 6th stay, it really is that good!! Thank you to Restu and Robi for being incredible barmen, thank you to Uni for your service and recommendations regarding treatments in the spa. Thank you to Angga for two amazing tours and the care you take personally to make sure the tours are an amazing experience!! All credit to the fabulous hotel manager Agus, you have definitely built a wonderful team and delivered a fantastic hotel experience unlike anywhere else!! Looking forward to my next stay at the Montigo!! We had to leave!!! :-(

A huge room, and massive bed, which was so comfortable as were the pillows. The breakfast is the best I've had ! The biggest selection, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. BUT, the best thing about this hotel are the staff. Every single one of them were super friendly, kind, obliging. A credit to the hotel management. Special mention for April and Flo, these 2 beautiful ladies were just fabulous ,they made us feel special.

Although, for three of our four days, there was no hot water in the room, which kind of calls the previous statement into question. Synthetic bedding, which didn't make me happy.
