The bathroom is big but there is just one tiny plank attached to the wall where you can put toiletries. There should be at least a decent cabinet.

It is situated right on the coast of Seogwipo and is in the middle of 2 waterfalls (Jeongbangpokpo Falls and Cheonjiyeonpokpo Falls), that are walking distance! The staff are helpful and friendly and there is plenty of space for parking etc... Also, the hotel smells AMAZING! The fragrance can be smelt on every floor and is a special mix just for the hotel! Definitely recommend!

Paper cups were given in room instead of standard glasses/cups. When chopsticks were requested for, staff told me to take from counter. To top it off, I was staying in the executive suite. - Joycelyn Xin En (8/5): Would love to booked for a weeek just chilled and enjoyed the beautiful scenery around the hotel. Overall a good stay! - Excellent location with beautiful gorgeous scenery. Big room with the suite. Staff speaks English, able to find parking lot during our stay and near to a few attractions. We love walking along the share or staring out of the big window with sea view. The restaurants closed really early like 3pm or 6ish but since we drove so not a problem. Facilities are super basic with the hotel but clean enuff. I love that the floor is non carpeted. Overall njoyed the stay a lot! Housekeeping is too basic, only includes vacuum, clear trash, replace towels, bottled water replacement, make up bed. The bathtub is not cleaned everyday and bedsheets not changed. Only served breakfast.

- Florence (10/5): Très bon séjour - On a découvert une fois arrivées, qu'il y avait un arrêt de bus pour un transport vers l'aéroport en face de l'hôtel. Ce fût une bonne surprise.

The check in kiosk didn’t work on arrival and we had to wait for someone to come back to the hotel to check us in. We arrived at about 10:30pm. One bed very uncomfortable. Very bright flashing light that flashed once every two minutes or so.

Reposició diària de tovalloles i aigua. Microones i aigua disponible al lobby. Tranquilat. Just davant de la parada del bus a l'aeroport i de altres parades bus. Amb moltes tendes de conveniència als voltants Les piscina es una petita bassa d'uns 50 cms de profunditat i no gaire neta. La terrassa de la piscina es veu maca però no és poden pujar ni begudes ni menjar malgrat no hi ha servei de bar. L'hotel esta a uns 20.caminant del Olle Market..L esmorzars no està inclòs i te un preu excessiu .

- Anne (7/5): Fine for the price, clean rooms and helpful to have the bus right out front - The bus stop was right in front of the hotel, which was great. The lobby was spacious and modern. The room was medium-sized (big enough to place 2 suitcases) and clean. The bathroom had a Japanese-style toilet and spacious shower (suffering a tiny bit from the humidity so not the cleanest I've ever seen but was o.k). There was a roof terrace but it didn't seem to be in use; maybe it was not the right season for it. We checked in late at night and there was a digital check-in desk. We couldn't quite use the system because we were lacking a certain code, but there was a phone number to call and an agent helped us. That worked very well. The staff was friendly but not incredibly helpful (they did not seem to fully understand my questions and were not super forthcoming with tips and information). The bus stop is right in front of the hotel which is a massive advantage, but ultimately this hotel is not the best one to stay at if you want to get around the island without a car.

- Susan (10/5): Would love to still be there. - Lovely hotel with accommodating and gracious staff Room 303 and that area of the hotel was ultra quiet during my 2 night stay - located away from the street and above a quiet alley. Very, very comfortable large bed and pillows. Many reviews mention the comfortable bedding and I was delighted to find the same. Rainfall shower - gentle but great pressure and lots of hot water immediately available. Room and entire building - 10 out of 10 for cleanliness and ambiance. Filtered drinking water bottle refills always available in the lobby restaurant next to the coffee bar. And the restaurant coffee bar makes a great latte. (I didn’t have the breakfast). Big thanks to Mr Moon who met my number 600 airport limousine bus and helped with luggage at stop number 32 across and a very few steps from the hotel along a curve in the street. When you get off the bus, you cannot see the hotel. Walk a few steps forward around the bend and it is on your left. (Airport limousine bus about 6000 Korean won = $6 Canadian - almost door to door service to and from this hotel and runs frequently from before 7 am to around 10pm). Beautifully maintained building, grounds, and parking lot. Staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests are having a comfortable stay. And big thanks also to the morning and early afternoon receptionist who, like Mr Moon, is very guest focused and pleasant. All staff members I met speak some English. Overall this is an exceptionally well managed hotel where procedures and operations are smoothly carried out and guests get high value for the money spent. This was far and away the best hotel stay I have had in South Korea in comparison with the 6 others during this trip. I loved the property. I will say that assisted and in-person check-in closes at 10 pm. I’m happy I made it before 10 pm because I would not have enjoyed using the kiosk for the process.

- Carmen (8/5): Good stay - The location was fine as we were by car, there is a large parking area for free. The beda were comfortable, room big enough, bathroom fine. You can tell that its an old hotel, but its kept quite clean.
- Ann-Kathrin (9/5): - Bequemes Bett. Das Frühstück war für den m Preis angemessen und auch mit etwas Abwechslung. Reichlich kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hotels. Besonders die Dusche hätte sauberer sein können. Alles mehr Schein als sein. Aus den ersten Blick schön wenn man aber genauer hinschaut etwas verwohnt.

They give you water, tea/coffee and fresh towels every day. Room was quiet and beds very comfy. Location was convenient with bus stop right in front and restaurants around. Nothing I could think of.
