• Susan (8/5): Beautiful views. Very relaxing and chilled. Prosecco was a lovely touch - The location was excellent. The sea view is to die for The tap in the bathroom sink was hot water only and could do with a full size ironing board that could be left in the extra storage area

• jones (10/5): - Excellent short break in a fabulous apartment, the location was excellent providing superb views across the bay and direct access to the beach. The apartment was spotless and provided everything that we required for our break and the contact with the hosts was very good, the bottle of prosecco left for us in the fridge was really appreciated. We will definitely return if able. Everything was good and far exceeded our expectations. The owners do say on there website that it is not suitable for people with mobility issues and I would certainly agree with their comments. Access would be difficult for guys with mobility issues. To confirm that this was not an issue for us and we had the most amazing stay.

• McDowell (10/5): Cracking BEACHSIDE chalet - Location was amazing. Beachside was very much right on the beach ⛱️. Everything about the accommodation was spot on .we cooked .and we relaxed on comfortable settee. We walked to pier ...45mins approximately. Price was great .we went in February. I even got a dip in the sea !! Nothing ....orther than I couldn't rebook because it was booked up !!! Accessories not to bad for poeple with moderate walking abilities, but does need consideration.

Absolutely stunning morning views. Great value for money Due a ‘lick of paint’ and the property is quite cramped, especially if you’re over 6ft tall and have children. Ideal for a couple.
• Gareth (10/5): What's a lovely place x - There was nothing not to like. I've been going to Llandudno for years, since I was a child and now me and my boy are regulars. This is by far the best place we've stayed. Location... Quiet end of Llandudno right on the beach. Apartment - spacious, comfy and had all you needed. Easy parking, simple instructions just lovely. The rain... But even with the rain the location of the apartment with the facilities was awesome.

Pantry was well stocked with crockery and kitchen utensils / equipment. Cosy feel to the apartment too which was nice. Everything was great. The hosts have thought of everything.

• Hazel (8/5): Cosy overnight getaway. - Fantastic location; warm and cosy. Excellent use of space in the property. Lovely mattress, pillows and bedding. Would have felt the benefit of the lovely mattress if on a divan base rather than a very creaky bed frame. A shelf in the bathroom would be beneficial for guests products, I had to put my things on the floor. Interesting choice of signage, multiple times!

• Stephen (10/5): Lovely apartment with a fantastic beachside location. - What makes this apartment stand out is its beachside location. On arrival it was fantastic to see and hear the sea waves just beyond the lovely garden and to be able to admire the great view. The apartment was welcoming, clean, comfortable and had lots of beach/ sea related ornaments and features. We had a welcome message and refreshing gift waiting for us in the apartment too. The apartment was easy and practical to reside in for a few days and we were well rested each day after our long beach, town and hill walks. Being out of holiday season it was a great value booking. There was nothing to dislike, we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Fab location by the beach and it was great to be able to walk into Llandudno town. • Gemma (10/5): I'd live there if I could 🩵 - The proximity to the beach, the comfy beds, the blinds to shut it all out at night. My Mum isn't very steady on her feet and found the bath too high sided to climb into to stand for a shower.

• Daniel (1/5): DO. NOT. BOOK. - View was nice, that was about it Outside the accommodation was not nice, rubbish everywhere along the front and large skip blocking the driveway. We arrived to find out another couple was in our room, we ended up sorting this out and they were lovely, but not what you'd expect on arrival and security concerns. Room was okay, bed was not comfortable and incredibly creaky. Bathroom was clean, but tiles were very slippery and toilet/plumbing made a huge noise and even during the night which kept waking us up. If you're over 5 foot tall, good luck showering because the shower head and ceiling was incredibly low and it was not comfortable at all. Rooms were seemingly separated by a storage room, which was not soundproof and we could hear the guests next door. We heard a television above which was playing very loud late at night, we didnt know who was directly above us, but judging by other reviews, its the owner and they do not care in the slightest. Others have stated they have heard the same, and not been resolved or owners have made argumentative comments instead of being accommodating We ended up leaving after the first night, and will claim money back in bank disputes since owners will not refund. Save your money, simply not worth coming here regardless of the only selling point which is the view/location, please also check TripAdvisor and on here for similar reviews. Stay somewhere else please!!
• Helen (8/5): Superb location. Lively apartment - Location, facilities, cleanliness Very noisy plumbing in bathroom, building work upstairs and very thin walls and noisy arguing next door in middle of night. All this didn't spoil our weekend though and we would definitely return.

Very clean and the owners where a delightful 😊 would definitely go again and again! Beautiful little hideaway away from the stressful life in the city. We saw the resident seal who popped his head out of the water to say hello. Beautiful sunset and location. Couldn't have asked for a better time there than what we had! We didn't want to come home.

• Michael (9/5): - Hervorragende Lage am Strand, direkter Strandzugang. Helle Küchenzeile. Schöner Platz draußen. Badeschuhe wegen der großen Steine empfehlenswert, auch im Wasser. Man hat drin keinen richtigen Platz zum Essen. Es gibt eine Durchreiche vom Wohnbereich zur Küchenzeile, da können 2 Personen nebeneinander auf Hockern sitzen. Es ist noch ein ausklappbarer Tisch vorhanden, aber den kann man nicht aufstellen. Ein ausklappbares Bett im WZ , das ist breit, aber dann kann man sich in der Wohnung kaum noch hin und her bewegen. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr schmal. Also max. 3 Erwachsene und eher für 1-2Tage. Conwy-Castle sehr sehenswert.

• Francesca (8/5): We had a wonderful holiday and loved being so close to the sea. - Loved the location. Could not have been closer to the sea and beach. It was very nice of the owners to let us know about local events such as nice sunsets and the red arrows. The saniflow was noisy but beachfront apartments aren’t easy always going to be difficult to plumb and you get used to it.
• Diane (3/5): Stay clear - The gorgeous location. Hence the 3 star.. False information in listing. Private garden, its not, its shared. Soundproof, its not, as noise from host above and guests next door. No free toiletries as offered. Shower head far too low. Creaky bed. No handles, or lock, on inside of bathroom door. No mention before our stay, of macerator pump which woke us in the night several times. Others in the past have mentioned these points. Threatening consequences off host if a negative post given on here after returning home (his words in a txt to me) He said it would be cowardly, so we knocked on the door, rang doorbell repeatedly , the dog heard us but he supposedly didn't. So who is the coward? He watches guests from his apartment above, txting to ask us to move from the chairs, to our previously undisclosed, designated part of the garden. His only selling point is the location. This is as honest as i can be. Check out the reviews on trip advisor. I've contacted Booking.com as we were so annoyed and disappointed in our stay.

My son and daughter loved waking up to explore the beach, it was definitely their favourite thing about our stay. My 5 year old said she wants to come back again and I definitely agree with her. We could only book 2 over the summer but completely understand that this should be a popular place to book. A colleague lives locally and she was impressed that we'd managed to even book 2 nights. She said it's the best place to stay in Llandudno for proximity to the beach.
