- Nick (8/5): A value for money Guesthouse. - A basic guesthouse on 5 floors with no lift. In a good location for shops and restaurants etc. The room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The free tea, coffee and water was good as was the WiFi. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English.

- Nick (8/5): Good for sightseeing. - A conveniently located guesthouse close to all the shops, restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed, a hot shower and good WiFi. Free tea, coffee and water in the lobby. No lift. Ask for help with your luggage if required. Staff were helpful, spoke good English.
- SH (8/5): - Friendly and helpful staff. Good food within short walking distance. Clean and well maintained. The simple breakfast is not worth the extra amount the guest has to pay. There is no elevator. Guest has to carry luggages up the stairs.

Ils nous a fallu 40mins pr expliquer qu'on a réservé une chambre double et pas pour 4 personnes située au rez-de chaussée près des toilettes, l'escalier et la réception. Et c est quand on a commancé à appeler hotels.com les gens de la réception a trouvé une chambre double! Les renseignements sur différents sujets étaient limités!

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Albergo ben tenuto con personale gentilissimo. Non buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Non chiare le foto della stanza e pertanto mi sono ritrovato in una stanza senza finestre, che ho rifiutato. Purtroppo avevo già pagato e non sono potuto andare via. Alla fine mi hanno dato una camera con una finestra su una scala di passaggio, quindi impossibile tenerla aperta, perché la mia l'avevano affittata ad altra persona. L'indomani sono andato via trovando a circa 100 metri un appartamento di circa 80 metri quadri, con 2 stanze da letto, salotto ecc. ecc. con il 50% in meno di quanto avevo pagato in questo. Quindi non fidarsi mai delle foto inserite sul sito, nella maggior parte dei casi non sono veritiere e questa è una grossa colpa di chi dovrebbe controllare per offrire un miglior servizio all'utenza, ma non lo fa.

- Santiago (8/5): Pleasant rooms and excellent location. - The location is central and the staff is very polite and friendly. The rooms have decent space and are very clean. there is no wadrobe for clothes though. All the landmarks are 10 mins walking distance which is a bonus. Overall a comfortable stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): 3 night stay - Situated in a very walkable area. We got laundry done at a reasonable price and it was done quickly. We paid extra for breakfast ($3, I think) but I wouldn’t do that again because the breakfast was very simple (various styles of eggs and bread or toasted baguette) and there are lots a cafes nearby with better breakfasts for slightly higher price. They have copies of Laos tour guides (i.e. lonely planet) available for use on the main floor, which was nice.

- TAKASHI (8/5): コンビニに近く、ナイトバーエリアとショッピングセンター共に徒歩圏内 - ナイトバーエリアとショッピングセンターの中間に位置。街には数少ないコンビニまで50M。朝食は6種類より選択。目玉焼きセット、オムレツセットなど。バルコニー付き部屋に滞在した。バルコニーは誰でも廊下から出入りできる。「共用バルコニーに隣接した部屋」が正解。バルコニーは道路に面し、車の通過音が室内まで聞こえる。車やバイクの往来は少ないが、静かな街なのでよく聞こえる。夜は車やバイクの往来無し。バルコニーがない部屋は、日差しは全く入らないと思う。WIFI、良し。 お湯、良し。 スタッフ、良し。 英語、OK。
- Charles (8/5): Better than a Guesthouse - A little more upscale than your standard Vientiane guesthouse. It's also a little more pricey. The rooms are a bit larger and the bed is a bit nicer and bigger. They have free all-day coffee and water service in the lobby. The wifi was probably the best I've ever had in Vientiane. Overall, a nice step up from a standard Vientiane guesthouse.

- BigBob (8/5): Nice hotel, close to Namphou Park - Great location, near Namphou Park and the Mekong River. Lots of options for food and drinks or shopping of neccessities near by. No elevator, so be prepared to climb stairs. Friendly staff, that fairly understands English. The boss speaks good English, though. Any bigger requests should be addressed to him. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and big enough to stay for a good night sleep. A/C and Wifi are working well. If you are looking for a good value, not too expensive place to stay for a couple of days and plan to be out exploring all day, I can definetly recommend.

I have stayed in several hotels in Vientiane the past few years during vacations in the area and the others are much better value for the price. This hotel room was tiny and cramped, the shower too small and the shower/bathroom had no exhaust fan so it became a hot sweaty sauna. Tiny ants crawled over the tissue box near the bed. Finally, there is no elevator in this five story building. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

- william (10/5): Extremely helpful staff - Staff really tries to help me and give me practical information, regarding all aspects of my travel. The room is very clean though my room does not have a real window, but with the friendly staff I would recommend this hotel to my fellow travellers.

- Anjali (8/5): Nice hotel - This hotel is in a good location, and is very nice. It has 5 floors but no elevator. For some reason we got put on the 4th floor even though the hotel did not seem that busy - maybe something to do with using hotels.com. Suggest asking for a lower level room if available/possible. The service was pretty good though at times the English of the receptionist was not ideal. The service in other respects was quite good. Our room (for 2) was quite small .. like a efficiency where the bathoom is part of the (about) 10ftx10ft space. But the air conditioning and other amenities all worked well. This hotel is close to Nampho Park which has a nice fountain and a number of restaurants (though I did not have a good experience with one of them - Moonlight Lounge). Overall I was not as impressed as I had been led to believe with the restaurants in the area. Did not find any that were especially good (of course I had a stomach issue thru much of the time which might have colored my impressions).
- Hugo (2/5): Money stolen by staff - The location is very central by the fountain. The hotel staff are difficult to communicate with as they struggle with English. The rooms are basic but clean and fine. There is no safe provided in the room, I had about £500 stolen from my locked bag. As there was no signs of forced entry I can only assume at this time that hotel staff were responsible. Bus booked to Vang Vien through hotel which was as described. I would not stay there again. Lots of choice in and around the area.
- Michael (10/5): Great Location and nice rooms for the price - Great location, right in the middle of town. Few minutes walking to the night market, Presidential palace, Mekhong River. WiFi not so great but hotel offers free coffee and tea 24/7. I enjoyed my stay overall and would consider staying here again.

- Corey (10/5): Nice place to stay in Vientiane - The location was nice with a short walk to bakeries, restaurants, or shops. Although they don't rent scooters here, they directed us just down the road to a place that did. The room was nice and the A/C worked well too. Would stay again!

- Zackary (8/5): A good value and good location - A very pleasant guesthouse in the heart of Vientiane. The location is great! Lots of really good (and cheap) food options within easy walking distance. There's a convenience store just across the main street, so it was easy to get supplies. And the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The bed was relatively soft and comfortable, by Asia standards. I've stayed elsewhere in Vientiane before and had beds like concrete - but this one was comfortable. The room/bathroom isn't fancy, but it works just fine. The water for the shower wasn't hot, but it was warm enough. Because I always wonder about these things, I'll say the Wi-Fi is okay, but not great. It was fine for basic emails, etc, but not super fast. Overall I would say this place is worthwhile and a good value. I would stay here again.

Couple that with no roosters in the area, and you can actually sleep in past 5:30 AM. I stayed here twice. The owners were nice enough to look after my luggage for ten days while I did a motorcycle tour.
