• Jewel (1/5): Don’t stay at this hotel - Absolutely nothing The staff is rude and unhelpful. My reservation was cancelled because the hotel overbooked. While they did rebook me elsewhere it was at an inferior hotel 25 miles from the rest of my party staying at this hotel and I had no transportation since the other 4 people I drove with were not rebooked. They also gave away the room another in my party had booked so two people had to sleep on the floor.

• Dennis &,Tiffany (6/5): It was average at best. - The staff was friendly. The room was clean. They had no bar tender on staff. Breakfast was a complete disaster. It was served to us in brown paper bags. We declined.

False advertising, on line stated that there was a hot tub which is part of why we chose this location. NO HOT TUB!. On line also stated breakfast included, had to pay for an orange juice or any other items they had available. Indoor swimming pool the water was too cold for us to enjoy the pool which was a BIG reason we chose this location.

There were several holes in the wall and in the shower. Bathroom was nice and clean. It was quiet even though our room was right across from the elevator. I totally disliked the shampoo.

We came back to the room to warm food in the refrigerator that had to be thrown out. The elevators were extremely hot and humid. Came back to a warm and humid room after being outside in the heat all day. The temperature in the room was turned up while we were out. I’m assuming by the cleaning staff. It was uncomfortable and the temperature should be left where the guest sets it. There was garbage piling up in the hallway by the elevator. It was there when we went to our room in the afternoon and was still there with more piling up the next morning.

• Adam's (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard By Marriott Columbus Grove City. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel. I can’t wait to return!

Due to the weather we had to pivot quick and hold our training meeting at the hotel versus going to our office. They accommodated that need without question. And helped with a few other things along the way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Maybe less snow!

• Peter_A_Morrell (8/5): Everything You Need for a Short or Long Stay - I stayed in this Marriot property while in the area for business. This hotel is located close to highways, shops, businesses, restaurants and more. The rooms are clean and spacious and have a modern look to them. The rooms are equipped with everything you need for a business, solo or family stay. The hotel has a Bistro that serves coffee, fresh and pre-made foods as well as assorted coffee drinks and alcoholic beverages. The lobby has plenty of guest seating and a large area for dining. The property also has a pool and a fitness center. The bathroom and the room were clean, although I found a big stain on the couch which I reported to the front desk. Nothing was done during my visit as I had to leave early in the morning. The wifi works and is easy to connect to depending on your Bonvoy loyalty level, you can get the premium wifi. Overall a good, problem-free stay in a well-managed Marriot Proporty.

Lots of hot water and good water pressure. The room is modern and comfy for a few days with fridge, microwave, iron, etc.

The gentleman asked if we wanted our room cleaned every other day and we said yes. The room was never cleaned and our shower leaked all over the floor. We could hear the people in the room next door. Overall a very poor stay.
